Larry Sinclair’s federal motion
Judge Kennedy Grants Sinclair’s Motion For Initial Discovery
Larry will now be able to find out through discovery the identities of the people behind the pseudonyms TubeSockTedD, mzmolly and OWNINGLIARS, who posted comments at Youtube, the Democratic Underground, and Digg.com, claiming that Sinclair made it all up and was a mental patient.
As more comes out on this, it will be interesting to see if the Obama campaign, or his handler, David Axelrod, find any words in Obama’s defense. They have as yet to respond to the allegations.

You gotta know in advance though, i went libertarian. technically, i’m further right than anyone over there, so i may not fit the mold anymore.
