RIVERDALE, Ga. — Two unsuccessful city council candidates in Riverdale say a fellow candidate committed fraud when she ran as a woman.

Holy Cow… why would a man want to be a woman if the results were going to be THAT BAD??? I have seen guys turned woman before that made me jealous cause they turned out really hot as women, but this guy is grotesque!
