Repeat of the Winter Soldier in Crawford
From Moonbattery.com…Andrew Walden editorializes on Cindy Sheehan’s “friends” (my comments in italics) and it’s not too pretty:
Consists of three groups with websites…
http://www.crawfordpeacehouse.org/
The Lone Star Iconoclast
www.meetwithcindy.org
These three are all one thing. Their websites are full of cross-links. The “Iconoclast” and the Peace Center were founded in December, 2000 by a bunch of Moonbats who parachuted into Crawford after Gore failed to steal the Florida election results.

Actually, I found this picture while looking for something else…this is the guy who supposedly is a “Quaker” and bought the house near Bush. This is the website for this Wolf guy, and this is part of what it says over there explaining who he is.
A Quaker and long time Peace Activist, Johnny bought a house in Crawford, Texas, where Bush has spent much of his time when not in Washington, with money from his savings and proceeds from the sale of Peace buttons. The Crawford Peace House is not for “in your face activism”, but as Johnny stated “a pretty place where people can stop in the garden, pray for peace” and “express the alternate point of view” in Bush’s backyard. Most recently the Peace House hosted an outdoor showing of Michael Moore’s Fahrenheit 9/11 that was attended by more than 1000 people. The screening was “to counter the cult of war, which is headquartered just up the street”, said Mr. Wolf.

Something’s weird about that story. He bought the house next to the President’s with money from his savings and proceeds from the sale of Peace buttons? What also strikes me as strange is–he says it’s not a place for “in your face activism” but he bought a house right near Bush so they can protest right in Bush’s yard. You don’t call that ‘in your face activism’ when they had a screening of Fahrenheit 9/11 there, showing it to about 1,000 people?
I have to agree with Duncan Avatar at this post, the commie “peace” activists have found someone in Cindy Sheehan that they can parade in front of the American people who doesn’t look like the typical kook that stands for that ideology–a fried out hippy loser rejec. No, they’ve found someone who resembles middle America and Mom’s apple pie to champion this commie anti-war rhetoric, and they DID find it…although…I have to say she looks to me like she goes bra-less and she’s obviously less of the Norman Rockwell kind of mom than people thought with her suburban marriage and her suburban life.

This is another picture of Cindy Sheehan and I’ll probably be putting up more as time goes on. This reminds me of frenchie bragging about how she speaks in public. Hey frenchie, you’re missing all the fun with your comrades! You’re missing the opportunity to get on a microphone and rant with your commie buddies about the nasty imperialist America! Some people are such negative attention seekers–speaking on behalf of socialism and communism is a such a loser past time but the ideology seems to attract a wide assortment of freaks. It looks to me as though Cindy Sheehan needs to pay a visit to her hairdresser–her dye job (like frenchie’s) is growing out.

At this article from the New York Sun, it’s mentioned exactly who the organizations and people are who Cindy Sheehan is keeping company with these days…the Anti-War Crowd. One of the organizations is “Code Pink”, the group that gave $500,000 to the terrorists in Fallujah. I found some pictures on the net where the Anti-War people are bragging about their efforts, and I also found there are some other organizations that are much more familiar to me like the International Socialists, Not in Our Name, and Iraq Veterans Against the War, who I’m sure would make John Kerry proud. These are not middle-Americans, these are radical extremists.

