We are all Sauad: honor in Islam

The ridiculous assumption that we are instigating the violence coming out of this people aimed toward us is ridiculous. They aim violence at EACH OTHER. They aim violence at their WOMEN AND CHILDREN. In this case, it’s the women–a sick cultural heritage of “killing women for honor” in the most horrifying manner you can imagine.

We are all Sauad.

I suddenly felt a cold liquid running over my head and instantly I was on fire. . .I start to run in the garden, barefoot. I slap my hair, I scream. . . .I smell the gasoline and I run, the hem of my long dress getting in the way. My terror leads me instinctively away from the courtyard. I run toward the garden as the only way out. . .How did I get away? Did he run after me? Was he waiting for me to fall so he could watch me go up in flames?

I’d like to talk about what seems like hatred to me. This is not love. A society that treats women with respect and allows them freedom to roam

Killing women for “honor” is just one of the myriad regressive and violent pathologies inherent in Arab tribal culture, where institutionalized misogyny and sexual repression intersect to spawn yearnings for violence, terror, death and suicide.

The prerequisite for being a victim of an “honor” killing in the Arab Middle East is that you need only be a female. And you don’t have to engage in consensual sex before marriage to get your death sentence. That you die for this is a given. But you could also be punished by death for being raped or for people saying you were raped. In many cases, you also need only to look in the eyes of a male or be seen talking to one — or to have someone say that you talked to one. Then you are a charmuta – a whore. And you must die because your blood is the only substance that can wash your family’s – and community’s — shame away.

And there will be no lawyer, no hearing, no defense for you. The male with whom you associated — in the real or imagined world — will always be exonerated, no matter what. And the family member who kills or maims you will never be punished. To the contrary, he will be seen as a hero and receive great rewards and respect for his gruesome deed.

And so Souad made the horrendous mistake in her culture to be born a female. Females are seen as being equivalent to dirt. They are less worthy than cows and sheep — a fact that Souad’s father drilled into his daughters’ heads throughout their lives.

In the Arab Middle East, baby girls are simply not wanted — and, as Souad recalls, “Every birth of a girl was like a burial in the family.” The mother is always blamed for bringing a non-child (a girl) into the world — even though we all know that it’s the father that determines the child’s gender.

In any case, baby girls are often just killed and disposed of in many parts of the Arab world. That is why Souad recalls her mother suffocating nine of her own baby daughters, twice right in front of her eyes.

If you are a baby girl and are exonerated from death, you will confront vicious violence. The abusive and neglectful care of baby girls is rampant throughout the Arab Middle East. Purposeful injury to them is all too common, including burns and the injection of kerosene and medicines to the point of poisoning and death.

God am I glad I live in the United States where we don’t live under sharia law.

Pure evil is what we face, and nothing less. This is as much a spiritual war as a physical one.

  2. john says:

yes killing for honor is a fundamentalist type thing to do. But killing for money is the amerikkkan thing to do. You’ve been doing it since the amerikkkan indian genocide and the whole world knows it but you.

Now those in the U.K are made to suffer for going along with the u$a’s crusade against islam for oil and power. The only difference is, they know it; they didn’t even want the war in the first place.

The chicken comes home to roost!

  3. Cao says:

What? Americans kill for money? No, we merely defend ourselves, idiot. I know people think we should just lay down and let them cut our heads off, but I’m not of that opinion. I guess it’s my fighting celtic blood. I’d rather die fighting than die a coward.

  4. Kender says:

John, killing for “honor” is a muslim tenet. Or have you not heard of the increase of honor killings, evene here in the US?

As for a war for oil and power….what was the war waged by mohammed aginst the christians all about?

    Money?

    Nah.

    Resources?

    Nah.

    Land and power?

    Nah.

Mo was just a great guy that wanted to spread the Freedom and Love of Islam.

As for the “amerikkan indian genocide”…first, they prefer “native Americans”, and second, I suppose the europeans were the only people in history to go conquer another land by subjugating those that were their first weren’t they?

Come back again moonbat…I still have some sauce left.

  5. RottyPup says:

“Now those in the U.K are made to suffer for going along with the u$a’s crusade against islam for oil and power. The only difference is, they know it; they didn’t even want the war in the first place.”

You little ****. Don’t you *dare* try to use what we’re going through to prop up your pathetic anti-war agenda. Let me tell you, there are *plenty* of us in Britain who fully support the liberation of Iraq, and who are proud to stand with America in the War on Terror. It’ll take more than a bunch of Islamonazi crazies, and more than thier friends on the left, to turn us into victims. What do you think we are — Spanish?

  6. Mustang says:

John, selective history is an interesting way to have a discussion. What do you think (new word?) the entire colonial experience was about? And now that we have that out of the way, you need to do some serious reading to catch up on current events. Fundamental Islamic terrorists have declared a jihad against western civilization, you idiot. It isn’t just about the US or Great Britain.

But, tell you what . . . after you have had a few years to become educated, why not stop back by and we can discuss geo-politics at the advanced level.

  7. jcrue says:

    John,

If this war was about oil, why haven’t we invaded Mexico yet? It would have been a hell of a lot easier than what we are doing.

Gee, I know you are convinced that the “indian genocide” is some historical blemish on the American mythos, but I challenge you to show me a single civilization, past or present, that does not have the same blemishes in their history. Just try it.

