Adam has obviously focused primarily on the Illinois Budget and could read off dozens of solid cuts to the budget as you may have heard in his interview on WBBM am 780 -At Issue with Craig Dellimore and Joe Ryan

This criticism is irrelevant because he is asking Adam to identify the specifics of the audits from OTHER STATES that saved them billions of dollars. The fact that Florida and Texas saved that much money and still have an employment and economic growth rate much better than Illinois in this recession is proof enough to show how useful a forensic audit would be.
