Mid-Week Open Trackbacks

Cheers to Wednesday–what some folks call “hump day” because once you’ve reached the afternoon, you’re over the hump on the way to the weekend!
Trackback with one of your posts that you think deserves some special attention from this past week.
Watch for Open Trackbacks here on Fridays, Sundays and Wednesdays.
Here is the trackback link to this post:
http://caosblog.com/2480/trackback/
To trackback to any post just use the post slug or “permalink” and add trackback/ to the end of it.
One other thing.
I will be deleting trackbacks when the posts don’t show that you’ve linked here. Make sure you do as I did, below–either saying thanks to Cao’s blog and linking to this post, or mention that I have a trackback party, and link to this post. Otherwise the trackback will be deleted.
If you are unable to send trackbacks, then use the Wizbang Standalone Trackback Pinger.

Undocumented Immigrants, Real Crimes Afternoon Edition…
Illegal immigrants are here to do the jobs Americans won’t. They are just hard working people looking to better their lives. That is what we were told by our elite politicians when they tried to paint illegal immigration as nothing more than a be…

Illegals Might Get Rebates…
If it isn’t bad enough that the government is rushing to send out rebate checks when they are probably not needed and not bad enough that they are sending them to people who paid no taxes, the government might also send rebate checks to ILLEGAL i…

Leadership: “The Lost Bomb” Revisited…
Antitool called the other night, and we had a pleasant discussion on a variety of topics: Palestine, work, books, beer, and a revisit of the August nuclear warhead debacle, despite the fact I have the phone personality of an antique…

There are literally thousands of bridges that are way past due for their 2 year inspections across the country and they are handing more “free cash” to illegal aliens!!!! You would think all the “earmark cash” allocated, someone in Congress would have thought about what happened in Minnosota over the summer. I guess promoting voter fraud via illegals is more important than the lives of real US Citizens!

Interesting reading from Victor David Hanson
Despite McCain’s 82-percent career ranking by the American Conservative Union, and his support for balanced budgets, an end to pork-barrel spending and earmarks, strong support for the war, and expressed r…

And here we go. People are starting to gather and get vocal.
Before I report on the latest let me say one thing. Dissension is an American tradition. Even the “symbolic gestures” passed by many local communities are tradit…
