Rosanna Pulido: First off, let’s remember how immigration lawyers make their living. When you take it under consideration that David Ratowitz is an immigration lawyer, it’s no wonder that David wants even higher levels of legal immigration and would support legalization of the 12-20 million already here.
Actually, what this government needs to do at this moment is suspend ALL UNNECESSARY IMMIGRATION until our economy recovers and the unemployment rate drops to below 5 percent.
How can the government continue to bring in 125,000 foreign workers EVERY MONTH when 15 million Americans are looking for full-time jobs? And why are we allowing 8 million illegals to stay in their jobs at the same time?
Anybody who advocates the need for more foreign workers when our unemployment rate is 10.2 percent certainly doesn’t have this country’s best interests at heart. This is all about Ratowitz and his ilk. His livelihood depends on “the more the merrier.” It is shameful ! If there’s anybody sorely in need of “redemption,” it has to be immigration lawyers like RATowitz.

They do this everyday with American Criminals, are we supposed to give illegal alien felons special treatment? Of course the Police know what they are doing, the bleeding heart liberals don’t like the Police enforcing the law on these lawbreakers.
The 5Th Congressional District Candidate Rosanna Pulido has always believed that Enforcement of our immigration laws no matter what the ethnicity is the key to law and order. David is RINGING the “Social Justice” Bell. Our laws are unjust is what he is really saying, blaming the United States.

Rosanna Pulido: REALLY? Our immigration policy was created to protect American workers. I will advocate and be a voice for the downtrodden: The American worker and the American Taxpayer. They love the current immigration laws that were created to protect them and their jobs. There has been overwhelming support for enforcement while lawyers like David Ratowitz try to figure out ways to keep them here, even though they have shown total disrespect and disregard for laws at Federal , State and Local levels.

In other countries they don’t. I was interviewed by the Sun Times and the reporter said she was doing a story on how people who committed Heinous crimes in other countries were coming here to places like Chicago for refuge. WHY?
Chicago is a Sanctuary city where the Chicago Police have their hands tied behind their backs. They cannot probe when people are here illegally. Bottom line? American Values include the desire for SAFE NEIGHBORHOODS! WE cannot be safe when there is no way to track people who are here to harm America and/or are hardened criminals. There is no way to check the background of someone who goes to the corner and purchases 5 false Id’s.
Just recently Alderman MUNOZ father was sent to prison for 3 years because he owned a multi-million dollar business selling Drivers licenses, social security cards etc.1
I worked as a Police Dispatcher and was the one who tried to run the 5 Id’s that illegal aliens purchase. They have 5 different identities. Know one know who they really are!
As an activist I have tried to educate the public on how dangerous illegal immigration is to our neighbor hoods and our Police officers, bringing Sheriffs and Police Chiefs to Chicago to give talks on why illegal immigration is a threat to our National Security and to the lives of the Police that are supposed to protect the American public.

Rosanna Pulido: WRONG! Agriculture has been the prime reason we have so many illegal aliens in America. John comes to pick strawberries for the season for 4 dollars an hour, John talks to his cousin George who is making 15 dollars in Chicago working at construction. John says “forget the berries, I am here in the United States already, I am going to Chicago to make more money. Thus the farmer loses his worker…John is not going back to his native country and the whole gig starts all over again. Agriculture must be held accountable for the workers they bring in and they aren’t accountable to anyone.
In this time of great economic downturn Americans will do anything to pay their rent and put food on the table. But here is the eye opener. We have people here in the Chicago Police department and the Chicago Fire department who are working these jobs, while Americans are passed over. Educated, hard working Americans NOT getting jobs with these departments. The phrase “JOBS AMERICANS WILL NOT DO..is a farce and propaganda used by people who are illegal alien sympathizers.
David Ratowitz said in his press release This would eliminate the incentive for unscrupulous employers to exploit illegal immigrants, and level the playing field between American and foreign workers more effectively than any of the overbearing regulatory schemes currently proposed.
Rosanna Pulido: One out of 10 people in Illinois is unemployed. unemployment is higher than anybody ever expected. WHY do we need foreign workers? Until everyone of the American taxpayers who have been laid off is back to work, we really do NOT need foreign workers!, BUT our government in importing foreign workers EVEN NOW during this great economic down turn.

Even Sen.Harry Reid, who tried to table E-Verify failed miserably and now, is funded for another 3 years. This gives reputable politicians time to make E-Verification mandatory as it’s been evaluated as a good immigration enforcement instrument and it could be introduced for other purposes. As a national legal people’s identifier and combined with other data bases, it usages could be essential to recognize fraudulent drivers license, auto registration. Child support, health care and many other verifications of individual who think they are safe from government. But its main restrictions will to terminate foreign nationals appropriating US workers jobs.
In the future this data base could be established at airport terminals for departures and arrivals. It will be an ongoing fight against the opponents such as US chamber of Commerce, ACLU, Council of Foreign Relations, business organizations, agriculture and other groups. It is certain to be a bargaining chip in shoving through another Comprehensive Immigration Reform package, that will devastate America. An overflow of poor, uneducated humanity, looking for free health care will start pouring into our nation. Around the world rumors are already flying that if you slip across the sieve of a border, you can get work as low income and get all your taxes back by lying on the tax form. Tax credits for non-existent supported children is an industry, that costs the US taxpayer billions a year. If Napolitano thinks that –ALL–Democrats will accept another trillion dollar budget deficit, cause by a new BLANKET AMNESTY.
That bridge is still available in Brooklyn..? Very few Republicans will accept another AMNESTY? Not too much chance from Independents. Nor will legal immigrants or ethnic Americans who were born here, fought in four wars. Even people from South of the border are very reticent of allowing more people in, when there is 15 million unemployed. It means millions of low skilled workers would feel the crunch first, as already illegal immigrants who take their wages under the table, especially in Sanctuary States and undermine US labor?
I know quite a few Democrats who signed onto the Obama Presidency that will fight against any travesty called Comprehensive Immigration Reform? The one in 1986 was a complete disaster and unable to handle the sudden in surge of millions of more destitute people, thinking they were going to collect welfare? Our country is overrun with every conceivable crime, that includes murder, child and female violation, document fraud, welfare fraud, house invasion, burglary, robbery, spousal abuse, gangs and other heinous activities The biggest scourge is drunken driving, which is killing and maiming citizens and residents on the highways and streets in rampant numbers. The doors to America are wide open, but nobody in their right mind is going to accept the first surge of 2-3 million coming from the South when they hear Lady Napolitano proclaiming a new AMNESTY?
