Judge Noor is the Chief of ALL religious judges in the Afghan National Security Courts, and the Chief of Religious Affairs and Courts for the Second Makima (only below the Supreme Court). He says here in 7 May of 2005, that Jack Idema and his men are innocent of the charges. The guilty verdict of the kangaroo court in Afghanistan, was announced by dishonest inaccurate press reports and blogs in September of 2004 and after.

Judge Noor is the Chief Religious Judge of the NDS Appeals Court, in Kabul, Afghanistan 7 May 2005. He says in this audio,

Update from RDX through email: Breaking News- Undercover tape of Afghan Judge released

A Mumbai and Dubai based film company has released a video of an intercepted communication where Afghanistan’s Chief Religious Judge, Saab Noor and top judge for the National Security Council Court, states that Jack Idema was innocent of all charges and blames Ambassador Zalmay Khalilzad and the US State Department as the people that engineered Idema’s arrest and false conviction. Supreme Judge Noor states during the 2005 conversation “it is clear like the sun, Jack is innocent… the US Embassy did this to him…..”

The video has sent shock through the Afghan government all the way to the palace today Both of Hamid Karzai’s Vice Presidents have denounced the US State Department and called for a Parliamentary investigation and an explanation by the President.
