Free Jack Idema Blogburst

If you’re looking for pieces on Jack Idema and his team, please click on this link.

Over the last few weeks, I’ve concentrated on the story of how the prison riots in Pulacharke affected Jack Idema, Brent Bennett and Ed Caraballo, the three U.S. citizens illegally imprisoned in Afghanistan. Of perhaps greater importance to the long-term campaign to see Idema and his men released, however, are recent events in the Afghan parliament:

Yunis Qanooni’s Afghan Parliament has rejected Karzai’s list of Ministers. Most of them were Afghans who returned from America, Iran, Germany, or other countries and had fled their own country during the wars against the Soviets, the Taliban, or al-Qaida. Contrary to what some people have reported, the Afghan constitution does allow the Parliament to conduct a “NO CONFIDENCE” vote against Karzai, and hold him accountable for treason under the new Constitution. They can also block the appointment of Ministers. Although it will not be officially announced until next week, Sidiq, the Supreme Court judge Jack and his team arrested for terrorism in a plot to kill then Minister Qanooni, now Chief of Parliament (equivalent to Prime Minister), has been fired. We would not be surprised if Sidiq finds himself arrested again and charged with terrorism sometime after he has left his post.

Judge Sidiq, of course, is the man Idema arrested after he was discovered with the following items on his person:

  • Photographs of Sidiq with Gulbuddin Hekmatyar
  • Bomb plans
  • Explosive detonators
  • al-Qaida and Hezb-i-Islami documents and recruiting cards
  • A letter from Taliban leader Mullah Omar

It should go without saying, then, that the removal of someone like Sidiq is a step in the right direction for Afghanistan. More to the point of this blogburst, though, is the fact that the decision to eject him from office strengthens Jack Idema’s case — Or, at least, it would do if anyone in the ever-credulous MSM bothered to cover the story.

Instead, when Sidiq gets mentioned by the media at all, it is invariably to paint him as a ‘victim’ of unjust imprisonment at Jack’s hands. Here’s the Chicago Tribune, just a couple of weeks ago, giving the terror-sympathising, disgraced judge a platform from which to reinvent himself as a victim who was imprisoned and robbed by Jack:

Moslim said he has visited Idema three times in his prison cell, where Idema has given him tea. [Siddiq] Moslim said he asks Idema to repay about $13,000, to compensate for money, jewelry and possessions Moslim lost when the Americans raided his house and took him away with seven other men. But Moslim also believes the Americans were deceived about him and deserve to be released.
“I want them to have even better treatment,” Moslim said. “I don’t have anything against them in my heart. But Jack should pay me my money back first.”

No news, though, whether some of the ‘possessions’ Sidiq thinks Jack ought to ‘compensate’ him for included those detonators and bomb-making plans.

And no news at all on why three decent Americans are still rotting in prison for the ‘crime’ of detaining a man who isn’t even trusted by his own parliament.

So what can we do? Well, anyone reading this with their own blog can sign up for the weekly Free Jack Idema Blogburst by emailing Cao or Rottweiler Puppy for details. I’d urge everyone to do this, as we’re still terribly short on takers. If you want to know more about the story, Cao’s Blog has a large section devoted to Jack Idema. There’s also a timeline here, and, of course, a huge amount of information is available over at SuperPatriots, without whose work none of us would have learned about Jack’s story.

    (aka The *******)

Geee, stopped by because it’s been about a year since we first crossed paths and I was happy to see everyone here is still as looney tunes as ever!!!!

Little hint: Jack’s lying! And the Stuperheroes are a figment of your imagination.

Bush has this whole fear market thing cornered so you really need to be creative and come up with something new to rally the wingnuts.

  2. kender Says:

This certainly doesn’t sound like the ******* from the old days. He was funnier and more original than you, SteveO, and didn’t seem to be such a witless, drooling *******.

  3. Steve O Says:

Kender (Don) whatever your name is. Don’t be sooo harsh……

Just stopped by to troll dump and I am met with such hostilities, hardly the way I would address a guest.

Exposure is nice and that’s why I decided to “come out” gloves off, fists are raised. I don’t argue with retards behind a mask anymore I beat Republitards left, right and center — no more debating. Go ahead take your best shot. Game over.

You know what cow’s you’re better off being out — at least it gives you some exposure to the real world. Hopefully you will feel the hate that you have spread under an assumed name.

Cowards can run but they cannot hide.

Good luck all, see you next year. Where is Vince? Another cowardly fucktard…….

  4. Ogre Says:

And, SteveO, you’re 100% sure he’s lying how, exactly? I see lots of direct evidence and descriptions here regarding this situation, including lots of facts. Let’s see what facts you have presented:

    Nicely done.

  5. Cao Says:

That’s what he’s got, lol nada. That’s why they all sound exactly the same to me. Whether it’s the ******* or Kathryn Cramer, or SOJ, they’re pretty much all the same.

