Turning the Tables

My son is an artist going to art school. I sure wish he could see this image. He is down in Texas right now, at the beginning of Parents’ weekend at MMA which includes the celebration of the Birthday of the Marine Corps, at a formal Ball on Saturday night. It is just like a grown up Marine Corps Birthday Ball, complete with elegant formal gowns and the cadets in their dress blue uniforms. Many of the cadets have parents who serve, so there are real Army, Navy, Marine and Air Force officers in their dress uniforms, as well. It is incredible. Brian has a special feeling for our country, and our men in uniform, as an alumni of MMA, and the brother of a soldier in Iraq.

This image, that Michael Moore and the American Leftist, the artist, intended to smear Bush with on his website as some kind of anti-Bush statement, rings very differently to those of us who support and honor the incredible sacrifices made by our men and women in uniform. If you look closely, you can see it’s a mosaic of the faces of the fallen in Iraq.

See Michelle’s original post on this~fantastic.

:lol:Lets put this image up in as many places as possible. On all our blogs for sure. I still haven’t figured out how to get images on mine, but when I do I will put it up!

Email me I can walk you through it. Or…right click on the image and save to your hard drive. Remember where you saved it, and what it’s called. Then go to your wordpress and click on the ‘upload’ tab. Then “browse” your computer for the image you just saved, pick the image. Then, ‘upload’. An address will appear. When you get the address, run your cursor across that address and save it (control s). Then go to ‘write’ and paste what you just saved. Hope that’s clear enough…Cao
