former Thompson staffer; “Boycott Chuck Norris”
This is really dumb. And it’s more along the lines of the guy who attacked Melanie Morgan- SPOCKO. To imagine that a Thompson staffer would attempt something like this is rather disgusting. (Go over and read the comments on this thread - they’re priceless)
And it’s telling that he’s out of Berkeley…that’s where KOS, Stephen Pearcy and a number of other hysterical moonbats live. Maybe there’s something in their water.

Ng singles out Norris’ endorsement of Huckabee – “a candidate who says that he does not believe in evolution,” and “who called for the isolation of AIDS patients – long after the Centers for Disease Control determined that the virus was not spread by casual contact.”
Ng continues: “Republicans long decried celebrities telling us how to vote (see Sean Penn and Ben Affleck in 2004). Certainly, I support Chuck’s First Amendment right to free political speech, but he has gone way beyond what other celebrities like Oprah, Sylvester Stallone or Jon Voight have done. These other celebrities have publicly endorsed, and maybe even spent a day or two campaigning with their chosen candidates. Fair enough.
“But Chuck Norris has endorsed a candidate, went out on the stump with him numerous times in different states and even appeared in a commercial with him. To me, that sets him apart and makes him fair game.”
Quoting a government agency on isolation of AIDS patients doesn’t impress me much, either. Government pays for grants for global warming, that’s why ’science’ is going down the tubes, Trofim Lysenko style. Government terrorist sympathizing bureacracy is one of the reasons Steve Coughlin’s contract is coming to an end-because they’re listening to a jihadi about political correctness. This is a typical leftist move - like SPOCKO took with Melanie Morgan, he’s going after Chuck Norris’s advertisers and outfits that he’s been a spokesman for.
It reminds me of what’s happening with Ezra Levant and Mark Stein in Canada although it’s not Islam, it’s the same fascist concept of restricting political speech.
There should be nothing wrong with opposing Evolution - Evolution is a Victorian-age myth…and most of what they use to prop the myth has been debunked; yet it’s still in textbooks. There is no evidence of it. Schools don’t teach any alternative to Evolution and don’t even point out that it’s a “THEORY” - not a religion.
As I recall, Norris has also supported the Bible as a book in schools, which is also something that the founding fathers supported. There should be nothing wrong with expressing your views - and any time someone takes this kind of approach to political speech, it wreaks of fascism.
Restricting political speech is something I would expect from people on the LEFT. (Excluding McCain, of course.)
