Someone has asked to reset the password for the following site and username.

Username: larry sinclair

To reset your password visit the following address, otherwise just ignore this email and nothing will happen.

If anyone is getting a message like that from my blog, please let me know.

Someone is playing games. I know who the people are who are signed up on my blog; the commenters do not need passwords. Larry Sinclair isn’t a writer here, he’s a commenter.

I have also been getting a lot of emails that all of Larry’s supporters signed up as users on my blog. The funny thing is; I don’t give that link out, I don’t invite people to do that unless they write here.

so now I think i’m going to leave the evidence where it is - as long as it does no harm - so that I can collect it, index it, etc.

Look in the comments section on this post for more of this type of spam.

He thinks he’s very clever, obviously.

I stand corrected; whoever is doing this has wordpress knowledge and is using this blog to spam people. Well…I have that knowledge, too and shut that off.

Has spam not been declared the same as phone harassment and the FCC starting leving some hefty fines and jail sentences that run into years, not days? Seems someone just received that type sentence for spam in Va or someplace near.

Brooklyn Man Sentenced To 30 Months in Prison In AOL Spam Case

NEW YORK -(Dow Jones)- A Brooklyn man was sentenced to more than two years in prison Tuesday after pleading guilty last year to sending unsolicited “spam” emails to about 1.2 million subscribers of Time Warner Inc.’s (TWX) America Online.

At a hearing Tuesday, U.S. District Judge Denny Chin in Manhattan sentenced Adam Vitale to 30 months in prison, to be followed by three years supervised release. He also was ordered to pay restitution of more than $183,000 to AOL.

“The spamming is serious criminal conduct,” the judge said. “This is not a teenager engaging in child’s play.”

Vitale, 27 years old, pleaded guilty last year to conspiracy and two counts of violating anti-spam laws. He has been in federal custody since he was arrested on separate narcotics charges in New Jersey in August while free on bail.

“Separate narcotics charges”, lol…when you’re a lawbreaker loser, you don’t limit yourself.

How interesting…there are several spammer arrest cases over the last few years.

Now the next question is…how do we find out the identity of this individual or group of individuals?

I have lurked here a couple of times but I don’t think I have ever commented. i received emails about a user account and password reset. These were obviously part of the bigger M&N harrassment of larry and anyonewho has ever visited or commented on his blog.

Just wanted to say this impersonator(s) are not me and should be warned that attempts to hijack my identity and/or to spam me or anyone/website or forum could provoke legal action on my part.

  4. llb284 Says:

yes, larry can order a death “certification” if you continue to read, it will tell you the information available on the certificate:

The certification of death shall contain only the name, Social Security Number, sex, date of death, and place of death of the person to whom it relates, and file number; and none of the other data on the certificate of death

What are you citing? Look at this certificate from California. Or this one from Texas dated 1999. If what you’re saying is true, these couldn’t possibly be legit, either; and aside from the colors, they are both very similar to Donald Young’s death certificate or “certificate of vital record”.

the informatiion larry posted is found only on the medical examiner’s certificate. he ordered the death certificate, and then used the US standard medical examiner’s form and filled it in himself. That’s why his medical examiner’s form doesn’t say “state of illinois” they ALL say that. He wanted to be able to put cause of death, which by the way, he botched horribly, if you observe here:

    http://www.cdc.gov/nchs/data/misc/hb_me.pdf

What are you citing? The Center for Disease Control- Those standards need only be followed ‘as nearly as possible’. Each state or jurisdiction (as in this case, Chicago) - can have their own. As it turns out, the City of Chicago wants to have some sort of distinction in these matters.

You can even order the death certificate online and cite “personal records” as your reasoning. You don’t have to be a next-of-kin, have insurance or social security interests as far as I can tell by that drop down list.

it gives the guidelines for filling out the form. the first line is to post what caused “immediate death.”

reports say that young was found “unresponsive”

    citation: your own post http://caosblog.com/6820

Hilarious. Sloppy citation, since in two places on that post I quoted two different articles which said “Young suffered multiple gunshot wounds, and his death was ruled a homicide”. Nothing on that post said he was found ‘unresponsive’, but hold on until I finish laughing.

