Kerry’s 180
Well, here we are again. Every Tuesday I try to fit a blog post in about Kerry releasing the 100 or so missing pages from his record. You see, back when he promised this to the American public, some of us who were watching when he said “My name is John Kerry and I’m reporting for duty” honestly thought he meant something by that.
Apparently his 20 years in the Senate had little meaning for him; because he used his brief stint in the military as the cornerstone of his campaign. Even Eisenhower didn’t do that.
So we are still wondering when our questions about his service will be answered. There are “at least a hundred pages” of unreleased documents from Naval Archives.
According to O’Neill, “The Standard Form 180 could release ‘the full military and medical records.’ Or it could release just a few. It all depends on how it is filled out and where it was sent.”
“There is nothing magic about signing a SF 180,” said former Naval Judge Advocate General Mark Sullivan. “It is sort of like your checkbook. You can fill out a check for one dollar or a million. It is the same check form.”
“And the Globe story says Kerry sent it to the Navy Personnel Command, which is only a limited storage location. So it is not surprising that the Globe then notes that what they received was largely ‘duplication’ of records previously released. The Navy Personnel Command primarily stores a subset of service records rather than a person’s full military records. There is no doubt there are a lot of after-action records missing from what Kerry has released,” said Sullivan.
How did he leave the military? When did he leave? Was he still an officer when he went to meet with Madame Binh in Paris? What about when he threw his medals over a fence when he was participating in the leadership of the Vietnam Vets Against the War? Or when he led a bunch of posers through the Winter Soldier Investigation?
Read When Kerry’s Courage went MIA. Then join us in the blogburst every Tuesday to call for Senator Kerry to “free his 180″ - since he is holding it captive; not having signed it properly, apparently.

Sen. John Kerry Blames Ohio GOP Governor Candidate for ‘04 Loss
Tuesday, August 29, 2006
WASHINGTON - Sen. John Kerry didn’t contest the results at the time, (Knowing THEN, that He REALLY lost the state of Ohio!) but now that he’s considering another run for the White House, (Now, He sees an opportunity to cast doubt on Ohio’s voters) he’s alleging election improprieties by the Ohio Republican who oversaw the deciding vote in 2004.
An e-mail will be sent to 100,000 Democratic donors (Bottom line — SEND MONEY!) Tuesday asking them to support U.S. Rep. Ted Strickland for governor of Ohio. The bulk of the e-mail criticizes Strickland’s opponent, GOP Secretary of State Ken Blackwell, for his dual role in 2004 as President Bush’s honorary Ohio campaign co-chairman and the state’s top election official.
“He used the power of his state office to try to intimidate Ohioans and suppress the Democratic vote,” said Kerry’s e-mail.
Kerry, D-Mass., conceded the election when he lost Ohio and its 20 electoral votes. A recount requested by minor-party candidates showed Bush won by about 118,000 votes out of 5.5 million cast. But Kerry’s e-mail says Blackwell “used his office to abuse our democracy and threaten basic voting rights.” (Obviously, forgetting the “recount requested by minor-party candidates,” in 2004.)
Multiple lawsuits by outside groups were unsuccessful in challenging Ohio’s 2004 election. One case filed by the League of Women Voters is still in U.S. District Court in Toledo. It claims Ohio’s election system discriminates against minority voters. (Well, if they would just LEARN to vote properly, their vote would be certified - THAT little problem is the Democrat party’s - Teach them how to PROPERLY vote if Your gonna promise them the moon.)
Blackwell, who is black, says the election was run fairly, citing 1 million more votes cast than in 2000 and record turnout among black voters.
“People will say anything for money,” said Blackwell campaign spokesman Carlo LoParo. “Fortunately, the historical record contradicts Senator Kerry.”
Strickland spokesman Keith Dailey said the campaign welcomes Kerry’s support …
(WELL, DUHHHHH!!!)

Kerry Taunts Swift Boat Vets
Incredibly, Hanoi John Kerry is still running for President, despite the word LOSER flashing neon-bright across his botoxed forehead. He’s been up in New Hampshire campaigning and baiting the vets with whom he very briefly served in Vietnam before com…
