In emails dating back to 1996, researchers in the U.S. and U.K. repeatedly take issue with climate research at odds with their own findings. In some cases, they talk about ways to rebut what they call “disinformation” (real scientific evidence that disproves “warming”), using news articles. The emails include efforts to make sure that reports from the IPCC include their own politicized “scientific” views and exclude others that don’t “fit”.