The certificate we’re looking at appears to not be the completed federal or state form; it appears is the Chicago medical examiner’s form that was given to the funeral director (which doesn’t have to be the CDC’s form - it just has to contain the information cited in the CDC’s requirements.). You can see the funeral director’s signature there. Are you so completely stupid to realize what it is we’re looking at here, or are you that desperate to call Sinclair a liar without checking your facts?

If you look at the examples of how to fill out the cause of death on a death certificate, there is a car accident given. The LAST line would say gun shot (the event that caused the injury) the first line should say brain hemorrhaging or something along those lines. The reason larry can give a seal is because he does indeed have a death certification, which he probably got through false pretense.

You think that every form looks the same throughout the US, so this one must be fake. When in actuality, if you do a little research, you find that they’re very different from one locale to the next. Death certificates done in Chicago are different from those done in Cook County, for example, even though Chicago lies in Cook County. That’s government for ya! The line on the Chicago certificate says 20a. (gives choices) 20d. homicide, how injury occurred: ‘found shot’. Look at Cook County’s requirements for picking up a death certificate. The kicker is; there is a difference between a death that occurred within Chicago’s city limits and one that occurred in Cook County; you need to specify when you’re requesting records like this. Whether it’s by mail or in person - or even online, no one is required to PROVE ANYTHING; just provide identification and pay the fee.

And you could say the same thing about Larry Sinclair’s father’s information - if all things were equal, what gives people the right to post his? And they didn’t have the courtesy to block out the social security number on that one.

note that the law also says :

to any applicant entitled to such a search. Below, it tells you which applicants are entitled:
    (d) In case of a death or fetal death certificate,

upon specific written request for a certified copy by a person, or his duly authorized agent, having a genealogical, personal or property right interest in the record.

that’s “a genealogical, personal or property right interest in the record.” Larry does not have any.

Stop citing law that is not applicable to Chicago. You can’t just cherry pick law (whether it’s the rules of the CDC, Rock Island County, or whatever) and expect people to believe you. You are desperate to lie to paint a bad picture of Sinclair, and we are now all hip to the game. So if you want to continue on with this charade, go ahead, but you will be knocked down on every invented point you conjure up.

  5. llb284 Says:

and mitch and nan didn’t post donald’s information.

Yeah, but they posted his living relatives’ information, Donald is dead - they can’t harass HIM now. May he RIP. AND they posted Larry Sinclair’s father’s information, including his social security number - and posted Larry’s mother’s information, called her, and now they’re spamming the email addresses of Larry Sinclair’s supporters, hacked into this blog, using the same list, etc. All things are not equal here and you people have crossed over to criminal behavior in your hysteria. Who cares if you personally didn’t do it; if a bunch of kids rob a bank and someone is driving their getaway car, he is still a part of that crime.

Someone just posted a law congress passed. Here it is. :

    HR0983 HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of Representatives and State Representative Monique D. Davis are saddened to learn of the death of Donald Young of Chicago, who passed away December 23, 2007; and WHEREAS, Donald Young was born on April 5, 1960 to [redacted]; he accepted Christ at an early age and directed a choir at his church during his childhood; he was a 1978 graduate of Thornridge High School; and

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with his many family members and friends, the passing of Donald Young; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Donald Young as a symbol of our sincere sympathy.

it was posted in his memory and is a public document.

And the point of putting this here is what. ? So I can be awestruck and impressed by your sense of propriety? Or dumbfounded over the complete double standards of the Obamablahblahbloganots? Give me a freakin’ break. I’m glad that at least SOMEONE is recognizing that Donald Young was a person who deserved respect, even in death, but so do his living relatives - which the Mitch and Nan Show have completely discounted in their hysterical fits. And what about Larry Sinclair’s father’s information that was posted by the lemming brigades? Have these people no shame? What about the long list of email addresses of Sinclair supporters? You people are crude, rude and socially unacceptable in my book!!!~ Maybe you should play by your own freakin’ rules you bunch of hypocrites!

