the Mitch and Nan Show: a collection of internet stalkers

According to Larry, the Mitch and Nan Show is a collection of interesting characters:
The Barack Obama supporter who have identified themselves as Scott Covington of Houston, Texas; John Freeman( aka Joshua), of the University of Michigan; Joshua Ray Derke (20 or 21 yrs old), Dewitt, MI; Paul Day of MA.; Democratista of Medford, MA; Mitch2462@mac.com (MitchtheBitch who claims to be French but lives in New Jersey or Texas); Pianomovers@mac.com (claiming to be Nan the wife of MitchtheBitch) of Houston, Texas; Eric Gibbons (FirehouseGallery.com and lovsart@aol.com), Bordentown, NJ, Eric Ekton, Ohio, Sheila Bryant of Georgetown (?) Georgia; in a joint blog (where each of them hold administrator privileges for posting) on WordPress.com, (owned by Barack Obama supporter and contributor) did this evening knowingly illegally obtain an AUTOTRAK report on another blogger, who just so happens to support my efforts to expose Barack Obama’s 1999 crack cocaine use and gay sexual encounters.
These individuals knowingly posted this information containing the bloggers home phone number, Social Security Number, home address and date of birth.
If anyone out there does any internet sleuthing, I would be most appreciative for more information about these individuals. By copying the illegal information that violated Locateplus’s terms of service agreement from Joe Cafasso’s website, they are accessories to his criminal activity because he is another one that wants to silence all opposition.

BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS
(815) Personal Information Protection Act.(815 ILCS 530/1)
Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the Personal Information Protection Act.

Sec. 5. Definitions. In this Act:
“Data Collector” may include, but is not limited to, government agencies, public and private universities, privately and publicly held corporations, financial institutions, retail operators, and any other entity that, for any purpose, handles, collects, disseminates, or otherwise deals with nonpublic personal information.
Contrary to what Joe Cafasso says, the information that he posted was from an autotrack report that was run by Locateplus and is not public information. It is Cafasso and the Mitch and Nan Show that have made it public.
“Breach of the security of the system data” means unauthorized acquisition of computerized data that compromises the security, confidentiality, or integrity of personal information maintained by the data collector. “Breach of the security of the system data” does not include good faith acquisition of personal information by an employee or agent of the data collector for a legitimate purpose of the data collector, provided that the personal information is not used for a purpose unrelated to the data collector’s business or subject to further unauthorized disclosure.
“Personal information” means an individual’s first name or first initial and last name in combination with any one or more of the following data elements, when either the name or the data elements are not encrypted or redacted:
(1) Social Security number.
(2) Driver’s license number or State identificationcard number.
(3) Account number or credit or debit card number, oran account number or credit card number in combination with any required security code, access code, or password that would permit access to an individual’s financial account.
“Personal information” does not include publicly available information that is lawfully made available to the general public from federal, State, or local government records.

Sec. 10. Notice of Breach.
(a) Any data collector that owns or licenses personal information concerning an Illinois resident shall notify the resident at no charge that there has been a breach of the security of the system data following discovery or notification of the breach. The disclosure notification shall be made in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, consistent with any measures necessary to determine the scope of the breach and restore the reasonable integrity, security, and confidentiality of the data system.
(b) Any data collector that maintains computerized data that includes personal information that the data collector does not own or license shall notify the owner or licensee of the information of any breach of the security of the data immediately following discovery, if the personal information was, or is reasonably believed to have been, acquired by an unauthorized person.
Locateplus is protecting their account holder who LOST THEIR ACCOUNT because of this. Locateplus’ accountholder violated Illinois law which protects the consumer from this kind of fraud. Their account holder violated Illinois cyberstalking law, and now the Mitch and Nan Show are violating Illinois cyberstalking law.
Cyberstalking an Illinois resident is a class 4 felony.
Just because you come from a privileged background doesn’t mean you should get a pass for breaking the law.
They are not only stalking me, they are blackmailing me, they’ve threatened to kill Larry Sinclair, and a few of them are doing it under a protective shroud of anonymity, although eventually that anonymity is going to be blown, because they should be held responsible for their illegal acts.
Some people need that anonymity in order to feel big and important behind a computer screen.
They like threatening people; threats have now officially replaced reasonable discourse as they police the internet for people who disagree with them, and seek to snuff out any opposition. And they even recruit others to join in with them, which is like asking people to join an INTERNET GANG of FELONS AND THUGS.

I’m fairly sure I have a picture of Make Noise from the cesspool. The one who called Rense when Larry was being interviewed. I clicked her icon and she was stupid enough to have a picture with her and her husband? at a Hooters - with the location of the Hooters on the Mans’ Hooters Tshirt. It looked to be a Halloween party. Perhaps another picture for Larrys’ wall hopefully to make her a bit more circumspect. Let me know which email to send it to if to if you’de like to have it. Incidently, she subsequently changed the picture - I don’t think she’s aware that the shirt gives away the location of where they live.
