Hey, I enjoy poking fun just as much as the next guy, but meatbrain takes the cake. We’ve been having a lot of fun at Meatbrain’s expense, but it’s kind of like shooting fish in a barrel, you know? Speaking of curiosities, splogs and stealing content….

I ran across some interesting readings in my logs regarding Thinking Meat’s LIES. Although it’s not “juicy steak”, it sure comes close.

He claims his work is protected by a Creative Commons license. The agreement states:

“

• Attribution. You must attribute the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor (but not in any way that suggests that they endorse you or your use of the work).
• Noncommercial. You may not use this work for commercial purposes.
• Share Alike. If you alter, transform, or build upon this work, you may distribute the resulting work only under the same or similar license to this one.

Any of the above conditions can be waived if you get permission from the copyright holder.”

It is at least somewhat interesting *yawn* how he’s protected himself but doesn’t respect the right of OTHERS to protect their work in a similar fashion.

His web hosting company said he hasn’t done this “SAVING PAGES” trick anymore. But they’re both revealed as LIARS because he not only linked to my pages, he saved three of my pages on his hosting company’s server for the past SEVEN SIX MONTHS. (He skipped a month - because he’d been ‘nabbed’.)

Here are my logs, going back to March. As of this writing, the links are still live.
It could change at any time, though. And I’m not going to save his pages because it’s not ethical, for one thing. And for another, I could really care….except for the ripping off content thing, which I fully intend to do something about.

I complained to his hosting company that he had saved this page,

so they claim he took it down. But that is a lie as you can see here. April was quiet, although I’ll bet the page was still there, he just laid low for a month or so. But then he resumed doing it in May.

October and November are twofers: Murtha’s Rush to Judgement and “Moral People Must Learn How to Hate”.

This is about three pages; none of which he has removed. The first one is the one about Rachel Meeropol, which he had lied about taking down.

The next was John Murtha and Ilario Pantano.

And last one is “Moral People Must Learn How to Hate”.

This is an example of Meatbrain’s twisted psychosis: the rules are for everyone else to follow, and his calling other people liars is the ultimate hypocrisy.

To Meatbrain, those are the top three posts of mine that really bothered him over the last seven months….and he doesn’t bother linking to me although he he expects others to link to him…instead, he STEALS MY CONTENT, like a SPLOG.

Meatbrain’s website, is not only representative of blind moonbattery, it is also a SPLOG….although it doesn’t use the method of automatically stealing content through RSS feeds, the result is the same.

He also did this to Raven.

His hosting company is TRKHosting.com.

At one point I asked his hosting company how long are people allowed to break the rules, and how many warnings do they get? Do they face any consequences at all, or does the hosting company sanction this illegal and unethical behavior?

I didn’t get a response.

Update: Since my site went down I didn’t get to publish this in time. He has taken down the offending pages. But I am putting this up as a public record, anyway. This is documented evidence of months of lies and abuse.
