Update
Update on Here we go again!
Apparently the Mitch and Nan Show got the information on me from here. In their twisted little minds, when someone else breaks the law and violates agreements with numerous outfits, when they ‘borrow it’ from some place else, that makes spreading it around legit.
And so it would seem that post at Joe Cafasso’s completely slipped under my radar; a post defending Robert Young Pelton’s book, License To Kill, which I reviewed here and another post, here.
They all think they have a license to lie and break the law. I hope Public Citizen knows that my blog also appeared in court documents in my affadavits on behalf of some of Idema’s litigation.
The Mitch and Nan Show have offered me a deal, saying I should go to their comments section to officially say where the information came from - and that they didn’t break any laws. They said they would take it down if I relieve them of responsibility for posting it.
we are CERTAIN we have done NOTHING WRONG as our source was simply another BLOG that still exists to this day.
HUH? The entitlement mentality is something we should expect from them, I guess….but you are responsible for the content of what you post, and the legality of it. By promoting Cafasso’s post, they are accessories after the fact. We didn’t break the law because he broke it first!
I’m sorry, but they still broke the law by disseminating that ill-gotten private information, and they have still broken the terms of service with Wordpress.
I will consider this today while I’m otherwise engaged, but I’m inclined to believe that their offer to take it down is disingenuous. Please explain to me why I should go over to that blog of bile and excuse them from responsibility for this, regardless as to where it came from.
They are F****ing with the wrong woman here, as one of my friends said through email.
Thank you to everyone who responded through email on this yesterday. It ain’t over, I am now compelled to go back to PYRA and Google.

Cao, you should tell them to go to hell. It’s too late, the information is already out there, and their post reads like a letter of intimidation and blackmail.
It’s clear that their goal is to intimidate and “expose” anyone and everyone that supports Larry Sinclair. Typical behavior by the Obama camp and supporters.
I think this little episode of theirs will be what finally puts them all out of business and hopefully in jail.
In fact, I would think that the media would be very interested in this story. Let them see exactly how anybody who does not support Obama, becomes victim to the Obama camp and supporters.

You are probably right on the mark about the M&N Group being disingenuous, and why should you comment on their blog at all!
They seem to think that hiding under the guise of satire excuses their actions. They also seem to be so far off track by saying that the Sinclair site is a Hillary forum. I have repeatedly noted that Sinclair stays clear of political rhetoric, and that many of his supporters try to keep the commentary to his true issue when it veers into candidate posturing.
Since you have already been through the blogsphere attack machine, I hope that you are successful in making sure that they are held accountable.

I am still a private citizen, and I am supposed to have control over when and where my information gets out.
At no time did either Cafasso or “The Mitch Squad” have permission to do what they did, let’s be clear on that.
This is pure marxist-style intimidation because they want to protect their holy candidate. The fact that they copied it from psycho Cafasso is striking me rather funny, as though he’s a legitimate source of facts, LOL.
Believe me, I’m still fuming over this, and it ain’t over….by a long shot.
