Kathryn is now asking me to take down a non-existent ‘collage’ of pictures of her son. This is another fantasyland type request. How can I comply when it doesn’t exist? She is simply passive aggressive, unhappy with my post because she can’t debate or discount the facts, she’s making up other things and claiming that I’m ‘harrassing’ her and her family.

She is not aware of privacy law, or the rules surrounding privacy, obviously; she already broke those rules when she put up that autotrack (paid search information for law enforcement and journalists) information on me.

There is no privacy protection for information that is a matter of public record. The easiest method to keep information confidential is to disclose it to no one.

Cramer has albums of all kinds of personal pictures up at FLICKR, so her complaints are ridiculous; the pictures of her family, including her children, are part of the public record, and she has made them that way.

Cramer and Cafasso also used pictures that are private of me and my family, as I’ve pointed out before. So for her to be making these false allegations now, just demonstrates her passive aggressive tendencies. People should watch Cramer; she isn’t trustworthy and will make up lies, as we’ve already seen.
