My Plants With the English Accent

By: Cao, Filed under: General @ 6:52 am

Well hoity toity I may be…I research the hell out of things, you know. I found a plant which is difficult to find~you can’t get them at the store~and they bloom in artificial light. They’re called streptocarpus. Streptocarpus is a cousin to the african violet, but they’re not as picky about watering. Rob’s Violets has them, too. They like very light watering, almost dry conditions, which makes them perfect for the absent-minded indoor gardener. Streptocarpus is well-known at the Dibley Nursery in England.
