“We cannot allow him to do that to our country.”
    WHY NOT?

“Executive Order 13489, barring access to any and all documents relating to his birth, his citizenship, his passports and visas, and his education.”

Simply untrue. That is not what the executive order’s intent was, at all.

Not one family member “insists” that he was born in Kenya. You have no proof and will not provide it.

It is VERY clear that a parent can do NOTHING to change a child’s citizenship and that includes move to another country. If you are born in the US you are a US citizen at birth unless you go through the procedure to renounce your citizenship. It doesn’t take much of a search of the State Dept. website to understand that.

Kenyan or British laws are are irrelevent to U.S. laws on citizenship. It does not matter what laws another country has in regards to citizenship. Are you seriously suggesting that an American born citizen somehow loose any rights as a US citizen based on Kenyan laws in regards to citizenship?

By the way, how do you imagine a 10 yr. old Obama got back into the U.S. if he wasn’t in fact still American? He had a U.S. passport, that is how you enter the US through customs. If he had NOT had a valid passport, that would be in his State Dept. records as would of course the fact that he would of had to have been naturalized at that point. The whole thing about him living in Indonesia and somehow becoming NOT American is absurd it is laughable and is why NO one who is serious finds any issue with him residence there as a child. The facts of his life are not secrets, his book has been on the market for over 10 years.

And if he was born in Kenya, how did he get back into the country unnoticed? When a baby is born overseas to an American citizen, you have to go to the nearest consulate to get the proper paperwork to get the child into the country etc. etc. There is obviously NO record of that happening. Do you guys imagine he was brought into the country in a suit case?

The whole scenerio is absurd. That is why not one State dept. official retired or active, why Justice Roberts read him the oath, why the RNC is not doing a thing about it, why not one constitutional law professor, why Congress voted on a resolution to commerate the birthday of Hawaii and added, ‘the birthplace of Barack Obama’ to it.

The elgibility issue is a created one not based on any evidence, just one bad assumption after another, ie “Pakistan had a travel ban,” which it never did. This ‘issue’ is invented and its adherents are obsessed and obsession never leads to reasoned thought. It surely isn’t reasonable to assume things like a US citizen loses his citizenship by living in another country as a child(or adult) when the answer to that is so obvious and available.

By the way, if Obama had been born today, in Kenya, under the same circumstances as your conspiracy theory suggests, he would be a natural born citizen. That is the law today. Look it up. The point being, xenophobia is at the root of this obsession, but fortunately those in congress who make the laws that define natural born citizen aren’t paranoid and willfully ignorant and closed minded about this issue.
