Blair confirmed Holder’s hint that some Gitmo’s terrorists will be freed (not held prisoner) in the United States. Then he added this little gem: “We can’t put them on the street.”

What he meant was … get ready for it … the terrorists released into the US may receive some form of welfare assistance. You and I might get to pay for the privilege of their presence in our country.

Elections have consequences. Even if the main stream media doesn’t tell you that.

In a Fox News poll conducted by Opinion Dynamics and released on January 29th, 63% said that Obama’s order to close Gitmo without a plan for what to do with the terrorists there was a BAD idea!

In that same poll 52% responded AGAINST bringing terrorists here to the United States and a whopping 63% said they didn’t want terrorists held in their community.

Since that time many communities such as Ft. Leavenworth Kansas, San Diego, CA (Camp Pendleton USMC) and others have expressed disapproval at the prospect of moving terrorists into their areas. Representatives of many of those places where terrorists might end up, have also proposed legislation to stop any federal funds for the purposes of putting terrorist detainees in their communities.

Americans are BOILING OVER in anger at the very thought of Obama bringing terrorists from Gitmo into OUR neighborhoods, giving them American trials and allowing them to twist the legal system with ACLU-style lawyers and walk out free men on American soil!

And in our tough economic times, when the government passes 800 BILLION DOLLAR SPENDING BILLS and keeps coming back FOR MORE, it’s understandable that people will be upset that President OBAMA now wants to use YOUR MONEY to pay TERRORISTS to live free and clear here in America!

Despite the cold temperatures and snow this winter, the construction workers at the site have been working diligently to finish construction of the mosque.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The Obama administration stopped calling Guantanamo inmates “enemy combatants” on Friday and incorporated international law as its basis for holding the prisoners while it works to close the facility.

The U.S. Justice Department filed court papers outlining a further legal and linguistic shift from the anti-terrorism policies of Republican President George W. Bush, which drew worldwide condemnation as violations of human rights and international law.

So the US government is practicing Chomsky-style linguistics and the terrorists are now in the US courts while they move to close down Gitmo for the convenience of the terrorists’ lawyers. Some found it annoying that they would have to spend so much time and money traveling to see their ‘clients’.

The question; “why did meatbrain care about me discussing the Rosenbergs and their granddaughter, Rachel Meeropol?” Meatbrain cared so much that he saved my page to his server.

Now granted, if meatbrain is in fact Terry Bisson as we suspect, then it is understandable that he would join the Rosenbergs’ grandchildren in spreading the lie that the Rosenbergs were innocent.

Sobell’s confession

Sobell still maintains that the information he passed along to America’s enemies wasn’t especially significant, but he has at last abandoned the pretence, which he maintained for nearly half a century, that he was never a Soviet agent.

Sobell’s confession is not coincidental. It came just days before the National Archives released long-secret grand jury testimony in the world famous Rosenberg espionage case. Nevertheless, it has definitively shattered one of the enduring myths of the progressive Left. For generations of leftists, the innocence of the Rosenbergs was an article of faith. It bolstered their self-image as noble, if misunderstood idealists, forever doomed to persecution by a corrupt American system. Columbia University professor Eric Foner’s claim that the Rosenberg’s were singled out as part of “a determined effort to root out dissent” was a typical expression of the Left’s revisionism. Sobell’s admission has exposed it as self-serving nonsense. The Rosenbergs’ were in fact guilty as charged.

Of course they were; the Venona Cables proved McCarthy right AND the Rosenbergs’ guilt. But you wouldn’t know any of that when reading the headlines from our watchdog media.

This much is apparent even to the Rosenbergs’ staunchest supporters: their children. Until Sobell’s confession, the Rosenbergs’ sons, Robert and Michael Meeropol, had championed their parents’ innocence. Even when declassified documents proved that Americans really had been spying for the Soviet Union, the Meeropols refused to acknowledge that their parents had been among them. As recently as two years ago, the Rosenbergs’ granddaughter, Rachel Meeropol, insisted that they “weren’t guilty of what they were convicted of.” But even for the Meeropols, this defense is now indefensible. Michael Meeropol told the New York Times after Sobell’s confession, “I don’t have any reason to doubt Morty.”

Rachel Meeropol is merely a product of her communist background, as are the rest of the Rosenberg descendants. They play out of the marxist playbook, and Saul Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals”, just like our president now does.

The fact of the Rosenbergs’ guilt is of more than academic interest. During the Cold War, communist fellow travelers sought to undermine national security by exaggerating America’s abuses, often citing the Rosenbergs as an example. The trend continues today, as anti-war activists seek to portray terrorist captives as blameless victims caught in America’s clutches. It is no coincidence that Rachel Meeropol is a lawyer for the Center for Constitutional Rights, which represents Guantanamo detainees. As Larry Schweikart observes, “The modern-day Rosenbergs are the defendants in the Guantanamo Bay court cases that will be coming up.”

Their voices chime in with those of Code Pink, International ANSWER and the rest - for closing Gitmo, bringing the terrorists into our court system, and releasing them onto our streets. With communists, anarchists and gangs also causing millions of dollars of property damage and assaulting Americans at protests where the police do little to protect them- disaster beyond that whi looms.