International Socialists–yeah, these people don’t exactly represent middle America.
Who are they?
The Iconoclast has written a positive review of 911In Plane Site and maintains a link to 911 in Plane Site on its home page. In Plane Site is a “documentary” which claims that the US Air Force, not al-Qaeda, carried out the 9-11 attacks. The movie’s producers are paleo-conservatives left over from the remnants of the militia movement.
This is where the writer of this post and I differ. Perhaps he’s partly correct; but there’s more, as I explained in this post, the conspiracy theories having to do with the Pentagon, 9/11 and the website “In Plane Site” can be traced back to french leftists and the incendiary propaganda of French author and radical socialist Thierry Meyssan, president of the virulently anti-American and pro-Communist French think tank Reseau Voltaire. In his best selling book, L’Effroyable Imposture (the Frightening Deception), Meyssan launched the claim that American Airlines Flight 77 did not hit the Pentagon. It has been translated into English and is sold in the US as 9/11: The Big Lie. Meyssan has followed up with a second book, Pentagate.
Many of the organizations and websites “investigating” the 9/11 attacks promote and/or sell the Meyssan books, Dave von Kleist, narrator and producer of the video 9/11 In Plane Site, on of the most popular “exposes” of the September 11 events, explains in his video that it was Meyssan’s 9/11 website: “Hunt the Boeing” that got him started investigating the matter.
Mr. vonKleist strangely refers repeatedly to Meyssan’s books and website as information “released by the French”, as though it were released by the French people collectively. In reality, Meyssan represents only a small fringe on the far left of French politics and his 9/11 materials have been denounced as disinformation and hucksterism by political and media representatives spanning the spectrum of French political thought, including many of those who strongly oppose US policies in response to the 9/11 terror attack.
The Iconoclast in a recent article names “…Hadi Jawad of the Crawford Peace House who urged the news media keep reporting on the Downing Street memos.’
Jawad was previously with CISPI — “Citizens In Solidarity with the People of Iraq”. CISPI in 2002 sent “Iraq Water Project” volunteers to rebuild water plants in Iraq. (I guess they weren’t bothered by the fact that Saddam was to busy building marble palaces and bribing the UN to spare $25,000 for the water works.)
According to its website:
“The Iraq Water Project (IWP) is a project of Veterans for Peace, Inc. (VFP), a national Veterans Peace & Justice organization based in St. Louis, Missouri. Our principal partner in IWP is Life for Relief & Development, a nonprofit organization headquartered in Southfield, Michigan, and dedicated to alleviating human suffering in Iraq and many other parts of the world.”
1st) Life for Relief is an Islamic “charity” working in five countries: Iraq, Afghanistan, Chechnya, Palestine and Sierra Leone. There is something to be found here.
2nd) Veterans for Peace just adjourned its national convention in Dallas and many participants are now in Crawford to join the Cindy Sheehan stage play.
Here is an example of how Veterans for Peace, ‘Supports the Troops.’
The following are quotes from anti-war vets at Veterans for Peace National Convention in Dallas.
This is an exact replica of the “Winter Soldier Project” of John Kerry fame…
“Camilo Mejia, an army staff sergeant who was sentenced to a year in military prison in May, 2004 for refusing to return to Iraq after being home on leave, talks openly about what he did there:
“What it all comes down to is redemption for what was done there. I was turning ambulances away from going to hospitals, I killed civilians, I tortured guys…and I’m ashamed of that. Once you are there, it has nothing to do with politics…it has to do with you as an individual being there and killing people for no reason. There is no purpose, and now I’m sick at myself for doing these things. I kept telling myself I was there for my buddies. It was a weak reasoning…because I still shut my mouth and did my job.”
“When asked what he would say to Mr. Bush if he had the chance to speak to him, Abdul Henderson, a corporal in the Marines who served in Iraq from March until May, 2003, took a deep breath and said, “It would be two hits-me hitting him and him hitting the floor….”
“…I didn’t want to kill another soul for no reason. That’s it,” adds Henderson, “We were firing into small towns….you see people just running, cars going, guys falling off bikes…it was just sad. You just sit there and look through your binos and see things blowing up, and you think, man they have no water, living in the third world, and we’re just bombing them to hell. Blowing up buildings, shrapnel tearing people to shreds.”
You may remember Abdul as Michael Moore’s co-star in Fahrenheit 911.
But there’s more. The author is Dahr Jamail. He’s not a veteran. Not a US one at least.
This is his Iraq reporting blog. I wonder who is paying his bills? Perhaps it is the Wahhabis or Life for Relief & Development or maybe there is no distinction.
Gold Star Families for “Peace” says, “DAHR JAMAIL spent eight months in Iraq as one of only a few independent U.S. journalists in the country. His dispatches at www.dahrjamailiraq.com are widely recognized as an important media resource. He writes for such publications as The Asia Times, The Sunday Herald, The Nation, and The Guardian. Dahr also serves as a special radio correspondent for the BBC, Democracy Now!, and many other stations around the globe.”
So what we have are an alliance between Islamists, extreme paleo-conservative anti-government wackos, the media, and the usual assortment of commies.
The paleo-conservatives are a key part of the alliance Hillary is hoping will launch her into the presidency just as Ross Perot did twice for hubby Bill and Pat Buchanan almost did for Al Gore in 2000.
Someone has to explain to me the paleo-conservative term. I thought I’ve heard just about everything, but PALEO? A term that previously was only attached in my mind–not to politics-but to paleontologists, fossil hunters, naturalists, anatomists, entimologists and dinosaurologists *if there is such a word*?
