spilled Kofi
Captain Ed reported about Kofi bumming out over his own incompetence. AWWWW. Let’s get him a hankie and the rest of the world some sensitivity training so we don’t hurt the guy’s feelings because we think he’s done a rotten job.
It has always been about Annan’s “feelings”, since the UN has steadfastly shown that the assembly intends to do nothing about holding Annan accountable for the multitude of corruption and abuse uncovered during his leadership. The only two ways Annan would leave his post early were either by resigning or dying, a fact everyone knew after the revelations of the Oil-for-Food Program in 2003 and the multiplying sexual abuse scandals in 2004.
Feelings be damned! He should step down from that post, but we should get the heck out of the UN, anyway. There is no hope to make any progress there, since most of the nations involved are lying socialists who only want to further their causes.
When are we going to wake up that corruption like that is rampant in socialist nations? These guys don’t have a moral compass, and if Bill Clinton steps in to take his place, that’ll be another socialist stepping in with no moral compass with a track record of lying and corruption.
The Anti Idiotarian Rottweiler has a few more words to say…
Sucks to be Kofi. Sucks even more to be a child anywhere near a U.N. “peace keeper”.
One close observer at the UN said Annan’s moods were like a “sine curve” and that he appeared near the bottom of the trough.
Now if somebody would kindly fill up the trough with cement, we might have a nice foundation for whatever we choose to put where the Useless Nitwits’ HQ stands today.Sucks to be Kofi. Sucks even more to be a child anywhere near a U.N. “peace keeper”.

Kofi needs to go and the UN needs an overhaul!

I have advocated Kofi leaving his post ever since the UN/France/Oil Iraq debacle. I have been puzzled by the Bush administration’s continued approval for Annan until I realized that with Kofi at the helm, the UN remains inefficient and irrelevant. In light of upcoming situations such as North Korea and Iran, a UN that can be painted as corrupt and biased will only play into the US hand. With a new Secretary General, however, the UN can gain new momentum and clout, assiting entities looking to stem US global influence and agenda setting.
Perhaps leaving Kofi in place is not a bad idea… for now.