I would respect little thinkers like you if you would just come out and say, “I am jealous of you and I dislike you.” At least then, you are being intellectually and emotionally honest.

The idea that we are causing anyone to suffer because of their alliance with us is laughable. Again, I point to history as proof. The so-called “religion of peace” in it’s fundamnetalist form resembles the 14th century in culture, government, and society and is why they are now attacking us from their moderate to extreme fringes – they are jealous and they dislike us. They want to take what is ours – they even say so in their mosques. They want to profit from our labors while convincing poor souls to blow themselves up for a mythologic promise of martyrdom (which really means post-mortem popularity really). What easier way to enter someone’s history book than to die?

Nevermind, the fact the fight between Muslim and Christian society goes further back than the origins of the United States, and most importantly before Ford, before Carter, before Reagan, before Bush Sr., before Clinton, and before President Bush today.

If what happened in London, Madrid or on 9/11 was really about, to use your Ward Churchill-ism, our “chickens coming home to roost” – you will have to concede the exact same argument can be made for our removal of the Taliban, Saddam and our military’s continuing slaughter of Islam’s “holy warriors.” Their “chickens” have come home to roost too. Of course, much of this depends on your perspective and who you actually support – those who are islamo-fascist murderers or those who are not islamo-fascist murderers.

The only way I would only concede your “roosting chickens” point is after realizing that you might understand what being a chicken is better than I do.

  8. Mustang says:

Oh by the way John, here’s what the BBC posted at their website: a statement by those ******** who are taking responsibility for the London Bombing:

“In the name of God, the merciful, the compassionate, may peace be upon the cheerful one and undaunted fighter, Prophet Muhammad, God’s peace be upon him.

“Nation of Islam and Arab nation: Rejoice for it is time to take revenge against the British Zionist Crusader government in retaliation for the massacres Britain is committing in Iraq and Afghanistan. The heroic mujahideen have carried out a blessed raid in London. Britain is now burning with fear, terror and panic in its northern, southern, eastern, and western quarters.

“We have repeatedly warned the British Government and people. We have fulfilled our promise and carried out our blessed military raid in Britain after our mujahideen exerted strenuous efforts over a long period of time to ensure the success of the raid.

“We continue to warn the governments of Denmark and Italy and all the Crusader governments that they will be punished in the same way if they do not withdraw their troops from Iraq and Afghanistan. He who warns is excused.

“God says: “You who believe: If ye will aid (the cause of) Allah, He will aid you, and plant your feet firmly.”

Again, John, the jihad confronts western civilization. Please take your head out of your ***. Your own life may depend on it.

  10. Cao says:

I find it interesting that they complain about the indians when the American Indians aka the Native Americans have enormous numbers of fighters in Iraq right now. As a matter of fact, Lori Pestiewa was the first woman killed in Iraq, and she was a Hopi indian. And boy, did they honor her sacrifice. They named an entire mountain after her. Are they complaining? No. Are they suing? Not to my knowledge. There are more than 12,000 American Indians, Alaska Natives and Canadian Aboriginals serving in the U.S. military, according to data published in the Wall Street Journal.

These are our real true warriors and I think above and beyond any other group -our American Indians (they call themselves amerinds, too)-are the fiercest and nastiest group of fighters we have. I saw a picture of some amerinds in Iraq–and there was a group of amerinds laughing saying–they bet that scared the f@#%^ out of the jihadis.

They’re so proud of their veterans that they celebrate their fallen warriors at the beginning of every Pow Wow…in a parade, and in the front of the parade, they prowdly carry the American Flag.

Wouldn’t expect any lib whiner to know that, though. Some of us actually go to those celebrations and worship with them. Their Creator is the same as mine–and their drums and the entire ceremony is always so incredibly moving that I’m moved to tears.

Sometimes I think they fight for this country and love it much more than the average American because the elders and their culture constantly reminds them to be thankful for the earth–and for America.

  11. The Boss Man says:

I guess by now I should know that there are as many different opinions as there are ********

It just bothers me when something seems to be as clear cut as this:

The evil has decided to descend upon the good and fight their way of live to the teeth.

Sad fact is that the evil ones think they are the good ones and they are being attacked by the evil ones!

What really bothers me is that these fanatics manage to all be on the same page in one form or another, but us Westerners who are under attack for our very way of life just can’t get our act togher and stand united to fight these barbarians!

And let me tell you this: There is no peaceful solution to this!

Sometimes I think it all started when Osama Bin Laden was turned down for his McDonald franchise…

  12. Mustang says:

Boss, you’ve hit it squarely on the head. Now, if I was born into a family that had skillions of dollars, I’d be driving fancy cars, fooling around with fantastic looking females, spending a lot of time on my yacht, playing lots of golf on quality golf courses, eating at the finest restaurants, and smoking cuban cigars. So what is Osama doing? He’s living in a cave. What a dumb ***.

  13. SSgt Yatahey says:

John-Boy … are you still letting your ignorant mouth overload your obvious dumbass again?

FYI, Sweetheart – I am a Native American Indian and proudly served our beloved country with the Marine Corps; and all of my ancestors have also fought for this nation in every damn war we’ve had so far.

You wouldn’t understand that apparently, as the Native Americans have never been involved with genocide … we’re just a bunch of dumbass Injuns sittin’ on top of a horse shootin’ bows and arrows at those hateful English.