  6. llb284 Says:

oh and here’s what the real Illinois state medical examiner’s certificate looks like:

    http://www.mortware.com/images/mwpro/Picture5.jpg

and here’s a picture of an old one:

    http://www.cyberdriveillinois.com/images/death_front.jpg

google “state death certificate, and find me ONE that doesn’t say “state of” on it.

    you can’t. they don’t exist.

    You’re wrong there.

    picture-2.png

This is certified by the City of Chicago Department of Public Health; not Cook County. And you’d better believe these exist, honey. I know; my cousin died in Chicago just a few years ago. Chicago treats things a little differently than Cook County does.

  7. Nosir Says:

    google “scottcovington”

  8. bongoman Says:

It’s all over for Sinclair. The game is up. How may regular commenters are left at his site? It’s just for the crazies now. Anyone with any capacity for critical thinking has given up on Sinclair.

How long before Larry is back in jail do you think?

  9. llb284 Says:

you’re free to delete the posts, I was just responding to you, so I don’t care if anyone else reads it. I’m not in some type of war against you. We were just having a discussion.

    Luv

  10. llb284 Says:

So your stance is that they are real, but he got them illegally. I can deal with that.

Or from the families, I suppose.

  11. llb284 Says:

and I have that seal too. Called the city of chicago, they asked me if the seal was red and blue? I said. no. She told me to send it to her, and I did. I’ll tell you what they say when they respond. Even if they say it’s real.

  12. llb284 Says:

and I have done nothing criminal. I haven’t associated you with joanne who sends hatemail or bevann who threatens to shoot people. Don’t associate me with someone who posted larry’s family tree because I didn’t do it.

  13. llb284 Says:

Donald Young was found unresponsive by police early Sunday. The Cook County medical examiner’s office ruled the death a homicide. An autopsy found the 47-year-old Young suffered multiple gunshot wounds.

    http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,318267,00.html

don’t pick out little things. We both KNOW he was found “unresponsive”

  14. llb284 Says:

oh and sweety, this is STATE law.

note that the law also says :

to any applicant entitled to such a search. Below, it tells you which applicants are entitled:
    (d) In case of a death or fetal death certificate,

upon specific written request for a certified copy by a person, or his duly authorized agent, having a genealogical, personal or property right interest in the record.

that’s “a genealogical, personal or property right interest in the record.”

I’ll show you the application to get a death certificate from the city of chicago. You have to sign saying you are a relative or have a property interest.

  15. Cao Says:

Apparently I can have a conversation with you without publishing the comments. So that’s fine, but when you’re citing, please do it accurately. I didn’t say on ANYWHERE on the post that you linked to that he was “unresponsive”. And you’re the one who’s nitpicking - not me.

I’m lumping all of you into one bucket of stalkers because that’s what you are.

I didn’t invite you here, and as a matter of fact, I relegated a few people to ‘perpetual moderation’, where you will be shortly.

You should be better informed than you are.

Isn’t that what one of you said to me?

  16. llb284 Says:

the link you gave me says the same thing : Under state law, persons may legally obtain a copy of a death certificate if they are a relative or can prove a financial interest in an individual’s death.

    Larry has neither, right?

  17. Cao Says:

round and round and round you go! where you’ll stop, nobody knows!

  18. llb284 Says:

You can’t argue that this law isn’t applicable to chicago city, because it is. I can show a billion citations where it is.

    I’ll be awaiting your rebuttal.

  19. Cao Says:

bwahahahaha! You can also qualify to get a death certificate if you pay the fee, and if what you’re doing is “research” and that is precisely what Sinclair is doing and did. Plus, he has a “personal interest” in Donald Young’s death, considering he spoke with the man and received text messages from him not long before he was found shot to death in his apartment. I have said repeatedly that you don’t need anything special to request a death certificate - geneologists even order them - and what they do also qualifies as “research” ; you didn’t check the dropdown when requesting one on the website link. Regardless, you’ve parted with your senses, LOL - completely unhinged over this!

I can prove it, but it will take a little while; I have to find out when my cousin’s death was precisely–and then I’ll order his death certificate. I’m his cousin, but to him, I don’t have any of the interests that you seem to think people need in order to get a death certificate. I’ll bet I’ll get it. And it’s in Chicago - he died in Chicago, so we can see if the two are the same. In the meantime you can sit in moderation and holler.

