A strange set of circumstances is coming together that is clearly illustrating for me the leftist authoritarian stance of the people on the opposite side of the political spectrum. These people, in my opinion, are dangerous; and they’re clearly what Lenin described as ‘useful idiots’.

We have the recent events with Melanie Morgan of Move America Forward, where liberal bloggers began a smear campaign against Melanie and other conservative talk show hosts. This is an attempt at silencing conservative opinion at one of the highest-rated conservative talk radio stations in the nation. (KSFO 560 AM).

First, they used the usual tactic; tried to get them fired. This has happened to me behind the scenes, and I’m certain they haven’t stopped their efforts in their attempts to silence me, just as they’ve done with the people/bloggers who’ve picked up the Free Jack Idema Blogburst. When that didn’t work, they began an anonymous campaign to intimidate advertisers not to support their alleged ‘hate speech’ at KSFO 560 AM.

Now those leftist bloggers are calling for them to be fired. They are now using the “Fairness Doctrine” to force leftist radio programming down the public’s throat, when the free market has already shown, and we can use Air America as a prime example of liberal talk show failure, that leftists in talk radio don’t do very well at all.

Melanie called for people to take action; they altered their regular programming the other day, and left it ‘open mike’ so people could call in with their support of what she’s doing.

Reporters have said Melanie Morgan called for targeting Nancy Pelosi for assassination because of the following comment.

1. Play this clip from the liberal Media Matters website and see for yourself how these people are engaging in a shameless effort to misrepresent their comments.

2. Melanie has at times regretted making a comment or felt she was insensitive in characterizing a situation, and when those things happened, she has been totally honest and offered a retraction and apology. Here’s one incident from December 2006.

And related to a similar incident here was the comments made by Melanie’s co-host Brian Sussman.

This is just another example of how leftists are totally unhinged; making up ridiculous accusations to control our behavior and eliminate our ability to even talk about issues!

See more of the kinds of things these people have been doing to her at her website here because she’s been such a strong proponent of the Iraq War, supported the Gold Star Families and given them a voice other than the communist Cindy Sheehan/IVAW view, and even taken trips to Iraq to support our soldiers and find a different view than the NYT, and the rest of the terrorist sympathizing media have put out there in order to change public sentiments about the war, based on lies, obfuscation, and breaking the law on important issues such as national security.
