House votes “no” to troop withdrawal
Congressman Murtha had called for a troop withdrawal in Iraq, and as the Captain’s first mate says–both sides sound like a bunch of blowhards.
Jay at Stop the ACLU has it…Kit live blogged on it…and I was swimming in Jack Idema documents and articles, and missed the whole thing.
403 to 3!!!
In the official final vote, it was an overwhelming vote of NO, don’t let it get to the floor because that would force the democrats to put their money where their mouth is! And as Kit says, they’re “all suck and no swallow”.
When my son was home from Iraq a few months ago, he said there is no way we’re going to leave Iraq.

House Say No To Withdrawing Troops