  14. I agree with John. This war’s about a weak country’s oil; it’s not about terrorism. All the 9-11 hijackers came from Saudi Arabia, but we remain strange bedfellows with their leaders.

And where’s Osama? (remember Osama?). “The greatest military in the world”; give me a f—in’ break! OOOooooooosama has been laughing at the bungling US military for 5 years now, come September. Yes, he’s been running around free for five years after “allegedly” masterminding the toppling of New York’s tallest buildings–those symbols of American power.

Are you humiliated yet? You should be, because you’re part of the dumb American club. That’s the club of folks who ignorantly regurgitate their dumb leader’s buzz words, like “evildoers” and “freedom haters.” You don’t know why you say it; you just know what you’re supposed to say.

I just flipped on the light switch, so be sure to salivate.

Osama’s laughing at us, and your bungling Bush ****** says that invading Iraq is the answer; and you blindly follow like sheep into the slaughterhouse.

Well, I think I’ll just stay out here; maybe I’ll have lamb chops for dinner.

  15. SSgt Yatahey says:

“Well, I think I’ll just stay out here; maybe I’ll have lamb chops for dinner.”

Since you’re one of those California Fish-eyed Faggots who really likes “John” — it might be a very good idea for you to stay out; maybe you and “Lil’ Johnny” can play with each others’ lamb choppies…

  16. Cao says:

He’s your “bungling Bush”, too, as we still (last I checked) have “representative government”. I know that bugs you because, as became evident on Kender’s show the other day, you’re just a stupid anarchist. The problem with people like you is -you just criticize, you don’t have any solutions. But don’t worry, people like George Soros already have the “solutions” figured out.

Perhaps what bugs you is most people in this country don’t swallow the liberal/socialist **** about the war on terror, heh? I suppose you’re one of those guys who believe as Stalin did that it doesn’t matter about the people who vote, but the key is the people who count the votes. And I guess you’re too stupid to realize that the Islamists want to take over the world, reconstitute the caliphite and run the flag of the moongod over the whitehouse…you’d welcome them right in as long as they destroyed the eevvilll imperialist America, right?

While you’re ranting about “Bush lied while men died” (talk about stupid! can’t you guys come up with anything new?) no blood for oiil and all that hogwash, the Islamists have control over the media in the middle east, much like the nazis did during the ’30′s. I have to wonder about the American media when reporting like that of Kevin Sites is broadcast over Al Jazeera (aka the Voice of Al Qaeda).

Now you might wonder why I mentioned that. It’s because Al Qaeda has its roots in the muslim brotherhood, which has ties to the nazi ideology. Hitler did, in fact, embrace Islam, much like the leftists do today.

It’s not like I haven’t heard this idiocy before (the tired memes-no blood for oil, Halliburton! Bush lied while men died., etc.), it jus takes the cake, corruption engineer, when it comes from a guy whos wife was a little girl when he met her while he was in his 30′s and she was in junior high school. I gather you guys started living together when she was 12 years old.

Mohammed has you beat, though. He started living with one of his wives when she was 6 years old–consummating the “marriage” *(if you can call it one) when she was just 9.

If anyone should be humiliated by spreading this **** across the internet it should be you, but then you guys have no moral compass.

It’s no wonder you want “more teachers” and to get rid of the police and prisons. More people like you can be running around in the general population and do things like that Cuhy guy did to Jessica Lunsford, or Duncan did to the Groene family. There’s no telling what horrors little Shasta witnessed.

We don’t spout the tired rhetoric from peoples’ campaign managers (like Kerry’s for example: BUSH WENT AWOL!)-we are actually capable of doing research and know our stuff, CE. What’s really bad is you don’t understand (or maybe you do which makes it even more pathetic) what you’re doing by undermining the war on terror. They will continue to strike at us, whether or not we fight them. But you’re willing to do as Churchill said about appeasers:

“An appeaser is one who feeds the alligator in the hopes that the alligator will eat him last.”

  17. Hello Everyone, I am taking time to ask you all for your help.

First off, I’d like to say that this is not a political message. I’m not concerned about domestic politics right now. We have much bigger things to deal with, and we need your help.

It seems that despite the tremendous and heroic efforts of the men and women serving here in Iraq to bring much needed peace and stability to this region, we are losing the war of perception with the media and American people. Our enemy has learned that the key to defeating the mighty American military is by swaying public opinion at home and abroad. We are a people that cherish the democratic system of government and therefore hold the will of the people in the highest regard. We love to criticize ourselves almost to an endless degree, because we care what others think. Our enemies see this as a weakness and are trying to exploit it.

When we ask ourselves questions like, “Why do they hate us?” or “What did we do wrong?” we are playing into our enemies’ hands. Our natural tendency to question ourselves is being used against us to undermine our effort to do good in the world. How far would we have gotten if after the surprise attacks on December 7, 1941 at Pearl Harbor, we would have asked, “Why do the Japanese hate us so much?” or “How can we change ourselves so that they won’t do that again?” Here in Iraq the enemy is trying very hard to portray our efforts as failing and fruitless. They kill innocents and desecrate their bodies in hopes that the people back home will lose the will to fight for liberty. They are betting on our perceived weakness as a thoughtful, considerate people. Unfortunately our media only serves to further their cause.

