A lighter page is very easy to scroll; a page loaded with images and movies isn’t as light. That’s regardless as to what kind of connection you have. Even Malkin is using that kind of a treatment on her blog – she has a featured post and excerpts of others. I’m going to try and move in that direction. Thanks for your comments, Mike.

I’m not sure I understand the question, Mike. I am doing an overhaul to the blog and trying to streamline it somewhat. Having the movies load when you open the post instead of making them available on the frontpage makes the front page lighter-and load faster.

Ulsterman, you seem to get off on insults, is that a respectable trait where you come from? Actually if you understood anything about Gaelic you wouldn’t have made that stupid “COW” reference; which I’ve heard numerous times from ignoramuses posing as liberal elitists.

I didn’t see who you were spouting rubbish about.

Barack means lightening in Hebrew, but I wouldn’t think you would know that.
