Mary Stachowicz Victim of Homosexual Hate Crime Committed By Nicholas Gutierrez
On November 13, 2002, Mary Stachowicz offered Nicholas Gutierrez God’s love and forgiveness, and on November 13, Nicholas Gutierrez punched, kicked, and mutilated Mary Stachowicz with a knife until he got tired. Then he placed a garbage bag over her head, strangled her, and jammed her body in a crawl space under the floor of his apartment.
Gutierrez confessed to the crime and was charged with first-degree murder, attempting to conceal a homicide, and burglary.
On July 2, 2007 AD Nicholas Gutierrez was spared the death penalty and sentanced to life in prison in the rape and murder of onetime co-worker Mary Stachowicz, 51, mother of four.
It is commonly believed that Nicholas Gutierrez was spared the death penalty because he is gay and Mary Stachowicz was a Christian.
Mary Stachowicz paid with her life for sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ and having the nerve to ask why Nicholas Gutierrez had sex with men rather than women.
Stachowicz’s trying to get him to change his sexuality reminded him of his mother. “She had this sneer, which reminded me of my mother when she used to beat me…I saw nothing but red,” Gutierrez was reported saying in the Chicago Sun-Times.
I see deeper psychological problems here!!! Here’s a guy who hates his mother, has chosen not to get involved with women, and symbolically killed his mother when he murdered Stachowicz. This is something akin to “psycho”.
So it would appear as though SOME gays do not take those who disagree with them lightly; they don’t want to hear the truth.
Shouldn’t Christians be afraid? I should say that activists have played the victim card long enough!
If homosexuality is about “love”, why don’t they act lovingly towards others and practice the tolerance they criticize others for not having? Why can’t they accept people who don’t agree with them?
When the victim is Politically Correct, the media cooperates with activist groups to use the tragedy to promote the desired “progressive” end–in the case of Shepard’s murder, homosexual-inclusive “hate crimes” legislation.
When the murder victim is not Politically Correct–such as Mary Stachowicz, a devout Catholic woman brutally beaten and stabbed to death by an enraged homosexual–what we get is media disinterest and silence.

Two men have been jailed “for life” for the murder of a homosexual bar man, Jody Dobrowski. They will each serve a minimum of 28 years in prison. It is believed to be the first time that a judge has been able to use an anti-gay motive as an aggravating feature to help decide the sentence.
So what message does this send out? Firstly, it’s a beastly crime - if it’s a life sentence, shouldn’t life mean life? But it also suggests that a homosexual life is more important than a heterosexual one. So, if you’re going to murder someone, you’d better make sure that your victim is straight - otherwise you’d get a harsher punishment.
And it looks even more twisted when you consider that a paedophile rapist, also convicted “for life”, may serve a minimum sentence of just 5 years.

If that were my 3 year old child that had been kidnapped and raped by the pediphile pervert… after his 5 years was up… I’d be waiting on him to dispense the only known cure for his kind. All this is so appalling.