In an industry that feeds on ratings and bad news, a failure in Iraq would be a goldmine. When our so-called “trusted” American media takes a quote from an Iraqi doctor as the gospel truth over that of the men and women that are daily fighting to protect the right to freedom of press, you know something is wrong. That doctor claimed that out of 600 Iraqis, that were casualties of the fighting, the vast majority of them were women, children and the elderly. This is totally absurd. In the history of man, no one has spent more time and effort, often to the detriment of our own mission, to be more discriminate in our targeting of the enemy than the American military. The Marines and Soldiers serving in Iraq have gone through extensive training in order to limit the amount of innocent casualties and collateral damage.

Yet, despite all of this, our media consistently sides with those who openly lie and directly challenge the honor of our brave heroes fighting for liberty and peace. What we have to remember is that peace is not defined as an absence of war. It is the presence of liberty, stability, and prosperity. In the face of the horrendous tyranny of the former Iraqi regime, the only way true peace was able to come to this region was through force. That is what the American Revolution was all about. Have we forgotten? Freedom is not free and “peace” without principle is not peace. The peace that so-called “peace advocates” support can only be brought to Iraq through the military. And we are doing it, if only the world will let us! If the American people believe we are failing, even if we are not, then we will ultimately fail.

That is why I am asking for your support. Become a voice of truth in your community. Wherever you are fight the lies of the enemy. Don’t buy into the pessimism and apathy that says, “It’s hopeless,” “They hate us too much,” “That part of the world is just too messed up,” “It’s our fault anyway,” “We’re to blame,” and so forth. Whether you’re in middle school, working at a 9-5 job, retired, or a stay-at-home mom you can make a huge difference! There is nothing more powerful than the truth. So, when you watch the news and see doomsday predictions and spiteful opinions on our efforts over here, you can refute them by knowing that we are doing a tremendous amount of good. Spread the word. No one is poised to make such an amazing contribution to the everyday lives of Iraqis and the rest of the Arab world than the American Armed Forces. By making this a place where liberty can finally grow, we are making the whole world safer. Your efforts at home are directly tied to our success. You are the soldiers at home fighting the war of perception. So I’m asking you as a fellow fighting man: Do your duty. Stop the attempts of the enemy wherever you are. You are a mighty force for good, because truth is on your side. Together we will win this fight and ensure a better world for the future.

God Bless and Semper Fidelis, 1st Lt. Robert L. Nofsinger USMC Ramadi, Iraq

  18. Blogmama says:

The Bush administration has liberated at least 50 million Muslims at last count- from the grips of two fundamentalist, fascist regimes. The U.S. is succeeding in protecting Afghanistan from the return of its tyrants, yet the foreign terrorists in Iraq are making the transition toward democracy in Iraq a much more difficult task. America, however, must stay the course, for if it withdraws, the terrorists will perpetrate a bloodbath against all those who were on our side. The return of despotism, moreover, will be assured. The consequences for Iraq, and for the rest of the Middle East, will be tragic.

You just need to look at what happened with Vietnam to realize that we can’t prematurely pull out. Millions of Vietnamese people died at the hands of the communists when there was nobody left to fight them. There was, in fact, a bloodbath after we withdrew. A bloodbath which was so devastating that it made some people, like former leftist David Horowitz, reconsider his entire ideology. He says:

Four months after the Democrats cut off aid to Cambodia and Vietnam in January 1975, both regimes fell to the Communist armies. Within three years the Communist victors had slaughtered two-and-a-half million peasants in the Indochinese peninsula, paving the way for their socialist paradise. The blood of those victims is on the hands of the Americans who forced this withdrawal: John Kerry, Ted Kennedy, Howard Dean, and George McGovern – and antiwar activists like myself.

But revisionist history and blatant lies and distortions to make your side look good is what you people are all about. Make America the eeevvviiill enemy. Forget the victims of 9/11 and the fact that the terrorists may have been Saudis but were trained in Saddam’s Iraq (probably at Salmon Pak). To keep harping on those stupid idiotic socialist slogans is defeating your purpose, I think, Mr. Corruption Engineer. You’re not here to educate, you’re here to humiliate. But you have to come up with something more than mere grammar school slogans in order to successfully accomplish that, you’ll have to back up what you’re saying with facts…which, of course, you cannot do.

We’re not over there for oil. We’re there because of this.

In the March-April 2002 edition of the International Socialist Review, which is otherwise known as the Journal of Revolutionary Marxism (and this title is not meant to be a joke), Franklin writes an article glorifying the memory of the anti-war movement in America during the Vietnam War. Titled “Vietnam. The Antiwar Movement We Are Supposed To Forget,” the essay is an excerpt from Franklin’s book Vietnam and Other American Fantasies (University of Massachusetts Press, 2000)

Franklin pleads with his readers not to forget the anti-war movement, which he complains the capitalists in America have forced people to do. He emphasizes that remembering the anti-war movement is crucial, since it triumphed in bringing about an American defeat and a communist victory in Southeast Asia. And he means this in a positive sense.

Usually I read the International Socialist Review for the same reason I read other Marxist and socialist literature: for a good laugh. It really is very amusing. Sometimes I get the giggles for hours on end after reading our contemporary leftwing intellectuals’ ongoing agony about capitalist modes of production, surplus value, expropriation, and the near-approaching Marxist revolution. Reading this stuff is sometimes so hilarious that I succumb to sidesplitting fits of laughter.

