Nothing More Beautiful Than A Gun Toting Chick
This girl’s posts are so sensible and reasonable I just have to say ‘you go, girl’… A young woman who’s exercising her 2nd amendment rights! Fantastic. I bet her mama’s proud. And she’s so PRETTY!

i have to wonder whether if the world actually went up against america and gave it a wake up call whether anything would actually change. you people just don’t care about the world. you care about your little country and your “god” to give you all you need. well he has done it. now stop being stupid and listen to the warning signs instead of just promoting violent attitudes in everyone.October 27th, 2004 at 8:18 am

Couldn’t expect a foreigner who lives in a country without freedom, without 2nd amendment rights and without a faith in God to understand, so step off. We don’t have to care about the WORLD we are not under One World Government YET~Speaking of which, our “little country” is a leader in so many ways…a leader for the world in such areas as R&D for drug research…what would the world do without our “little country”?

I suspect many would go back the 12th century where their fanatic zealot religious oppressors want them. No guns, no rights, no votes. The only guns around will be the one pointed at their face until they atart pulling that plow.

It’s a pretty uninformed view that says we “don’t care about the world.” Who do you think it was who proposed the League of Nations? Who do you supposed pulled Europe’s fat from the fire 50 years ago? Who do you guess has tried to free oppressed people everywhere from Somalia to Afghanistan to Bosnia? Who do you guess gives the most money for AIDS relief in Africa? How big do you suppose the US budget is for foreign aid?
We’re damned sure gonna take care of our own, first - that’s as it should be. But to say we “don’t care about the world” and only care “about [our] little country” is uninformed, malicious, small-minded rhetoric.

I do know Dana personally, and while her blog is a good indication of the kind of person she is; it’s just the tip of the iceberg. She’s completely amazing as a friend and the most supportive person I know.
Do you know she started another site (http://www.hookathon.com) to raise money for soldiers in Afghanistan just because she wanted to help?

Pretty cool, Mike!~yes, for those of us who KNOW something about it, gun ownership is a right that should be exercised to protect yourself and your family from harm. Without the right to bear arms, only the criminals who break the laws would have them. DUH that’s just common sense. Promoting and exercising 2nd amendment rights is very far away from promoting violence. It’s because we don’t want to be raped or robbed that we carry and know how to handle guns. Criminals aren’t apt to mess with you if you can defend yourself. I keep going back to this~the question is, are you a sheep, a wolf, or a sheepdog? Most people are sheep. I’m a sheepdog, and I only hang with sheepdogs.

Ok…so…according to “concerned outsider” God has given us a warning sign, and we need to wake up…right? Terrorist have attacked us at home and abroad. Threats against us are now a daily event. And “concerned outsider” is trippin’ because of a picture of an average American who owns a firearm and isn’t afraid to use it? I think they need to step back and look again. I’d say we have indeed listened to the “warning signs” and that we as free citizens of a free country are ready willing and ABLE to defend ourselves from any “concerned outsiders” who step in where they don’t belong. The founders of this nation had another flag besides the stars and stripes. It read “Don’t Tread On Me.”

And I know Dana personally as well. She is warm, friendly, intelligent, loving, giving AND she looks good in a holster.
As I have said before, guns are inanimate objects that are suffused with the intent of the person carrying them. I am the most non-confrontational person in the Western Hemisphere but mess with me or mine and you’ll meet my lil’ fren.
