Mid-Week Open Trackbacks

PHDs, Eligible women, Green cards?
Of course, who’s to decide what fields we need candidates? Technology is always changing and a field that needs PHDs today, won’t necessarily be as attractive say 10 or 20 years from now. Still I like Friedman’s idea.
