Larry Sinclair filed a civil suit today against Obama *Cao’s blog exclusive*
Sinclair v. Obama, et al
Named as defendants: Barack Obama, David Axelrod and AKP Message and Media, and The Democratic National Committee, Howard Dean, Chairman.
This is the approximate verbiage, as I do not have the original document.
This action is brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1981, 18 U.S.C. 241 and the First Amendmant of the United States Constitution’s right to Freedom of Speech. Defendants have and continue to conspire against the rights of citizens in that they are actively engaged in ongoing internet intimidation, claim to be conducting illegal investigations into plaintiff’s personal life, actively involved in preventing allegations of illegal drug use and sexual activity involving Defendant Obama from becoming public knowledge.
Plaintiff states that he personally engaged in sexual activity and personally used illegal drugs in November 1999 with U.S. Senator Barack Obama on two separate occasions. Plaintiff states that he attempted to contact defendant Obama in the fall of 2007 to advise defendant Obama to make his 1999 use of illegal drugs public himself and that if he did not do so then plaintiff would have no choice but to come forward as defendants’ actions were relevant to his running for President of the United States. Defendant Obama ignored plaintiffs attempts to allow defendant Obama to reveal this information on his own.
It sounds to me as though Sinclair is tired of being hung up on when he has attempted calling Axelrod, and has been ignored by the media that he’s spoken to since last fall.
Thus far, Larry Sinclair has spoken with The New York Post, Fox News, MSNBC, and numerous others, yet for some odd reason, nothing has come of this.

Nothing has come of this because this guy is obviously a mental case. The civil case will be dismissed. But the real tragedy is that Larry Sinclair needs medical attention and obviously isn’t getting it.

This case will not be dismissed, because the civil rights and constitutional rigts of EVERY citizen is at stake here. Goldie and Murray seem to think that People can say things about me and by saying them makes them true, but let me or anyone else expose the TRUTH about a public official or candidate and immediately we are are liars.

We should be free to question our candidates - and I think believing blindly that they’re innocent and above reproach is stupidity…and dangerous.
If this were a lie, Obama’s campaign would have immediately sought a libel/slander suit against Sinclair. Yet there has been a deafening silence! And a media blackout!
Sinclair is STILL awaiting a response - and has had to FORCE it with a lawsuit.

According to the approximate verbage of the civil suit, Larry Sinclair is suing because Obama won’t acknowlege him? I am not sure how that is illegal. Why is the district in which the document was filed blacked out? (5th Division Civil Rights…Duluth isn’t specific enough) How am I supposed to obtain that document if I don’t know where it was filed? I am suprised ANYONE is finding this credible at all.

I find it somewhat disturbing that with the amount of threatening comments posted over the web, including one post suggesting that I will be found murdered, that so-called respectable journalist have chosen to post my address and phone number on the web.

I remember when Paula Jones first spoke out about her experience with Bill. I remember thinking it was suspicious that she was waiting until perverted Bill was in the Oval Office to speak out. But as time went on and more facts became clear, I realized this young woman had been suppressed by the “machine” that has since become quite famous!!! What did I learn from the process of the truth coming out… not to speak up too soon. I was a registered Democrat at the time, and YES, I did vote for Bill Clinton the first time! I thought Paula Jones was just some trailer park bimbo who was disgruntled over not getting a government job. I was certainly glad that I kept my thoughts to myself because she turned out to be a true victim and was telling the truth while the Clinton machine tried to drag her through the mud. Murray, you need to take a break and wait and see what happens, because there is nothing to prove anything yet. But the truth needs to be known. You can’t stop the process of investigation and figuring it all out, no matter how much you love Obama. Take a chill pill dude.

Accuser and/or Cao: What court or district was your lawsuit filed in? I am interested in looking at it. Also - it is not illegal to do a background check against someone. If the information is public, it is perfectly legal so I am not sure who your lawyer is/are.

Public figures are going to endure more criticism and parodies…
Whereas the type of thing Murray has done at his blog would not be looked upon very well by a judge.
Tell me why this is legal against a private citizen.
Private citizens are not appropriate targets for the types of parodies that are used against celebrities and public figures…and I don’t even see this as a parody. To boot, he’s totally wrong because the Great Lakes Naval Training Center graduates recruits every single week. They process 50,000 recruits in a year from that facility, some of them - Navy Seals.
Secondly, calling a private citizen a pedophile or making other such allegations that anyone has engaged in illegal, criminal or amoral behavior or any type of similar conduct is clearly libel (if written) or slander (if spoken). It could be construed as libel or slander even if true if the information is being used to harm the individual. Public or well-known figures don’t have as much protection in this area but still have some against some allegations.

