McDonald’s: Christians are haters
Throwing out any pretense of being neutral in the culture war, McDonald’s has taken up the rhetoric of gay activists, suggesting those who oppose same sex marriage (SSM) are motivated by hate. AFA has asked for a boycott of McDonald’s
Stacy at Active Christian Media:
…being called a “hater” because I decide to not eat at McDonald’s because they support the militant homosexual agenda does not make me very happy. I find it EXTREMELY insulting that I, as a Christian, when I practice my faith am being called a HATER.
If that doesn’t outrage you, it should. For so many reasons.
First, since when does having a moral worldview a hateful thing?
Second, do not Christians have a right to their free speech?
Third, for the leaders of McDonald’s to use the same language as the militant homosexuals in their rhetoric, is not only telling, but should anger any Christian who not only loves homosexuals, but also prays for homosexuals to come out of their deviant lifestyle.
The issue at hand here is McDonald’s ADVOCATING deviancy, not Christians HATING gays - note how they twisted things.
So, if you want to make a difference, then Boycott McDonald’s and let them know you don’t appreciate them calling Christians haters for simply living out their faith.
And trust me, if you don’t stand up now and speak, it won’t be long before you can’t. Do it today - visit the Boycott McDonald’s site and put your faith into action.
Joseph Farah’s article on the boycott Mcdonald’s website is here.
I’ll just bet this is something you won’t see anywhere else in the media.
It’s a column by the editor, publisher and chief executive officer of a news company calling for a consumer boycott of McDonald’s because of the fast-food chain’s promotion of the radical homosexual agenda including same-sex marriage.
Why won’t you see it anywhere else?
You won’t see it anywhere else for two reasons:
The corporate establishment press, from which I emerged more than a decade ago, largely supports the same radical political and social agenda;
And because McDonald’s advertising dollars are coveted by news companies throughout the U.S. and around the world.
So why am I different? Why doesn’t WND have the same concerns and fear of loss as the rest of the media crowd?
I am different because I believe in absolute standards of right and wrong as enumerated in the Bible. I am not embarrassed to say it. I believe it is the only moral standard that can bring happiness in this world and the next. And the Bible is unequivocal about homosexuality and the definition of marriage.
