It’s so interesting that Obama is above the law in all of the cases regarding the birth certificate. Obedient submissive judges have dismissed these cases, claiming American citizens have no standing. There are obvious problems regarding Obama sitting in the Oval Office…and since he is not an American citizen – and if he is, he is a dual-citizen, he was simply not eligible to have run for office at all. But democrats don’t play by the rules, as Hillary Clinton wasn’t eligible to become secretary of state, either.1
Obama is not natural-born, and that disqualifies him. Even if he were born in Hawaii, he is not natural-born2, and that disqualifies him.

While Obama continues spending over a million dollars avoiding answering the birth certificate question, and his obedient knuckledragging followers continue to claim that it’s the plaintiffs who haven’t proven their cases…a website went up offering $25 million for Obama’s birth certificate.4
What is at issue here is a crumbling system with the help of the ACLU and the National Lawyers Guild and judges who are being unduly influenced by Obama’s people.
Obama has a terrorist-defending lawyer representing him-Joe Sandler, of Sandler, Reiff, and Young.5 Surprise, he’s a CAIR lawyer….and an army of lawyers had been working on how they would address this issue, should he run for the presidency. You can pretend it’s a nonissue, go ahead.
It appears that the defense is no defense at all; just people who engage in name-calling think they’re “factchecking” by cutting and pasting screeds from Podesta and Clinton’s Media Matters.
So BY DEFAULT, like it spells out at eHow, the plaintiffs have won their case….in the court of public opinion. And it should have been so in our court system, but our court system is in shambles.
As clearly demonstrated by Eric Holder’s bringing the Gitmo terrorists to NYC for a classic show trial…which will only put the previous administration and the CIA on trial, and will give the terrorists a soapbox for their hate America screeds.
It’ll be just as bad as reading through Billy Ayers’ Prairie Fire. Sadly, that book explains what we’re going through right now…and although they keep using the words “constitutional” and “unconstitutional”, they hate the constitution and want to completely destroy our system as we’ve known it for the past 100+ years. The communists have been salivating over being in the driver’s seat for over 100 years – and the damage they’re doing will be difficult to reverse.
But claiming that Obama has won these court cases when all he’s done is force their dismissal -and that American citizens have no standing is not according to the constitution. The shame of it is – that judges are not going by the constitution and are making unconstitutional rulings that give the citizens no voice. In essence, they’re making rulings based on Obama/Ayers style politics instead of the law.
And that’s the Amerikkka that Obama and Ayers want.

I’d just like to remind everyone– “Sen. Nickles (OK) along with Landrieu (LA) and Inhofe (OK) brought forward S. 2128 in February 25, 2004, the Natural Born Citizen Act, a bill to define the term “natural born Citizen” as used in Article II of the Constitution of the United States to establish eligibility for the Office of President. http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bill.xpd?bill=s108-2128.”
The bill went on to try to redefine NBC as virtually any ‘ol citizen. This is obviously unconstitutional since Article II Section 1 Clause 5 makes it clear by use of the word “OR” that Natural Born Citizen is NOT a “Citizen” (which is granted by statute, the only omitted permutation being that of jus soli jus sanguinis both parents).
February 28, 2008, Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-MO) introduced a bill to the Senate for consideration. That bill was known as S. 2678: Children of Military Families Natural Born Citizen Act. The bill was co-sponsored by Sen. Barack Obama (D-IL), Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-NY), Sen. Robert Menendez (D-NJ), and Sen. Thomas Coburn (R-OK).
Inhofe came out not long ago acting like a NBC constitutional proponent…he’s a pod person!!!

The original meaning of Natural Born, which applies to Obama, was simply “born in the country.” A Natural Born citizen was someone who was born in the colony or early state regardless of the number of parents who were citizens. Natural Born was the equivalent in those days of Native Born (which was seldom used.)
And that is why such prominent conservative Senators who are also lawyers as Orren Hatch and Lindsay Graham say that a Natural Born Citizen is simply one who was born in the USA:

“Every child born in the United States is a natural-born United States citizen except for the children of diplomats.” (December 11, 2008 letter to constituent)
Senator Orrin G. Hatch (R-UT), said:
“What is a natural born citizen? Clearly, someone born within the United States or one of its territories is a natural born citizen.” (Senate Judiciary Committee hearing hearing on OCTOBER 5, 2004)
It’s hilarious how people are tying themselves up in knots defending Obama on this, and coming up with some pretty in sane explanations for what he’s been doing in avoiding the question and hiring a CAIR lawyer to defend him– LOL – natural-born does not merely mean ‘born in this country’. And if you think it does, I think there is no point in discussing it with you…because you obviously haven’t done your research. There is a difference between natural-born and naturalized, but there is no evidence he was naturalized, either; in fact, there is more evidence that he received financial AID as an Indonesian citizen. Whatever; albatross is hereafter banned for devastating stupidity.