    Show me the billion citations.

Order a death certificate from the City of Chicago

    bwahahahahaha! I’m laughing my *** off…!

I can argue however I like. You can’t argue ****.

    double, double, toil and trouble…
Thrice and once, the hedge-pig whin’d.
    ’tis time! ’tis time!
    Round about the caldron go;
    In the poison’d entrails throw.—
    Toad, that under cold stone,
    Days and nights has thirty-one;
    Swelter’d venom sleeping got,
Boil thou first i’ the charmed pot!
    Double, double toil and trouble;
    Fire burn, and caldron bubble.

For persons who died in suburban Cook County, contact the Cook County Clerk’s Office (866-252-8974). For persons who died in Illinois, contact the Illinois Department of Public Health Division of Vital Records (217-782-6553) or the county clerk in the county where the death occurred. For all other states, information is available from the National Center for Health Statistics.

    bwahahahahaha

PS: If I continue to edit my responses, that is because they are in moderation and you’re not supposed to see them. Now I have to find out how and why you can see my comments when I haven’t made them public, and if you’ve hacked into my site - and/or the security/integrity of it has been breached. I appreciate your civil tone must of the time here, but what i don’t appreciate is what you’re trying to accomplish through mean and underhanded methods. Like this whole conversation, for one thing. If you hadn’t been so excited, I doubt you would have revealed that you could read what it is I’m writing behind-the-scenes while these comments have not been made public. Not very bright on your part. Being that they’re time stamped, you can see that there was very little time between them, too.

  20. llb284 Says:

whats this nonsense about hacking your site?

  21. Cao Says:

    you.have.got.to.be.kidding.

  22. llb284 Says:

what? lol. I’m at a loss here, really.

  23. llb284 Says:

sorry if there’s some sort of misunderstanding. But I couldn’t hack my way out of a paper bag.

  24. llb284 Says:

I can only read our conversation after I comment.

  25. Pepper Says:

No, really, Cao. What specifically has been hacked? What evidence do you have for it? Do you perhaps have a different definition of ‘hacked’ than the rest of the world? Or is it just some lack of understanding on your part as to how your own blog software works?

  26. an observer Says:

I’ve noticed the anti Che Guevara book promoted on your site and I wondered what the essence of the book is? Is it simply a rebuttal of those idolizing him, or did it include a not so obvious defense of Batista? I have a view of history that says, in the case of Cuba, Fidel and Che would never have existed, as we know them, if it wasn’t for Batista. Fidel might have actually ended up as an American baseball player. The point is, does anyone think Fidel and Che actually created the Cuban revolution? Or, was the revolution inevitable, and they happened to be there at the right time? The truth of the matter is; revolution is a reaction to some existing condition. Fortunately for the U.S. our revolutionary leaders were all classically educated and steered the revolt in the direction of being a republic that has now lasted more than 200 years. The French revolution, on the other hand, resulted in the removal of most of their technocrat’s heads and they ended up with Napoleon. Someone once said revolution brings out the best and the worst in man. So, what is the point of even discussing Che, if we’re not going to discuss the status of Cuba at the time of the revolution? Before the cries of communist start, I am actually relatively conservative, but also objective! Unbiased objective analysis of history helps to not repeat it.

  27. Pepper Says:

You still haven’t mentioned what you mean about hacking your site… What’s up with that?

  28. Pepper Says:

Okay, cat’s got your tongue, I understand.

  29. Cao Says:

sorry, nothing ‘has my tongue’, I wasn’t online anymore when you continued to leave your freaked out comments here

As you can see by the comments that I published above (from yesterday #4-19), there was a number of comments - a whole conversation, in fact, that occurred when it was all ‘in moderation’. I just published those comments this morning. See the bottom of #19

PS: If I continue to edit my responses, that is because they are in moderation and you’re not supposed to see them. 30. Cao Says:

#26 - Click on the link to find out when you see it. This is not the appropriate place to ask about that; this is a discussion thread on a post.

