If you’re looking for pieces on Jack Idema and his team, please click on this link.

Lt. “Zorro” Rasuli Banderas is from Mazar-i-Shariff in the Northern most part of Afghanistan. His entire family has fought the Soviets, then the Taliban, the Wanted Terrorist Gulbideen Hekmatyar, and Osama bin Laden. For more than 25 years Zorro’s family has supported the freedom of Afghanistan with their blood, and their lives. His father died before the 2001 war began, his uncle is Afghan CIA, his brother works for the UN, and another cousin operates secretly for foreign Special Forces. Zorro was one of the Afghans who was declared innocent and released. Zorro refused to leave Task Force Sabre-7, saying that Jack “would leave no man behind”, so he would not leave Jack behind, his choice to STAY AT PULACHARKE is unbelievable and a testament to the friendship and commitment he has toward Jack and his men. Zorro stands now as his Tajiman.

alt=my name is zorro rasuli banderas. if someone thinks about his life so he just cares about his personal life that is one thing, but if someone think about the peoples’ life it means he would care about his country’s improvement, being comfortable, being safe in dangerous time— that is better. This is the way Commander Massoud was thinking.

I have remember that day, which is Commander Massoud said to the world. Wake up world, wake up from this long sleep and do not dream more, because these terrorists are not just my enemy, they are my country’s enemy, indeed they are the world’s enemy and they are the humans right’s enemy. The God forgive him, he tried and repeated more but no one heard the courage in his voice, no one. Until these terrorists destroyed even more countries and finally every one understood and found out, yeah, Commander Massoud was right. I’m the member, who follow his way, I have dedicated my life to follow the way of Massoud because to save the world, my country, my family and so myself. The truth never be covered. Because one day the truth be like a mirror opposite the people’s eyes and every one will know that for sure. They will know what really happened and the true color of the terrorists and those Taliban who hide their dark heart and infiltrate back into our government. Money, Power, Kissing ass and lies, all these would be for short time but loyalty, truth, being honest never and ever fall down and it would set inside the people’s heart forever.

alt=i have a question for the world, if someone or those people who risk their life and their family’s lives, fought against the Taliban, al-Qaida, and terrorists because of freedom to this country actually because to give freedom to the whole world, but unfortunately today in this country, Afghanistan, the former of the Taliban and al-Qaida want to make a decision about the future of Northern Alliance and for future of those people who helped the Northern Alliance and stood beside the Northern Alliance in arms against the terrorists. The picture of me was taken with French Special Forces in the Salang Pass in December 2001. During those times Americans and Special Forces of America fought and died with us to defeat our enemies, and the people of Afghanistan should never forget this. But Americans should never forget that Massoud and the Northern Alliance are the only true allies of America. Now the terrorists are returning and being put back in our government.

How is that possible?
We fought for long time against these terrorists, Taliban and al-Qaida, to have freedom and to have good election but we did not know the U.S. government would use us, and then throw us away. From one side they support, give position and power for these terrorists and from one side they tell us to fight against them. Especially myself didn’t understand what does this government want from us? To give back our country to the terrorists to destroy it again?

I asked from several people like high rank and high position from the UN and from loyal people of this country about this question, everyone told me this is crazy, they do not understand either. But I want to know from you people, what does your hearts says? Please contact me through this website SuperPatriots.US.

I’m sure every one knows, whenever the terrorists are released they will say their spin and their own stories but the people should think, how much we can trust to terrorists? Do you think every word that come out from the terrorist’s mouth, is that correct and is that right? What ever the terrorist says is true? They live their life on lies, this is how they build terror. Should you believe what they say, anything? I don’t think so, if anyone who trusts to the terrorists, I can promise him that would be awful for his future life, because for long time I have seen the terrorists, and what they do. The terrorists are against the democracy, against freedom and against humans rights. But just one way can help us to be safe, that’s the men should stand as men and women also should stand as men to fight against the terrorists until we all have a good freedom and good future for new generations.

Actually, Jack took me with him for just one month from General Atta, but I don’t know why he trust his life, his power, and everything on me, but I can say one thing; after the death of our leader Commander Massoud he will now be my commander on the rest of my life, and in any place I’m waiting for his orders. It takes someone like Jack to be loyal and honest, to be my commander, because I am for serving the people and one thing I request from you good people, please after you read this article just see the movie of Zorro and everything will be easy to understand, because when the pupil is ready, the master will appear, and when I lost Commander Massoud I lost my teacher.

Thanks very much to all, who read this website and keep the words in their mind.

Banderas is a “card carrying” Afghan CIA agent who was released last year and refused to leave Idema behind, instead opting to stay in prison with Idema. I have some very loyal Afghans working for me in Kabul and other parts and while I am sure they would die for their Special Forces counterparts here, I do not think they would stay in jail with us if they had a choice.

And their prison area is better than our quarters at Bagram or in Kabul, so that tells me something about what the Northern Alliance thinks of them. Obviously someone likes these people.

That says a lot about Banderas and just as much about Idema. That is the classic spirit that Special Forces is trained to engender in foreign guerilla and indigineous forces. The sort of stuff you read about in SF school.

Note to the other ODAs out there- come on guys, get on this bandwagon and let Americans know that combat troops on the ground support these men!

A few weeks ago, I met an Afghan who had been griveously wounded some months ago in his successful attempts to save lives of our Special Forces–he saved two lives, but sustained a serious eye wound. Right now, he’s here in the States, at Walter Reed.

The fellow I met wants to learn English well enough to go back to Afghanistan so that he can be an interpreter for our Special Forces. In the short time I was able to talk with this man (We were at a VFW reception for the wounded from Walter Reed), I heard words very similar to those from the man I met here in this article: The Taliban is indeed the enemy of the whole world.

Men of honor are needed in the struggle to preserve freedom.

Cao, thank you for posting this. The message is clear: Freedom is the antidote to terrorism.
