It’s a simple technicality, but it’s a costly one …and not just from the standpoint of dollars and cents.

What to do about Larry’s not being able to retain counsel in response to Patton and Boggs’ loony DUDE attorney, Richard Oparil (pictured above) who made the most flagrantly ridiculous accusations? Sinclair Publishing was over a barrel on this one because Sinclair isn’t a licensed attorney. Although he tried like hell to get a lawyer to represent him, the clock was ticking and he had no takers.

It’s a bitch when you have no money and the people who are hounding you have deep pockets and lots of lawyer friends-so they can make whatever accusations they want, and that’s what Oparil did. A devastating loss by default is eminent because Sinclair doesn’t have the deep pockets to pay any high fallutin’ attorneys, and all the lawyers that might take the case are running for cover like beaten scared feral dogs searching for scraps.

I would have loved to have heard the story of how Sinclair whipped their asses in court because I’m still convinced that Sinclair is in the right, more than ever now…but that was not to be. Sinclair fought valiantly on behalf of Sinclair Publishing, Inc. as best he could, responded to Oparil’s deviant lie fest, but his answer was stricken because Sinclair isn’t a licensed attorney and can’t file anything on behalf of any corporation.

Now DC’s US District Court will issue an order of default judgment against Sinclair Publishing, Inc. in the Parisi et al vs. Sinclair et al civil case in the amount of $5 million dollars. But Sinclair Publishing no longer exists.

The judgment will affirm the claims made by Parisi are truthful (despite all the articles on the internet including the Wikipedia page about Parisi and Whitehouse.com that say otherwise) and will state that the book Barack Obama & Larry Sinclair is a lie as pertaining to the claims that Parisi made.

This was their plan all along.

Despite the fact that this lawsuit was filed after the statute of limitations had expired…it doesn’t matter what the law is anymore…In the end, this a victory for the purveyors of lies, the Sinclair haters and the haters of truth, and these are sad sad times we’re living in for regular citizens who believed in truth, justice and the American way.

It’s sad that we’ve come to this and it’s sad that the law has come to this.

You don’t need to be right…you don’t need to tell the truth…just cozy up to the people in power…the only people who win in the end are the lawyers, and of course Obama has a virtual army of them at his beck and call…all connected, through Bernadine Dohrn’s tentacles.

The only reason I can think of that they went after Sinclair is because they could…like a little sick boy’s fascination with tearing the legs off of a spider and watching it squirm….or killing animals. It’s sick to get a warm rush of pleasure from someone else’s suffering.

They sure have inflicted a lot of unnecessary pain upon Larry Sinclair. And yet, Larry Sinclair still fights on.

If he gets it, I hope he retains some greedy high powered attorneys that are willing to take on Patton & Boggs. Because these days, it doesn’t matter if you’re on the side of right, as long as you have the money to sink the opposition. And that is a sad story, because Sinclair is on the side of right.

I have a few spare copies of Sinclair’s book, but they’re not for sale. Nya nya…because for some reason I foresaw trouble on the horizon as far as these one-sided lying totalitarians and vicious lawyers in Obama’s camp. Call me crazy, but the leftists that we’re dealing with here don’t want the true story that Larry tells to go much further, despite the fact that it’s already out. They know damned well it’s true, which is why they have to MAKE THINGS UP. That’s why they’ve gone to such great lengths to discredit him, arrest him after his press conference, suck him into that lie detector fiasco, and go after Amazon.com and Barnes and Noble to stop distribution of the book under false pretenses. It’s disgusting that the truth doesn’t matter anymore.

It’s too bad, too, because this is a story that needs wider dissemination than the readers of The Globe; it WOULD BE on all of the alphabet networks, if the media was doing its job.

Sinclair has somewhere in the neighborhood of <del datetime="2010-07-04T20:44:15+00:00">100</del> 49 signed copies of his book left, and he is selling them for $100 each. This $100 each offer includes copies of the manuscript.

Again, I encourage anyone and everyone that has not read this earthshaking book to obtain a copy of it before this edition completely disappears.

Published June 30, 2010

Today Larry Sinclair emailed Sinclair’s Response to Opposition ( here) filed June 29, 2010 by Richard Oparil, counsel for Dan Parisi (here). Oparil filed his opposition to a Motion filed by Sinclair dated June 19, 2010 seeking 30 days additional to retain counsel and file an answer (here).

Mr. Oparil in his “opposition” cries he and his client are publicly being called liars; well if Mr. Oparil would not lie in his pleadings filed in black and white before the U.S. District Court he would not be called out on them. “Sinclair’s Response to Opposition…” clearly demonstrates Richard Oparil’s LIES!

Mr. Oparil has taken to repeating in each of his pleadings that Larry Sinclair “is a convicted criminal” as if that is going to somehow change the fact that Dan Parisi is a pornographer by his own admissions to the Associated Press, and Richard Oparil has LIED in written pleadings filed before the court as demonstrated in Sinclair’s response.