But oftentimes it’s not very funny at all.

Aside from how pathetically stupid it is, there is little that is funny about Marxism.

There is little that is funny about a set of ideas that has resulted in the liquidation of a 100 million lives in the 20th century.

The Marxists have joined forces with the terrorists much like they did against the United States during Vietnam, claiming that Americans are committing genocide against the Iraqi people, torturing terrorists at Gitmo, blah, blah, blah. It’s socialist propaganda, plain and simple. And you buy into it, which makes you a supreme idiot.

  19. Cao says:

Guys, what he represents is anarchism.

Louis J. Freeh, Director of the FBI, stated in testimony before the Committees on Appropriations, Armed Services, and Select Committee on Intelligence: From here:

“Anarchists and extremist socialist groups — many of which, such as the Workers’ World Party, Reclaim the Streets, and Carnival Against Capitalism — have an international presence and, at times, also represent a potential threat in the United States. For example, anarchists, operating individually and in groups, caused much of the damage during the 1999 World Trade Organization ministerial meeting in Seattle.”

As I recall the actual group responsible for that melee in Seattle in 1999 was the Ruckus Society a destructive GREEN organization like the Earth Liberation Front, which are both defined by the FBI as a domestic terrorist groups. It is no wonder that the Corruption Engineer was or will be on television, either talking about a GREEN organization, or representing one.

There are many elements of this beyond the anti-Iraq war aspect (North Korea/Cuba/Mumia/etc.). They are acting to disable and destruct society’s institutions in order to forward an agenda. The oath of enlistment of a soldier in the US Army begins, “I WILL SUPPORT AND DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES AGAINST ALL ENEMIES FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC;…” Dissent is one thing, and is a Constitutional right, but we must not forget that there are domestic enemies like this “Corruption Engineer” guy.

What he’s working towards is for the Workers World Party to develop an anarchistic atmosphere in the United States, divide the population, and jump into the gap to gain political control.

Luckily these GREEN terrorist organizations are not dealing with a scandal-ridden, post-Watergate FBI with a largely dismantled intelligence apparatus, but a law enforcement system made very sensitive to terrorism by the mass murder of 9/11. hehehe. It’s going to make the work the Corruption Exposer has in front of him much, much harder. But then he always has the ACLU to bail him out. An unsettling thought.

  20. GBlagg says:

What he represents is stupidity, plain and simple. We did not lose on D-Day because we did not capture Hitler or Rommel. We are not fighting one man we are fight an ideal. ,The moonbat pacifist ostriches just don’t get this. And never will. They are to logic what a black hole is to light. It is pulled in, stretched, skewed, twisted, and then finally destroyed. You see, they would have to actually, objectively study history. And what they would find would not easily fit into their West hating paranoid conspiratorial world.
Let them babble on like frightened spoiled children, and leave the real world to the adults.

  21. Cao says:

 It’s much simpler for their tiny little finite minds to wrap around the “blame Bush” concept. It’s easier to say, it’s easier to write, etc.. Anything that actually involves deeper thought or research they’re simply not interested in. That’s how you pull children in; the KISS technique.

What boggles my mind about the Corruption Engineer is his odd relationship when he was in his ’30′s with a 12 year old girl. She is now his wife, but it makes a person pause when he’s spouting off on “hire more teachers” and “get rid of prisons and the police”.

Reminds me of the Jawa Report’s piece entitled “I Kill, I molest, I Blog”

  22. Kender says:

Unfortunately, it’s not stupidity that comes from this idiot (corruption exposer), it’s hatred and evil. This person is clearly very full of hatred for everything American. And he is dangerous, because he will clearly say and likely do anything to destroy us.

  23. Cao says:

After he got challenged by conservatives over at his place, he started moderating comments. Apparently he doesn’t want us exposing him, lol. Some “exposer”.

Reminds me of a guy opening his trenchcoat to little girls on the playground.

  24. SSgt Yatahey says:

Cao sez — “but then you guys have no moral compass.”

    Bwahahahaha … I love that!:mrgreen::lol:

  25. Kender says:

what is the difference between a terrorist and a freedom fighter?

Terrorists target the populace while freedom fighters target the people in charge.

Learn that, memorize that and spread that…it is the TRUTH.

  26. I wonder if Cao’s pervasive fixation on little girl molestation issues stem from her personal experiences. If so, she ought to get psychological help, rather than falsely imputing such behavior to others. Was daddy bad to you, little Cao?

  27. Cao says:

I’m just appalled at your behavior, IMO, your own personal history (living with a 12 year old girl) shows you’re a damned pervert. I was a little girl once, and I was molested. Yes, I don’t take old farts who take advantage of little children very lightly. What pedophiles take from them can never be given back. We should be protecting children by arresting and (at the very least) locking up sick people like John Couhey and Joseph Edward Duncan III. Actually, since they can’t be rehabilitated and when released, often re-offend, I don’t think they deserve to breath perfectly good air. But you’re all for getting rid of prisons and the police. “Hire more teachers!” you say. You’re a teacher…at least you were when you met that young girl. That gives me the freakin’ creeps.

