Delay framed

The political teen has a video of Byron York on Ronnie Earle vs. Delay. Great stuff.

Moonbat Central has a piece on perpetrating Delay’s frame.

THE PLOT AGAINST TOM DeLAY
What Did Shadow Party Operative Robert Borosage Know, and When Did He Know It?

Richard Poe has some very well-documented information on George Soros’ involvement in framing Tom Delay. His assertion is what really made the leftist machine start moving in Delay’s direction were his statements on the Terri Schiavo ruling–to just let her die.

In the November 29, 2004 issue of the Marxist journal The Nation, Borosage co-wrote an article with Nation editor Katrina Vanden Heuvel. They wrote:

“[P]rogressives drive this party now - we provide the energy, the organizers, the ground forces, the ideas, and much of the money. We should organize the opposition [against Republicans]. Progressives should mount a powerful assault on Republican boss Tom DeLay.”

Sure gives a person pause.

Richard Poe has a piece up over at Frontpage called Soros Shadow Party Stalks Delay–another hot one worth a read with some excellent documentation that makes the case.

Outside of the legalities of the case, I will make a prediction: later in the month of November, 2006 (after the elections), this case will be dropped by Earle due to lack of evidence, as will the Frist flap. You have to be incredibly naive not to see the Dems strategy in this. Joseph Goebels would recognize it immediately. It was he that said that if you repeat a lie often enough it becomes the truth. (see also; “Bush lied”, Bush stole the election”, etc., etc.)
As a longtime native Texan, I can tell you that Ronnie’s prosecutions of Democrats were of dems that got off the philosophical reservation, so to speak. In that time (pre - George Bush), Texas was a very different place. Living in Austin and being a Republican was, indeed, the loneliest job in town. Dems were more than a majority, they were the only game in town. To win the democrat primary was to be elected to the office. There were divisions within the party. Ronnie was the enforcer for the liberal wing of the party.