Humberto Fontova reveals in this myth-shattering book, Che was actually a bloodthirsty executioner, a military bumbler, a coward, and a hypocrite. This biographical account proves it’s no exaggeration to state that Che - who was captured and killed nearly forty years ago - was the godfather of modern terrorism.

And yet Che’s followers naively swallow Castro’s historical revisionism. They are classic “useful idiots.” the name Stalin gave to foolish Westerners who parroted his lies about communism’s successes.

    • Che longed to destroy New York City with nuclear missiles. (So why does Angelina Jolie sport a Che tattoo, while denouncing violence as a U.N. ambassador of goodwill?)
    • Che promoted book burning and signed death warrants for authors who disagreed with him. (So why did Jean Paul Sartre praise him as a “perfect” man, and why did Time Magazine name him one of the 100 most influential people of the century?)
    • Che made amazingly racist statements about blacks. (So why do Jesse Jackson, Jay-Z, and Mike Tyson say nice things about him?)
    • Che persecuted ****, long-haired rock and roll fans, and religious people. (So why do Carlos Santana, Madonna and Johnny Depp think he’s so cool?)
    • Che, the devoted Communist, loved material wealth and private luxuries. (So why do the mainstream media still depict him as an ascetic?)

David Horowitz says: “A great service for the cause of decency and human freedom. Deservedly puts Che Guevara in the ash-heap of history. Every American should read this book.”

    See it at amazon.

Che was deathly afraid to drive a motorcycle, enjoyed killing dogs, and executed more than 14,000 people–from the testimonies of former revolutionaries and Cuban refugees which assembles a damning portrait of a man lauded by everyone from Jean-Paul Sartre to Jon Lee Anderson. A must read

  31. CaffineQueen Says:

Man oh man! You have been bombarded with Obamabotstodayi see! Keep up the good fight Cao butdon’tlet them drive you crazy! Wouldn’t want them you to drive you to the kool-ade!

    CQ

  32. Cao Says:

#32 - CQ, Their attempts to “drive” people somewhere just drive us to be more determined to expose Obama for what he is: not someone who should be leading our country as POTUS.

#9 - “you’re free to delete the comments”, lol…well thanks, this is my blog, lOf COURSE I’m “free” to do so! And I don’t need your permission! But this is a priceless example of your entitlement mentality… and that of the Obama bloggers; like spioled children, when you don’t get what you want, throw a tantrum.

#8 - I doubt if it is over for Sinclair, despite all the underhanded methods the Obamablognots are using to destroy any support he has. Sinclair has many times the supporters that M&N does…since most of their comments come from a handful of different individuals talking to themselves under different pseudonyms. How many are there really at M&N. 10?

#7 - Yes, this blog is very high in the search rankings for the terms “Scott Covington”. Since when you click on the blog it only comes up with the general blog URL, maybe I should have something up in the sidebar linking to Covington; or set up a section devoted to all of those hysterical losers.

#10 - my position is that the certificates are legal, and Sinclair obtained them legally. I AM interested in proof - other than the hysterical rants of a moonbat - that would show me otherwise….but until them I will continue to maintain that the certificates were obtained legally. When you compare the criminal behavior of the other side versus Sinclair, it seems clear that the other side is completely willing to violate the law, break all the rules, and disregard the privacy of everyone that disagrees with them. Sinclair, on the other hand, has completely owned up to what he has done wrong. And who on this earth hasn’t made mistakes? At least Sinclair has come clean about his.

#12 - the criminality of what you’ve accomplished here is yet to be determined. And what is the rest of the nonsense you’ve brought up? Irrelevant distraction.

#27 - For more on comment moderation, which you don’t seem to understand (there is no misunderstanding except on your part), see this explanation. In short: comments that are held in moderation should not be visible…except for the ones that YOU LEFT (contrary to what you said in #24 and numerous others - you should have seen your comments ONLY with a note that they were held in moderation). My responses to you should not have been visible to you until I published them. I am left with only one conclusion; that you were seeing something that nobody else could have seen, which means you have some special powers that nobody else has! oooo hooo witchy woman~!