  28. SSgt Yatahey says:

Corrupt Exposure — Stephan; you’re full of **** by claiming to be a CA Attorney, and writing ignorant statements like that about Cao!

BTW – your “lovely wife” Virginia?

Damn; that is one ugly, homely creature — but then too, you’re no prize either; no wonder you have her living in a treehouse surrounded by a bunch of pine trees.

She’s so damn ugly, you take her camping in the wildnerness just so your alleged friends won’t make fun of you — guess that comes from you having a really ugly, fat Mother, huh?

  29. Cao, the only 12 year-old girls I ever lived with were my sisters.

You’d better ask your attorney about the laws concerning defamation, because you’re violating them left and right. I can only guess that you have no assets; otherwise, you wouldn’t continue to irrationally subject yourself to liability.

Defamatory statements about others–i.e., untrue statements harmful to another’s reputation–are actionable. Maybe you read someone else’s FALSE remarks and accepted them as the God’s-given truth (like conservatives do when Bush speaks).

As your attorney will explain, “replublication” of defamation is as actionable as the original remark.

If you want to attack members of the left, you should stick to the facts and not place yourself in financial jeapordy by making false statements.

To defame two attorneys repeatedly (we’re documenting each instance) is a risky financial venture.

You’re not the only blogger who’s done this, but your separate instances of defamation exceed all others.

Libel (written defamation) alleging criminal conduct as you have against me is “libel per se.” Damages are presumed and need not be proven in such cases. Again. your attorney will clarify this distinction.

My wife works for San Francisco’s most reputable law firm, a firm with over 700 attorneys. She also serves as a pro tem judge. Your false statements about us are significant in light of her employment circumstances. Thus, the amount of potential liability you create for yourself, just regarding her, is also significant.

You’d better stand down soon unless you want to learn about 1st Amendment law the hard way. This is your polite warning. The 1st Amendment doesn’t protect your defamatory speech.

Freedom of defamation is not free!

  30. Kender says:

There is such a thing as a “reputable law firm”?

  31. Cao says:

Hey corruption exposer. ooooh I’m so scared. Is that the best you’ve got? You’ll have to prove “defamation of character” beyond a preponderance of the evidence. You think we don’t have any lawyers within the ranks of TWA and STOP THE ACLU? Our groups are affiliated, just so you know. Out of curiosity, do I have your name published here anywhere? I should caution that you should not idly threaten me with a lawsuit unless you plan on following through.

hehehe what do you think. I’m stupid? Apparently so. Defamation of character, (you know, libel-or slander-), is extremely difficult to prove. Apparently you think you have unlimited resources to spend years with me in court. OK, have at it! Are you going to take on the Sacramento Bee, too?

I’m curious. What have you lost because of my comments? Income? Interest in your pathetic GREEN terrorist agenda? Hell, from what I’ve gathered you are vain enough to think of yourself as some kind of expert in this area, so I’m all ears. Please. Instruct. Teach. Do what you do best.

I’d be interested in knowing how my little blog has hurt you financially in any way whatsoever. Or what kind of “pain and suffering” I’ve inflicted. If these kinds of suits were a piece of cake, you’d see examples of it all over the place when people sling insults at one another. Prove that I’ve libeled or slandered you.

Factual statements must be false to be defamatory. Proving statements to be true is often the best defense against a prosecution for libel. Statements of opinion which cannot be proven true or false will likely need to apply some other kind of defense.

In some systems, however, truth alone is not a defense. It is also necessary in these cases to show that there is a well founded public interest in the specific information being widely known, and this may be the case even for public figures.

It is my belief that people should know about why you stand against the police and for the closing of prisons and for hiring more teachers. If all you can do is threaten, you’re wasting your breath. I’m not easily intimidated.

As a matter of fact, what seems to be happening here is YOU THREATENING ME, not the other way around.

My life has been threatened on my blog for the things I write. Last I knew, this is a free country, you can write whatever the hell you want. Hell–your blog is a perfect example of that.

That’s all that libs can do when they’re caught with their pants down: threaten with lawsuits and insult for spelling errors.

I’ll be glad to provide you with a page long list of attorneys who represent me, Mr. I’m so smart. Let’s see how smart you are.

    Come and get me.

The successful bondage of man depends, at least in part, on equal measures of ignorance and intimidation. These are the twin towers of both tyranny and terrorism. Controlling access to information constrains the power of ideas, allowing a climate of confusion and fear to rise in the vacuum. I’m not confused, and I’m not fearful, and I’m certainly not ignorant, so bring it on, if you think you’ve got a case.

  32. Mustang says:

I understand that the original source was published in the Sacramento Bee; what would the courts think about “selective” prosecution?

  33. Ogre says:

I can remember a long time ago when one of the neighborhood children learned a new word. She ran all over the entire neighborhood, showing off her use of the word. She thought it was really cool because she got to use the word, and she really thought she could intimidate the other kids.

That word? “Sue.” As in, “I’m going to sue you.” Of course, she was about 8 years old at the time. Some people grow out of that phase of life, but clearly some, as illustrated here, do not.

  34. SSgt Yatahey says:

“My wife works for San Francisco’s most reputable law firm, a firm with over 700 attorneys. She also serves as a pro tem judge.”