As far as the tired old “jack is lying” mantra, I’d like to see your proof rather than the general blanket statements you people seem to make with such abandon with absolutely nothing to back it up. No thought process there, just a bunch of talking heads.

You’re right…cowards like SOJ and the Stuporpatriots can run, but they can’t hide

Didn’t you hear, *******? I’ve already been ‘outed hehehehe. They’ve already attempted smearing me, my family, and all the people around me, including the Wide Awakes–they’re too stupid to realize that the Wide Awakes are not on the “Free Jack Idema” blogroll, apparently.

And the stupidity doesn’t stop there…

  6. Lisa Gilliam Says:

:cry:I was sorry to hear about what happened to Mr.Carrabellos.hopefully,when he is released he can receive help.

  7. Steve O Says:

In Afghanistan, Idema, who was known for wearing a kaffiyeh and wrap-around sunglasses frequently interacted with reporters from American media, often going to great lengths in his interviews to stress to journalists that he was connected with the CIA and Special Forces, without being able to elaborate further, which, in context, might suggest that he was a former member of black ops, reactivated and positioned in Afghanistan in order to hunt for Osama Bin Laden.

However, it is precisely because of his high profile and openness with the media that it is unlikely that Idema was officially connected with any branch of the military; covert operatives go to great lengths to avoid public appearances and media contacts. It is more likely, though, that Idema was operating in Afghanistan via independent financial backing, seeking the $25 million USD bounty posted on bin Laden.

Idema was arrested on July 5, 2004 by Afghani police, along with Brent Bennett and Edward Caraballo, during a raid in which they found eight Afghan men being detained, bound, and hooded. Some were hanging upside down. Idema claimed to have had private contact with The Pentagon. He claimed he had regular e-mail, phone and fax contact with Defence Secretary Donald Rumsfeld’s office and other senior Pentagon officials. He claimed his group had prevented assassination attempts on Education Minister Yunis Qanooni and Defense Minister Marshal Mohammad Qasim Fahim. He also claimed that the FBI had interrogated several militants his group had captured. Idema also stated that after his arrest the FBI removed from his premises hundreds of videos, photos and documents. Some of the pieces were later returned to Idema and his defense team. One of the videotapes shows Afghanistan’s former education minister Yunus Qanooni thanking Idema for arresting two people and offering his full cooperation in future raids. The U.S. military received a detainee from Idema, although he was later released.

The United States Department of Defense admitted having contact with Idema, but added that it rejected his offer to work together in capturing terror suspects in Afghanistan. In early 2004, Idema was in contact with Heather Anderson, the Pentagon’s Acting Director of Security. Anderson was under the supervision of the chief official responsible for intelligence matters in Donald Rumsfeld’s office. Idema told the Afghan court that Anderson commended his work and suggested making a contract. Later, though, Anderson withdrew the offer. Idema continued to contact Anderson’s office in hopes of establishing a relationship.

  8. Cao Says:

hehehe. Cutting and pasting from Wikipedia now, are we? What a prime example of blogger stupidity. I even wrote something called “What does Wikipedia say about Jack Idema?” over here…citing another leftist who can’t seem to discern between truth and fiction, lol…this is the identical **** that’s been so liberally disseminated by the MSM relying on the same small circle of lying sources!

Honestly, *******, you can do better than that, can’t you?

Over here I personally interviewed John Tiffany, Jim Morris, and cited documentation including pictures that easily refutes those lies. My deconstruction of both “Operation Desert Fraud” and “Tin Soldier (part 1 and part 2) also illustrate how the MSM and journalists have so seriously tried to pull the wool over everyone’s eyes. Both of those pieces (and the same small circle of lying sources) are cited at Wikipedia.

What kind of mindless drone are you, *******, that you can’t think independently and quote something as stupid as the lies propagated at Answers.com and Wikipedia?

Guess you’re all about spreading that swill they call ‘investigative reporting’ rather than getting down to the REAL story.

That’s ok, that’s why I’ve been digging into this thing. Just like the koran flushing story by newsweek, the stuff that’s been propagated by the MSM about IDEMA is a bunch of lies.

  9. SSgt Yatahey Says:

Cao — LOL @ the alleged “*******” — can you say, BUSTED?

  10. Cao Says:

Yeah, it’s been pointed out to me through email that there is reason to doubt that this is the same guy who called himself “the *******” from the old days. Something about his sentence construction and tone doesn’t quite ring true.

Through research and combing through my archives (which they’ve been doing) it’s conceivable that they could resurrect some of the former ‘progressive’ commenters who used to come here.

I banned the ******* back in March of 2005. Here’s a response from one of the commenters back then:

The ******* is an idiot. I’m glad you banned him. How dare he talk about such a nice lady with such a uncouth mouth. His name says it all.