Richard Oparil, counsel for Dan Parisi filed yet another factually false pleading in opposing a Motion for Extension of Time to File Answer and retain counsel. I will be filing a response to Mr. Oparil’s “Opposition” and will request the Court instruct Mr. Oparil to cease his knowingly filing of factually false statements as to my past and strike the Factually flawed Ben Smith Politico article which was written as a favor to an attorney opposing Sinclair in a Federal Suit in this very court.

Mr. Oparil might want to know that My criminal past was disclosed to the New York Post; New York Times, Globe Magazine (which published it in their first article that hit newsstands in Feb 2008. My criminal past was not “uncovered and disclosed by Paul Levy or Public Citizen Litigation Group nor any of their Private Investigators.” Mr. Oparil is trying to use the factually flawed Ben Smith article to deflect from Whitehouse.com’s own publication on February 26, 2008 where they acknowledge the statements made against Dan Parisi being paid by David Axelrod to arrange a rigged polygraph with Edward Ira Gelb (which would mean Parisi’s case was filed in excess of three (3) months past the Statute of Limitations (see screen shot of February 26, 2008 post from Whitehouse.com below).

Patton Boggs Attorney Richard Oparil Places Order with Sinclair Publishing, Inc for copy of Sinclair’s Book

Published at LarrySinclair.com on June 17, 2010–

Patton Boggs’ Attorney, Richard Oparil, placed an order for a signed copy of Barack Obama & Larry Sinclair: Cocaine, Sex, Lies & Murder? today from Sinclair Publishing, Inc. The order was politely refused, refunded and canceled.

Published at Larry Sinclair’s website LarrySinclair.com on June 16, 2010

On June 15, 2010, exactly one year to the day that Barack Obama & Larry Sinclair: Cocaine, Sex, Lies & Murder? was published, our distributor notified Sinclair Publishing, Inc that the book “…has been temporarily pulled from distribution.” Ingram Content Group was served with an identical civil complaint by Daniel Parisi and Patton Boggs LLP on June 10, 2010. The Cease & Desist letter of the same date from Patton Boggs makes it clear counsel for the Plaintiff is using the same internet warriors that Paul Levy of Public Citizens Litigation Group used to attack and spread false claims.

In the Parisi complaint, Richard Oparil of Patton Boggs makes claims that are complete and utter lies:

1. Oparil’s claim that Larry Sinclair ever agreed to put Dan Parisi in contact with the limo driver is out right false. This claim, made by Dan Parisi in Feb 2008 was quickly demonstrated to be an outright LIE.

2. Oparil’s claim that Larry Sinclair or the Book Barack Obama & Larry Sinclair: Cocaine, Sex, Lies & Murder? accuses Dan Parisi of being involved in the cover up of a murder IS AN OUT RIGHT LIE! Nowhere in the book nor anywhere else have Larry Sinclair ever made any such claims in regards to the murder of Donald Young.

3. Oparil’s claim that the polygraph by Edward Gelb was corroborated by another examiner in Gelbs office on Feb 22, 2008 is interesting considering that Edward Gelb, Dan Parisi and Parisi assistant Robert Braddock ALL stated in Gelb’s office on 2-22-2008 that the results of the exam would NOT BE KNOWN until Monday (2-25-08) at the earliest. So someone is lying here.

4. Whitehouse.com did not shut down in 2008 due to the statements in Larry Sinclair’s book, considering the book was not published or available until June 15, 2009. Whitehouse.com has been scrubbed prior to the filing of this complaint but some very interesting posts have been located that will show Plaintiffs have out right lied in their complaint.

5. Oparil’s claims “Sinclair has used multiple aliases…” is false. Mr. Sinclair himself has used no name other than that which was his own legal name at any given time which was always the name on his Social Security Card and Drivers License. Its said when a law firm as powerful as Patton Boggs would make such an outright false claim when even Law Enforcement has confirmed Mr. Sinclair has never provided them any name other than his OWN legal name at the time.

6. Parisi and Patton Boggs must prove all these claims (which they cannot) as well as damages. They will not be able to do that.

Larry Sinclair & Sinclair Publishing, Inc will fight Parisi’s baseless suit.

—————

So much for Parisi’s claim he is “not now nor has he ever been a pornographer!

Question for Daniel Parisi and Attorney Richard Oparil: What do you call the below screen shot from Parisi’s Whitehouse.com, a cooking site?

Click on the image for story & source.

Whitehouse.com was an adult (porn) site and dabbled in political entertainment to pair with its great name and first appeared online in 1997. The website was originally created so that uncensored discussion of government and politics could occur, and then they moved in the boobies to pay the bills. And the rest is history. Part of the controversy and popularity of whitehouse.com was that the typical Internet surfer stumbling upon the site was expecting the official White House website. Instead they got tits and ass.