I hope it gains steam. But…Murray should be very careful about what it is he’s saying about Sinclair, but in his obtuse world where he’s larger than life and Sinclair is the scum of the earth, he hasn’t given it much thought.

This person has made himself public by posting this information on YouTube, by being “interviewed” by that wacko radio guy form Chicago and by posting defamation against Obama.
If he was going to file a lawsuit and had evidence, why did he go public on YouTube? Why did he do a radio interview?
He could have let the legal process work in the courts. But he went public before going to the court? Interesting.

He went public to get the attention he was not receiving from the Obama campaign after trying to call Axelrod and being hung up on, etc. He was looking for an answer, which he still hasn’t received.
Obama could have answered this privately, but he chose not to.
Sinclair filed the lawsuit after people like Murray started their illegal stalking campaign. The last I knew, cyberstalking is illegal…and Illinois has some very firm laws against it.

Well the results of the polygraphs are in and both tests show Larry Sinclair to be “deceptive” which is a nice way of saying he lied. His dismissal of the lawsuit only further shows that this whole thing was nothing but a ruse on Sinclair’s part to extort money not only from Obama and his people but also from youtubers. If it weren’t for his mental instability I am sure there would be those who would take him in for charges of slander among other things.

I hate to intrude upon this private argument, but I know that if Larry had passed the polygraph you would be praising Gelb. So please stop with the blurbs. Larry says that his place is not in the crackhead part of town BUT he also first said that it was not a elderly,disabled facility. Then when it was proven that it was, he said that they allowed non-disabled people to live there and he was one of two who did. Then he slipped up on his blog a few days ago and admitted that he is disabled, which for the life of me I don’t know why he denied to begin with. He tried to spin it and claim that he said he wasn’t mentally disabled. But I have the screen shots of what he said. He said he had a law degree and just can’t practice and just got called out on that the other day on his blog. He claims that he is not a liar and is suing people for money when he claims he is not after money. He says he’s not a liar, but he gets got in lies and fail a polygraph test (actually 2). He said that he was never mental, but once his records are subpoenaed the defendants, and you all may find out something differently. Who knows. I told Larry he undoubtedly has big balls. I see his game. It is take it to the hilt. Keep on because he will play it until the proof is brought out on him because they might not find it. That’s why he won’t answer questions and he gets pissy when someone finds out info on him.

I ask because you speak like you are under the impression that Obama and Axelrod are under an obligation to respond to something when they are not even named as defendants. They aren’t being sued and Larry has not action against them. They haven’t done anything to him. EVEN IF the things Larry said were true, they are not tort actionable. You can’t sue someone for that. So now he’s suing three random strangers. As for feeling that Larry is a private citizen, he isn’t. He has made it very clear by continuously seeking out news organizations and giving interviews combined with statement criticizing those who wouldn’t feature him that he chose to become a public, newsworthy figure; a quasi-celebrity. He not a regular ole Johnson like me-hehe.

I thought this was a scam, I didn’t think he should do it, and he was set up.
And voila! He was set up…and Dan Parisi even stopped payment on his check.
It remains to be seen if he comes through on removing the stop payment…

For crying out loud-the DNC, Axelrod, Howard Dean and Obama-are named in the suit! It would seem to me as though the people named in the suit are the ‘defendants’…and yes, they sure as hell are compelled to respond…!

Farrakhan lives in a mansion, yet he talks about the plight of ‘poor blacks’ who’ve been oppressed for 300 years. Isn’t it time they got up? Isn’t it time they stopped looking for an apology?

Young contacted Sinclair several times before his murder - and the only way he could have even found those contact numbers was to obtain them directly from the Obama campaign. And you might wonder if Obama was the subject of those conversations…?

