the Mitch Squad stalkers are threatening my family
Larry’s in DC busy making videos like this one, and tonight he’ll be on RENSE for another interview to MAKE SOME NOISE. Earlier he faced the DNC in person, but they didn’t have the courage to respond. Amidst all this he’s going to file a complaint with the FBI: a visit supplying them with information that hopefully will lead to the arrest and prosecution of the members of the Mitch and Nan Show and then we won’t have to endure this constant harassment anymore.
The Mitch Squad ignored my requests to take down my personal information.
Mitch is STILL EMAILING ME HARASSING MESSAGES AFTER I’VE REPEATEDLY SAID ” STOP “.
Illinois is about to pass a law criminalizing any instance of cyberbullying that involve a direct threat to another person. Penalties include up to one year in jail for the first instance of harassing someone online, with repeat offenses leading to up to three years imprisonment.
Cyber-bullying involves the use of information and communication technologies to support deliberate, repeated, and hostile behaviour by an individual or group, that is intended to harm others.”
Cyber-bullies may disclose victims’ personal data (e.g. real name or workplace/schools) at websites or forums, or may attempt to assume the identity of a victim for the purpose of publishing material in their name that defames or ridicules them.
Larry supposedly took the time out from everything he’s busy with in DC to post a comment on THEIR WEBSITE (as if he’s monitoring it while he’s so busy)!!! That is pretty funny, considering their death threats, intimidation tactics and outright blackmail offers. I’m more inclined to believe that one of their stepford wife followers assumed Larry’s identity for the purpose of making a brand new accusation towards Larry and taking the heat off their own illegal acts.
The Mitch and Nan Show members are putting on a cyberbullying show–demonstrating textbook criminal cyberstalking, cyberbullying and harassment behavior.
If you want to know what not to do on the internet, that website is a perfect example.

Cao,
In addition to legal steps w/in the judicial system (which may or may not be effective–after all, sitting federal judges are a crapshoot, and this looks like interstate stuff for the most part), the guy has to have an ISP, and ISPs have TOS that almost always specifically exclude this kind of behavior. Heck, even Yahoo’s TOS for free email accounts exclude this sort of thing. Usually just forwarding an abusive email with a complaint to abuse@[isp.com/net/whatever] will result in shutting the account down.
Yeh, I know, goons like this thrive on multiple throwaway accounts, but just archive a canned slug to append to emails to forward to ISPs/email providers with his emails. A pain, but it’s one more way you can legally dish his harassment back at him… without havng to deal directly with him.
Hmmm… these folks have to have assets of some sort. Perhaps a creative “junk yard dog” lawyer would be willing to go after them on a contingency basis. Were it I, I’d want to find the meanest lawyer I could, one who just LOVED putting folks in the poorhouse by stripping them of every cent they had in a lawsuit (no, not their clients *heh*). Heck, even in federal courts, civil cases can sometimes right wrongs far better than criminal ones can.
Sure, such a course would pose a moral dilemma (enrich a lawyer… punish a goon… enrich a lawyer… punish a goon–oh! what a choce! *LOL*), but in the end, even making a junk yard dog lawyer richer is balanced out by impoverishing some goons, IMO.
YMMV, of course.

There are several individuals involved in this, and yes, they all have ISP’s. Thanks for the tip. Wordpress and blogger haven’t been very responsive, but I’m going to take a different approach and see what happens.
