Bush Country

By: Cao, Filed under: General , Kerry/Bush Campaign @ 7:01 am

This is cracking me up! I’m sure you’ve all seen this by now.

That’s the map of Bush Country and how many people voted for President Bush. The RED represents the majority of votes going for our incumbent president. You can buy this shirt from Newsmax here.

People have been buying this t-shirt like crazy, and it’s literally selling out all over the web! Bwahahahaha! I’ve been to a couple of online stores, and the image of Bush country, whether it’s on mousepads, coffee mugs or whatever, is extremely popular. So these are my sentiments in a nutshell (hat tip: Aaron the Liberal Slayer):

I love the little blue blob right in the middle of Texas…that would be Austin. LOL!

  2. Cao Says:

lol! that’s funny! I never thought of Austin as liberal, but I guess I never spent enough time there. Yat probably knows about Austin. Where are you, Stacy?

  3. K Says:

    Austin is super liberal.

I liked the new bumper stickers that say, “W 2004 - Mission Accomplished.”

  4. Cao Says:

Ha! That makes more sense now than ever!

  5. Margi Says:

The University of Texas at Austin.

That is why there’s a blue blob there.

Guess I’m just familiar with Texas State Tech which is right down there by MMA in Harlingen. Closest I’ve been to Austin is Houston.

  8. Cao Says:

lol I was wondering when you were going to pop in and make a comment on this, Yat.

  9. Oyster Says:

I lived in Texas for three years and was never very happy there. But as long as they’re red, that’s okay.

  10. Yat Says:

Oyster - where were you in TX that made you unhappy?