In observing Larry Sinclair– the nemesis of Barack Obama– concerning drug and ***** use in the back of a limo, one can listen to a laid back Sinclair tell his tale like one discusses the latest fashion trends.
For the Obamaniacs, Sinclair sounds like a dufe and a liar which they dismiss in their infatuation over Barack Obama. For those who really listen to Larry Sinclair though, he has allot more going on with him in intelligence and planning than his Minnesota smile reveals.
I sincerely believe that when Larry Sinclair was arrested after his National Press Club appearance that he honestly had calculated this would occur. He knew that the Obamaniacs were going crazy. He knew that Obama had shut him down in spending a fortune. He knew that Obama’s people were ticked at being reigned in the last time Mr. Sinclair waded through the muck of Democratic politics and he knew he had outstanding warrants which would lead to his arrest.
Now ask yourself, if you are Larry Sinclair and there is no legal way you can get your hands on Barack Obama’s phone records which Obama is hiding in connection with murdered Don Young and the vanishing limo driver who brought Sinclair and Obama together, what is one of the easiest ways to gain access to that information than a court order?
What court order could this be? Well, Larry Sinclair knows that 3 Obama operatives are online bragging they got Mr. Sinclair arrested. They phoned the DC police and literally stalked Mr. Sinclair and provided a visual identification that Mr. Sinclair just “happened” to put on his blog before the press club meeting.
Next, instead of the DC police, the Feds swooped in and took custody of Mr. Sinclair……all an apparent violation of the 10th Amendment of the Constitution as Delaware or Colorado were not even bothering with seeking extradition for Mr. Sinclair where his warrants were outstanding.
So this means someone in the Federal government violated protocols as they have no business in getting involved in a state matter for petty matters. The best part of this is for Mr. Sinclair is they then moved him from the District of Columbia, into Maryland which has nothing to do with this case which is supposed to be a Delaware warrant.
Liberals when this is going on with terrorists call it kidnapping. The reader can decide as a judge will if Mr. Sinclair’s attorneys start filing subpoenas in this for the following counts of what is shaping up as a criminal conspiracy of the Obama operatives and Federal officials to stalk and imprison with kidnapping one Lawrence Sinclair.
Questions now are raised in who in the Federal government was monitoring this to send in officers to take into custody Mr. Sinclair who has not broken federal laws.
Delaware and Colorado both knew of Mr. Sinclair and could have cared less about his petty offenses.
Attorneys now can subpoena phone and email records of the federal government.
Attorneys now can subpoena records of the 3 Obamanaics who were stalking Larry Sinclair to see what contact they have with the Obama camp.
When any of the above shows a link as in WhiteHouse at the same press conference Mr. Sinclair was conducting to what Mr. Sinclair states is a Mr. Axelrod working for Barack Obama funded the WhiteHouse lie detector fraud, well that channels directly to Mr. Obama and all of his campaign records in a criminal conspiracy to silence Lawrence Sinclair.
Once that door is open and it is, then Larry Sinclair via the court can obtain Barack Obama’s entire phone records which Mr. Sinclair states will prove his meeting with Barack Obama in a limo and the dealings Mr. Obama had with a dead sodomite choir director in Don Young.
Whether the Obamaniacs know it or not, they are the plumbers in an Obamagate who just landed this entire fiasco back onto Barack Obama with the courts opening up everything he has just like in Watergate.
Payoffs, faked lie detector tests, murdered choir directors and now a literal Federal conspiracy involving what is termed French bloggers and an American blogger to stalk and imprison Mr. Sinclair.
If the Federal zealot who grabbed Mr. Sinclair is found without merit as this was not a federal matter, then there is a fact of kidnapping.
All of that adds up to a horrendous catastrophe and as stated if Mr. Sinclair knew his being dragged into the courts would gain him access as his past maneuvers have shown, then it will be Barack Obama’s own people who bring him down as they have just opened all avenues of defense to Mr. Sinclair and his attorneys to all of these records as one apprehension links all of the parts together.
Now who looks like the bright boy? Yes Larry Sinclair does look quite intelligent now and if his attorneys are one bit the savvy they appear to be, the Obamaniacs walked right into this in one of the best chess moves ever carried out.
Barack Obama in his public directions has stated he had hundreds of operatives doing such work and they have been attacking Mr. Sinclair. The chickens have come home to roost and there is no way Senator Obama is going to cover this up when the courts get involved as if he starts violating court orders that is contempt and if he starts legal maneuvers the voting public will really start focusing on this in what he is really hiding.
Perhaps Larry Sinclair should have been the Democratic nominee as he is so far ahead of the most brilliant operatives in getting them to walk right into this.
