Stephen Pearcy Backlash

What goes around comes around, I always say. The Pro American Artwork is up and it’s amazing. More pictures here.

From the SacUnion:

Thursday night the debate was elevated to new heights as more than 600 hundred people gathered to both support and oppose the display titled “A Creative Merger: Artists & Lawyers”.

But you can see by the pictures how many people were on which side.

To contrast what they called ‘anti-military’ and ‘anti-American’ art, Move America Forward also displayed several hundred pieces of patriotic artwork sent from around the nation and as far away as Alberta, Canada.

One piece included a five-foot iron replica of the 9/11 memorial displayed in the fields of Shanksville, Pennsylvania following the crash of Flight 93 on September 11, 2003.

Dozens of images of the American flag and representations of U.S. troops were drawn or painted by schoolchildren who participated in the program.

Other pieces included exquisite oil paintings featuring a slice of Americana.

Red, white and blue were on display in just about every piece of art in the “I LOVE AMERICA” display.

Looks to me as though they had a much bigger turnout for the Pro-American Pro-WOT Pro-Military display of artwork than Pearcy’s little whining anti-American swill.

Thank you Stephen Pearcy, for raising awareness and making conservatives angry enough to come out and counter your sick message.

Here are the sore losers who came out to demonstrate:

bwhahahaha

As the afternoon turned to evening things settled down as many of those who came out to protest the Move America Forward sponsored event departed.

With the decibel level having dropped, Move America Forward’s Executive Director, Mark Washburn, invited participants in the crowd to speak.

One of those people was Beverly Hahn whose two sons serve in the military; her son Chris serves in the U.S. Navy, and her son Nathan is a Marine.

“I came out today because I love America,” she explained.

“I know my sons are doing their service for America, and I want to be here to support them as my own service,” said Hahn.

Supporters of Move America Forward’s event came not just from Sacramento, but throughout the state, and even a handful came in from other states.

On hand with a banner reading “Liberalism is a mental disorder” was Tim Buehler of the High School Conservative Clubs of America.

He explained that he made the drive up from the Bay Area to, “support the military and the war against terrorism.”

Buehler said he was compelled to, “take a stand for our country and to support our troops in the Middle East.”

He also said he wanted to “stand against anti-Americanism being expressed by the Hollywood Left.”

Another Bay Area attendee was George Schaefer who heard about the rally on talk radio. He drove a 1941 Dodge ambulance that he restored as a memorial to his brother-in-law who died in the D-Day invasion of World War II as a member of the 20th division, 175th Battalion, K-company.

He said he was bothered by the fact that the artwork critical of the nation and the military was in the Department of Justice facility.

“People who made that garbage have the right to do it, but not in a public building,” said Schaefer.

That was a sentiment echoed by Pamela Barnett who served in the U.S. Army for 11 years.

She carried a sign that read: “Don’t use my money for Un-American Art.”

Move America Forward said the artwork submitted to the “I LOVE AMERICA” exhibit would be shipped to troops serving in Iraq and Afghanistan along with coffee and cookies.

This pic speaks volumes — apparently, it was there in case someone put a bullet in his head:
    How ironic

John “HANOI FONDA” Skerry is still a Traitor and should be shot — join him Stephen!

great pictures. The left has to be shown that they don’t have any entitlements when it comes to the first amenment.Hey,Sarge,I hate to tell you this, but the witch is back if you know what I mean? But she’ll have a comupance this time around, like a pound of tomatoes maybe?

  4. SSgt Yatahey Says:

Lisa - what Witch are we talking about … Bill-ary Klinton?

John “HANOI FONDA” Skerry is still a Traitor and should be shot!

The news seems to be getting better all the time! Thanks for posting this. Incidentally, the date is incorrect… it should be Sept. 11 2001 not 2003.

  6. Lisa Gilliam Says:

Sgt. I was referring to that old retread “Hanoi Jane”Fonda. She still thinks she’s got it going on.NOT!I hope I get a chance to see her in action and this time we’ll have the last laugh!

  7. SSgt Yatahey Says:

Lisa - I’m sure you’ll get a chance to see that ugly-*** **** … she’s currently touring the country in her bus that’s fueled by “vegetable-oil” … maybe it will catch on fire, and we can all see what a true “crispy critter” really looks like.

John “HANOI FONDA” Skerry is still a Traitor and should be shot!

  8. Andre Says:

Norman Rockwell was a liberal! Ahhhhh, you have his work on your website. Ohhhh nooo!

  9. Cao Says:

 You know you’re a liberal if…. (or you know if you’re a democrat if)

You are convinced that Frank Capra films and Norman Rockwell paintings are lies and distortions but “Platoon,” “Dances with Wolves” and “Thelma and Louise” are realistic …

It’s funny…the portrayals of Americana that Rockwell painted look more like conservative Christian values to me than liberal ones…if he was a liberal, it just goes to show all the things that you guys have tossed aside for the failed socialist/communist ideology. Go ahead and keep lying to yourself about it, though, if it makes you feel better.

    > “I’m looking for a visual
    > representation of what you would
    > do if you were George Washington
    > and someone like Stephen Pearcy
    > was in your command. George
    > Washington shot and
    > hung ‘dissenters’ . . . people
    > who went AWOL weren’t’ allowed
    > to live.”

Therefore Geogre W. Bush would be the first that George washinton would blow away, right? After all, no one knows more the G.W. on what it means to “talk the talk” without being able to walk the walk.

Thank God for a true patriot like Pearcy who has the courage to say it like it is.

Maybe you folks like American fascism, where everyting’s about what good for coroporate and nationalistic self-interests and greed versus the common good people, but most Americans think it sucks.

  11. Cao Says:

 whatever. You obviously don’t know what fascism is, the name-calling is kind of old and tired. *yawn* Can’t you think of anything original?

If we were fascists you wouldn’t be alive to spew your stupid rhetoric. Totalitarianism like nazism does not fit within the confines of capitalism. Suddenly you idiots think that we’re nazis after WE FOUGHT THEM in WWII? If we were fascists, then how come Germany isn’t another US? If anyone puts two seconds to what you said right there with a rational mind, they’d be laughing their *** off right now, just like me.

  12. SSgt Yatahey Says:

“BringItOn” — You must be one of the little Stephen Pearcy rack-buddies we keep hearing about — after all; that’s what he named you on this site

  13. Cao Says:

    that was funny, Yat.

  14. TJ Says:

Actually, by definition, W is “walking the walk” …

And WRT “Thank God for a true patriot like Pearcy who has the courage to say it like it is” :

    1) A patriot defends his country, and those that protect it

    2) Courage? To spew hatred requires little more than an axe and something to grind it on.

When you are ready to face a little reality, come back and play some more.
    /TJ

  15. Pete Says:

“Courage? To spew hatred requires little more than an axe and something to grind it on” I love it! You folks are cowards by your own definition!

  16. Cao Says:

Yeah. That’s why so many of us have served in the military, have military service in our background or family in Iraq, and are facing the enemy. Something pansy leftists would never do because they want us to “disarm”. I find it curious and quite amusing that all you can do is call people names like a child on the playground. If you have a point, make it. Otherwise, buzz off, Berkley boy.
