Judicial Watch should defend Larry Sinclair
This article at WND got my attention with this paragraph:
Officials with Judicial Watch today said its investigation into Accountable America would focus on a nationwide effort by the “liberal activist group to intimidate supporters of Republican and conservative causes,” because those activities may fall under a key federal civil rights law known as the Ku Klux Klan Act.
That law, Judicial Watch said, may come into play if “two or more persons conspire to prevent by force, intimidation, or threat, any citizen who is lawfully entitled to vote, from giving his support or advocacy in a legal manner, toward or in favor of the election of any lawfully qualified person as an elector for president or vice president, or as a member of Congress of the United States; or to injure any citizen in person or property on account of such support or advocacy.”
“Threats and intimidation have no place in our democratic elections and are a violation of the law. This new front group, Accountable America, seems have crossed a legal line,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.
The Obamablognots have violated the Klu Klux Klan Act - and some of whom you can find at the Mitch and Nan Show. They using the same exact approach as Accountable America. Why is Public Citizen defending the identities of people who have clearly broken the law? Why did the FBI refuse to do anything about Oswaldo’s death threats against Sinclair when that individual has clearly broken the law?

Oh Cao,
This is too much of a stretch. The same kind of stretch Larry took to try to compel the FBI and DOJ under the Crime Victims Rights Act.
Larry is NOT advocating or supporting a candidate in this race. This is VERY clear - it applies to people attempting to support a political candidate or politician, not to people that are attempting to smear a candidate, or ‘bring him to his knees’ as Larry threatened to do to Sen. Obama.

The verbiage in the Klu Klux Klan Act has nothing whatsoever to do with what candidate Sinclair supports….so you’re the one who is stretching!!!
“Threats and intimidation have no place in our democratic elections and are a violation of the law”.
Death threats violate the law. This is about the Obama bloggers and their actions - not about Sinclair’s choice of political candidates. Try to focus.
This is about black nationalists who are following Obama - black panthers, and the scores of white people who have white guilt - threatening those who don’t support Obama, or have a story to tell about ‘Obama’s lost years.’
If two or more persons who
…they may be sued by the injured parties.
BINGO!
Klu Klux Klan Act Further Readings
Sinclair is a *** male - and from what I understand about federal law, as such, he fits within a federally protected class.
Which Oswaldo acknowledged with his “******” comment.
None of this is even remotely a stretch.
John Edwards while a Senator and presidential candidate, knocks up Rielle Hunter while his wife is dying from cancer, Barack Obama has sex and drugs with Sinclair in the back of a limo in 1999 while a Senator and married, ***-ex-governor-owes-wife-no-alimony-name-that-party/">AP: ‘*** Ex-Governor Owes Wife No Alimony’… Name That Party?
I wonder how many of Obama’s lovers are currently working for the Obama campaign.
Larry’s claims are completely believable.
