The Delaware Habitual Offender Code
When Sinclair says he is fighting for his life in Delaware, he means it.
What has been set up in Delaware is a sealed Grand Jury and he doesn’t even know what the charges against him are. And what hangs in the balance is a life sentence.
It really stinks what the people at the Mitch and Nan Show have done to him. No, getting his social security disability benefits was not enough for them; they want to permanently put him away.
And that includes that weird “America’s Hope Foundation“…the website was very unprofessional and the whole thing stunk as some sort of a scam. I don’t believe there ever were ads for that.
And now we have some guy who claims to be Excaliber as if he’s some kind of covert CIA operative when in actuality, his information is also posted on the web - just like the rest of these fools who think they’re harassing Sinclair from underneath a safe shroud of anonymity.
And I thought Cafasso was bad. This is a whole army of Cafasso-like clones.
What they’re hoping for is that he won’t publish their information before he has to face the music. So while they laugh and gaffaw and high five it over at that dark cave of moonbattery of theirs, Sinclair is diligently working on a number of things he should be paying attention to. When your life is hanging in the balance, it should not be surprising that he’s trying to raise funds to pay the attorney who’s defending him. He has a number of fundraising things going on; all in plain view, yet people are making the blind and stupid allegation that he has ‘made money’ on all of this. Puhleez.
If they succeed in destroying Sinclair, and if he ends up with a life term in Delaware (which is what they’re after, surprisingly), I wonder if they’ll ever regret the malicious hateful actions they’ve taken on dying but still courageous man, or if they’ll just smile, slap each other on the back and say ‘c’est la vie’.
If that happens, I will be even more disappointed with what is going on in this country than I already am.

Umm, you seen his criminal record? He’s made a career out of defrauding people. That counts as victimisation to me.

Proof means– names and dates– not generalizations.

Covington has made a career out of defrauding people - $750,000 worth in the past year; he’s been convicted of passing bad checks - same as Sinclair. But Covington hasn’t turned over a new leaf - from what I understand the charges against Sinclair are very, very old and he has been a law abiding citizen since then.
And that’s apparent by how he responds to every single thing; he faces up to it.
Unlike the people who are hiding under rocks throwing ******** around hoping that something will stick. You’re like terrorists with IEDs.

What did Sinclair defraud people out of?
Who did he defraud? When? What was the dollar amount?
The allegations about paying for the hotel room with fake money orders has already been disproven with the visa payment and receipt - and after that it was paid by Social Security and they know this and it can be proven.
So give me specifics or shut up.

Oh, the irony…maybe you should aim your demands for proof at Sinclair. He’s the one who is incapable of providing a shred of corroborating evidence for his ludicrous claims. Not a shred.
And now his scam isn’t quite playing out the way he hoped and is snowballing out of control.
Poor Larry, everything he touches turns to ****. But it’s never his fault. Never. Someone else is always to blame…

Actually, Sinclair has given proof. The limo driver’s name (which you people said didn’t exist); and the phone numbers that were used by Donald Young to contact him - which he’d only given to the Obama campaign.
Maybe the **** in Obama’s campaign should be contacted, since it’s been surmised that they were put on his staff in order to keep them quiet about his being ‘on the down low’.
Maybe someone should do an interview with the Young family, who also think Wright and Obama had something to do with Young’s murder. I notice how everyone shut up about that one, too.
Now it’s up to a good investigative reporter - or maybe the poice department to connect the dots.
I think you’ve completely mis-placed and misunderstood what Sinclari’s role is in all of this.

Obama has not responded; he could very easily lay this to rest by opening his phone records. He could very easily lay this to rest with an alibi for the dates and times in question.
Although the Obama bloggers have tried like to hell to provide the alibi, it turns out that he wasn’t in the Senate at the time…too bad for you; he could very well have done what Sinclair alleges.
As in the case of Paula Jones, who America believes, you dono’t need concrete proof to bring something as serious as this to Ameirca’s attention.
Unfortunately the political climate of today is such that you can’t do such a thing without expecting personal repercussions.

Poor you; my support of Sinclair obviously bothers you, so instead of allowing you to have a soapbox about your stupid position without giving me any facts to back yourself up, –I’m closing comments on this thread.
I don’t have to allow this; and I won’t. I am allowed my opinion, without insults and abuse from the Obamanazis. It’s obvious that no matter what Sinclair does, you will continue your campaign of obfuscation, deception, intimidation and threats. So there really is no reason to engage in a ‘conversation’; because there is no two-way street with you people.
And #5, if I felt that Iraq wasn’t worth it, or worth the supreme sacrifice of our soldiers, I wouldn’t have been in full support of my older son going there 4 times. Bush went after Saddam Hussein with the full backing of Congress and the United Nations because Saddam violated sanctions and lied, and wouldn’t allow the weapons inspectors in. In fact, Clinton and Gore called for war in Iraq and wrote up the Iraqi Liberation Act.
Thanks to president Bush, a ruthless dictator was de-throned, and Iraqis are have now declared they’ve won over terrorism in Iraq, while Al Qaeda has declared attacks are down, and they can’t get new recruits. Which is why they’re using women and mentally handicapped people as suicide bombers.