    ROTFLMFAO – :mrgreen::lol:

Sounds just like a typical “Sea Lawyer” — “BOY WONDER”, I’m a former Sheriff’s Officer and know far more about Internet Law than you … YOU are the Moronic Idiot who has created all of the Libel and Slander here … it wouldn’t be difficult to prove in a court of law.

So, tell those HOMELY 700 FEMALES (you allegedly married one of them) in the “Fish-eyed ****** City” to bring it on … otherwise; go play with your little 12-yr old girl and shut the hell up.

  35. There’s something wonderful happening here in the name of exposing corruption. I’m grabbing some peanuts and a beer.

Oh, BTW, “Corrupt Exposer”: there are laws against doing just that in most US cities, even if not in the City by the Bay. (I pity those poor 12-year-old girls.)

Um, whoops, kinda got off track of the post here: sharia law was it, and the evil which we face? Oh, and LAWYERS? Thank God indeed we’re not under the laws of Islam, for then, there’d be no need for lawyers to speak of:

And there will be no lawyer, no hearing, no defense for you.

What then would Corrupt Exposer do without his 700 Legal Virgins?

  36. Yatahey you sound like a true idiot. I can see why you’re a “former” anything!

  37. SSgt Yatahey says:

Well, “Stephen” — at least I’m not a former or current Pedophile who likes little 12-yr old girls like you.

I’m willing to bet you have unnatural *** with your Mommy every Friday night before going out to prey on little girls, don’t you?

Let’s see … what else have I found out about you so far without digging too deep?

    1. You don’t live in Berkley, CA — but you allegedly live in Sacramento

    2. Interesting About The “Real” Stephen Pearcy

    3. You apparently like Cao’s Blog; Kender’s Musings; and more as your other Blog clearly shows here

  38. Cao says:

aw CE, that’s honestly (or dishonestly) the best you can do? C’mon, don’t make me laugh! You and your widdo wifee-poo are a couple of media junkies, evidence illustrating that point-is your burning that soldier in effigy in front of your home in LP.

I should just moderate my comments like you did with ours so all you can do is read and not respond. Or better yet-ban you–so you can’t even see what’s written over here.

After all, YOU THREATENED ME. And I’m SO TERRIFIED, you big scarey powerful man, you.

  39. Cao says:

Yat’s little pinky is more of a man than you are, you whimpering whining little twirp.

WOW, Yat, that woman is a freakin’ DOG!

  40. SSgt Yatahey says:

    ROTFLMAO — WOOF…WOOF

  41. Gribbit says:

Well Stephen… you and your wife like hanging soldiers in effigy huh? How about we all hang little Stephen and Virginias in effigy? How offended would you be. As a former soldier, I take that as that you would be willing to kill me. I take that as a threat. Perhaps I should sue you? Do you want me dead? Do you want my friends that are still in the military dead? Your symbolism seems to lead one to believe so.

Facts are facts, you are a certifiable MORON. Typical left coast liberal who don’t know anything about anything outside of their dope influence haze. So you and your wife in HOMO ville, as far as I’m concerned had better keep an eye out for any soldiers who know of your stunt. Because if I were still in, I’d hunt you down. Just to ask you why you want me dead. Then I’d invite you to try.

You are a coward. Just like all the lefties in the blogsphere. Hiding behind the legal system just like your mentors at the ACLU. Get a life.

  42. Gribbit says:

SSgt Yatahey, my dog is offended at your calling that homely thing a dog. I’ve seen better looking piles in barn yards that thing he calls his wife.

  43. Cao says:

According to Digger’s Realm this boob and his ugmo wife are threatening bloggers across the sphere. I hope he’s developing a list….I have a lot of people to talk to with regard to this guy. We should all get together and sue his pants off…and take away any hopes of that dog getting a makeover.

  44. SSgt Yatahey says:

Gribbit — even my dog sat up and howled when she saw the ugly-*** pic of “Who’s Afraid Of Virginia Woof-Woof”?

Yeah; he threatens alot of Bloggers and I’m not done with him yet; wait until certain Authorities find out what else I’ve found on him … he’ll need to tie a pork chop around her scrawny neck just to get her to come home.

  45. SSgt Yatahey says:

No self-respecting Attorney would be doing this stupid **** … read on…

Well; well; well — seems like Virginia Pearcy is NOT MARRIED TO ANYONE … however, you can call and/or email this bonafide Berkley Attorney and ask her why this clown is using her name and picture without her written permission on numerous Blogs by viewing her Law Website

They are now calling Bloggers and threatening them with lawsuits

They also made the headlines on WorldNetDaily

Apparently, many Californians refer to them as Slumlords

Even further — The Happy Couple of Scumbags

According to “MoveAmericaForward”, these ******** de-graded a fellow U.S. Marine who just returned from Iraq, and one of their neighbors said, “Although the Pearcys re-entered their home stiff-lipped, a neighbor said the couple is worried about their safety and possible vandalism to their property.”Here’s the story

Stephen Pearcy began the talk by introducing his wife as having been California’s youngest attorney when she graduated.

“We began to put out some signs soon after 9/11,” Stephen Pearcy said. “At that time we were still getting along with our conservative neighbors.”

He said they noticed a problem after they put up a sign that said, “Boycott SUVs.” Their neighbor across the street put up a sign that said, “Boycott liberals.”

