will not be doing much blogging over the weekend
After a grueling session at physical therapy this afternoon, I’m taped up to keep the shoulder stationary.
The shoulder should be iced twice a day and the tape should stay on for a couple of days.
So needless to say I’m not in much of a mood to blog, talk, or anything else. 
Hopefully this will change over time after we start seeing some results, but in the meantime, I just might go to bed and sleep.
At least it doesn’t feel like the arm is out of its socket when it’s just hanging by my side. The tape is helping.
