Vietnam wall defaced 9/7-8, 2007
It’s the moonbats that do this type of thing that our courageous people are staring down in DC this weekend. I guess the moonbats were warming up for this weekend.
What kind of sickness would compel someone to do this.???

I recieved an email stating that this was labelled a “maintenence man accident” and not an attempt to deface the Wall. I wish I had kept it, but didn’t. I do know the Veteran’s Organization that “overlooks” the Wall was upset with the Gov’t agency that is over the upkeep for not “communicating” about the incident so close to the Gathering of Eagles and the “Moonbat Rage” in DC this weekend. I’ll email my Vet friend and see if he can send that email explaination and forward it to you Sgt Yat. I do still have two emails that were posted on Nam Vet sites with pics.

The explanation is a bunch of ****. If you go to the comments on that video you can see someone else tried to debunk the obvious attempt at defacing the memorial. The person taking this video talks to one of the people cleaning up the mess…

I couldn’t get the webcast to play, but I will try again. Either way, I think someone who is supposed to protect this precious memorial has Dropped The Ball from the sound of it. I put those kinds of people in the same catagory as the scum who stole flowers off my mother’s grave the first Memorial Day after her death! Pigs!

Just saw the footage and you are right, the “official explaination” is bull$hit.
What bothers me the most is that there are so many lowlife people in this country that could do such a thing. A Memorial that lends comfort to so many families and comrades of the fallen is “sacred” and worthy of respect. What rock could someone crawl out from under that they could do such a thing??? I guess it’s beyond my ability to comprehend, but I do hope the end up getting the justice dispensed that they deserve.

I have some friends that are part of GOE and I will surely get some pics and reflections sent to me via email, so when I see some good ones, I’ll forward to Yat to share. I so wish I could have taken time off to go, even if I had to sleep in my car, but alas…

Well one thing about it Cao, there will be more of these demonstrations before it’s done, and our presence will be needed to stand for what’s right. Next time, me and my flag will be there. Thank God for Patriots with vacation time.
I’m sure they are doing us all proud.

Yeah…professional protesters have all the time in the world for defacing monuments and other nazi stormtrooper type of stuff…but the rest of us have jobs.

You can say that again! Can you see someone looking at a application for membership in an organization and under profession they see “protestor”??? Holy Cow!!! All sorts of comedy relief potential there!

I doubt they’d ever apply for a job. They’re socialists; they believe in redistribution of wealth - from people like us - to good-for-nothing scumbags like them.
