Not bad when unemployment is so high and non profits have experienced a downturn in donations.
Kudos to Cassandra at VC for taking the lead on the Marine Team and rallying team members to recruit others.
The real winners in all of this are our wounded troops; who will be given a leg up with the technologies our donations provide, and help with navigating through the process of healing, acceptance and getting on with living. What VALOUR-IT also does is send them the message that we are truly grateful for all of their personal sacrifices, and they are not forgotten.
Together we can always accomplish amazing things that we could never imagine by ourselves.
I am always grateful for having had the opportunity to be a part of something so important.
