[ LMAO - as a former TX Sheriff’s Officer, I am amazed and amused at this story since it took some big balls and a strong spine to pull it off — right under the noses of TX State Troopers and other TX LEO’s… ] 
Since 2005, federal and state law enforcement officials have known drug smugglers were using fake Texas Department of Transportation vehicles to haul their cargo all over the Lone Star State.
But, more than two years later, and despite a major prosecution of the 11 people involved in the scam by Johnny Sutton of the U.S. attorney’s office – the official known for handing two Border Patrol agents jail sentences of more than 10 years apiece – the fraudulent trucks are still being found carrying their illicit loads.
In August, Texas state troopers found one of the fake trucks in East Texas carrying 1,000 pounds of marijuana.

It’s because nobody’s afraid of Johnny Sutton but the border control agents. He’s made it clear that if you do your job - defend the border-you could wind up in jail.

Ahhh — so, that’s the jerk who had the Border Patrol Agents arrested for doing their job … it’s a wonder he’s still alive.

I think Johnny Sutton needs to be run out of office, then run out of town on a rail, immediately AFTER he is tarred and feathered! (and if he gives anyone any bunk… lock him up so he can be Bubba’s new ******!!!)
LOL!!! I think it is unforgivable, the way the Border Patrol Agents have been treated.

He has done so many things contrary to the spirit of the law and what the American people want! Just the fact that the drug runner guy that Compean and Ramos got in trouble for shooting- got arrested AGAIN makes me furious.

After three years.
It makes me want to puke. Sutton claimed that if there was enough evidence to indict, he would. But I think this is really too little too late, and Compean and Ramos are still in jail.