“For *** Pride Week, we put up a rainbow flag,” Virginia Pearcy said. “The police came by and said it didn’t comply with a city ordinance.”

Stephen Pearcy said the police told them if they didn’t take the flag down they would be investigated.

“It was meant to send up a chilling message,” Stephen Pearcy said.

After the Pearcys put up the soldier’s uniform, they were called about the ordinance again. But the Pearcys said the city couldn’t make them take the display down because it would be “selective enforcement,” since other people put up Christmas decorations and Halloween displays.

Now, remember — her EMPLOYER’S WEBSITE STATES SHE IS “SINGLE” … yet; these two Circus Clowns are scared of people, as they had to hire Bodyguards as the “Controversial lawyers Stephen and Virginia Pearcy” came to Sacramento State on March 30

  46. Cao says:

Great stuff, Yat. Tons of bloggers, Worldnet Daily, the Sacbee, The State Hornet, Move America Forward, these guys are serious media whores and negative attention seekers. Reminds me of the guy who did the “foresake the troops” website…makes me want to puke.

OK, CE, how do you like me NOW? I haven’t done a freakin’ thing over here–it’s all over the internet. C’mon and threaten me some more. C’mon!

  47. Kender says:

Is there any public info on Stephens law schooling?

  48. Cao says:

Not that I’ve been able to dig up YET…Over at Diggers’ they’ve been posting pictures of them and reporting on the story since February. For the guy to come here and say this stuff to me is plain and simple: intimidation to shut me up.

    And I’m mad as hell.

  49. SSgt Yatahey says:

I told the Jack-Off not to mess with me, nor anyone here, as I would dig deeper!

Now, all we have to do is contact her Employer with all of this evidence; along with the California State Bar Association; and the California Attorney General and advise all Agencies of their LIBEL – SLANDER – AND THREATS and let the LAW work for us!

It’s not nice to piss me off…

  50. Cao says:

Yes I’m perfectly aware, Yat. I’ve seen you in action before. He has no idea what “former” jobs you’ve held…or what you’re doing NOW, for that matter. Just “shootin’ in the dark” to see if he can hit something. Kind of like the terrorists in Iraq. Sometimes a person can step foot into a hornet’s nest with that kind of stupid strategy….

  51. SSgt Yatahey says:

Kinda like terrorists in Iraq? Wait’ll you see what else I dug up on these TWINKLE-TOED COMMUNIST LOVERS…

“In the past two years, the Pearcys have hung an Iraqi flag from their Sacramento home and chosen the day after a terrorist attack in Israel to unfurl the Palestinian flag in the front window, at least two neighbors have said.”

    Send Their Asses To Iraq!

He may not be an Attorney — do a search for both Berkley and San Francisco on this site

Well — we now have their home address and home telephone –

Stephen and Virginia Pearcy have made a public display on their at their Sacramento home. Their phone number is also publicly listed as:per my attorney this has been deleted (but you can find it easily enough, it’s public information.

They have used their home to make a public comment. Therefore, it is legal to post their address, which has been clearly identified by television news reports.

It may be legal, but as per my attorneys, we don’t want to encourage stalkers or crazy people like he’s doing by publishing my information at his site. My information is not public and I have gone to great lengths to keep it that way for my personal safety in view of bomb threats, death threats, etc.. There is a lunatic fringe on the left who will stop at nothing and think threatening phone calls are cool. There is a smaller percentage who will follow through on what they’re threatening. This guy is looking for someone in that 1% to pay me a visit.

This public info came from SlagleRock

  52. Jay says:

Corrupted Exposer, you just go ahead and call your ACLU lawyer. Don’t worry about this yahoo Cao. Send him on over to my place if he feels like discussing law. Tell him to bring it on…our “dumb America club” is just as much grounds to sue such a frivolous law suit as any truth you said that might have hurt his fragile feelings.

  53. Cao says:

    :twisted: :twisted::twisted:

hehehe OK then. We shall see what we shall see.

  54. SSgt Yatahey says:

In the words of the famous “Charlie Daniels” …

    “I done told you Son-Of-A-*****, I’m the best there’s ever been…”
    :mrgreen: :grin::lol:

  55. The Mad Tech says:

Jackass and his wife will be on a local Sacramento tv show Monday night so I guess he will dump all over us since we have no way to respond. That is the lefty way. Kick your oppenents when possible and stifle their free speech while claiming they are oppressing you.

If you were actually a lawyer Jackass you might know about this: Section 230 of the federal Telecommunications Act of 1996 protects Internet publishers from being held liable for allegedly harmful comments written by others. If you did you might not want to shoot your mouth off about suing people. Have fun on your little tv appearance and be careful what you say, since your appearance will be part of the public record.

  56. Cao says:

And now that we all know a lot more about the background regarding your horrible story, CE, and how you’ve terrorized your neighbors with your disgusting vitriolic message, we’ll be watching. With our cell phones in hand, poised and ready, our lawyers’ phone numbers in speed dial. Have a nice night, you disgusting leftist dirtbag.

Anyone who watches or hears that televised report I’d like either a recording of it–or a recap sent through email please.

Jay, would you contact Mak for me please? Just send him the link to this thread.

  57. Cao says:

*snark* he said *self-respecting* and *attorney* in the same sentence…

  58. This.is.just.awesome. I feel history being made here… the comeuppance of a Corrupt Exposer?