If there’s any scandal at Guantanamo, it is that the detainees are treated too well. Consider what I observed:

* Detainees get three full meals a day with a choice of menu.

* Each detainee receives a Koran and a prayer rug.

* Arrows throughout the facility point toward Mecca.

* Detainees receive full medical treatment - including psychiatric services. There is one medical personnel for every two detainees.

* Detainees who comply with regulations are allowed out of their cells for 1620to 20 hours a day and participate in various recreational and educational activities including soccer, language training and art classes.

* Noncompliant detainees - including the hardest of the hard core - are allowed out of their cells for four to seven hours a day. (It was particularly galling to observe a vicious terrorist reclining in the sun like a Palm Beach retiree.)

* Detainees have access to live TV, books and two daily Arab newspapers plus USA Today. (I suppose it would be inhumane to subject them to The New York Times.)

* Detainees are allowed to confer to discuss courtroom strategy.

* Guards within the facility are not armed and are regularly subjected to abuse and harassment, including having human feces and urine thrown at them.

These are not just my conclusions. The Defense Department has just finished its review of Guantanamo as ordered by President Obama and determined that conditions comply with the Geneva Conventions: “No prohibited acts were found and conditions are humane.”

We are at war with Islamic terrorism. Gitmo is a major front in that war. Closing Guantanamo could well mean releasing deadly Islamic terrorists overseas or bringing them to American soil. It would be craven surrender to left-wing groups and uninformed, self-righteous world opinion. We mus t do all we can to convince President Obama to reverse his decision.

This is the outrage that My Country Deserves Better has been talking about…even people within Obama’s administration have publicly admitted that there is nothing wrong with Gitmo.

But we’re going to close it, anyway.

Doesn’t make any sense…considering that the alternative is bringing them HERE.

It only makes sense to the Gitmo terrorists’ lawyers who don’t like having to travel that far to meet with their “clients”.

He is certainly following in the footsteps of his cousin Raila Odinga in Africa with this move, from the Daily Telegraph as reported by Gateway Pundit.

People with sense in their heads could see the writing on the wall way before this, but clueless moonbats among others refuse to see what’s sitting right in front of their eyes.

This is just another example of even more disgusting news surrounding the “President”’s first month in office.

Last Thursday, a woman named Aasiya Z. Hassan, 37, was founded decapitated in Orchard Park, New York, a village near Buffalo. Her husband, Muzzammil Hassan, 44, was charged, rather oddly, with second-degree murder in the case. But the specter of someone who beheaded his wife being charged only with second-degree murder was the least of the oddities in this case: Aasiya Hassan’s body was found in the offices of the cable channel, Bridges TV. Aasiya Hassan was the inspiration for Bridges TV, and Muzzammil Hassan was its founder.

Muzzammil Hassan founded Bridges TV in 2004 to combat the negative perceptions of Muslims that he thought were dominating the mainstream media. According to a Reuters story at the time, Aasiya “came up with the idea in December 2001 while listening to the radio on a road trip.” Muzzammil Hassan explained: “Some derogatory comments were being made about Muslims that offended her. She was seven months pregnant, and she thought she didn’t want her kids growing up in this environment.”

Bridges TV originally declared that its intention was to “fuse American culture with the values of Islam in a healthy, family-oriented way.” However, there were indications at the outset that it might not have been as moderate as many assumed. Bridges TV from the beginning had ties to the Council on American-Islamic Relations, an unindicted co-conspirator in a Hamas terror funding case, and Islamicity.com, which retails rabid anti-Semitic literature. In 2006 Arab News reported that Hassan was trying to raise money for the network from Saudi investors.

And now comes the clearest, most harrowing indication of all that Bridges TV’s founder was not the moderate he appeared to be, but was rather a man who had imbibed deeply the traditional Islamic understanding that women are possessions of men, to be punished severely when they get out of line. Of course, this singular lesson of the beheading of Aasiya Hassan, who apparently had raised Muzzammil’s ire by filing for divorce, is the one that the mainstream media and the American Muslim community is doing its best to obscure. Immediately after the killing, Khalid J. Qazi of the Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC) chapter of Western New York, declared: “There is no place for domestic violence in our religion — none. Islam would 100 percent condemn it.”

Unfortunately, all too few Muslim men seem to share Qazi’s view. The Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences has determined that over ninety percent of Pakistani wives have been struck, beaten, or abused sexually — for offenses on the order of cooking an unsatisfactory meal. Others were punished for failing to give birth to a male child. Dominating their women by violence is a prerogative Muslim men cling to tenaciously. In Spring 2005, when the East African nation of Chad tried to institute a new family law that would outlaw wife beating, Muslim clerics led resistance to the measure as un-Islamic.

Why do things like this happen?

Because Islamic clerics worldwide have spoken approvingly of wife-beating.

College tries to slide terrorist speaker under the radar

The College of DuPage (COD) in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, has announced the February speaker for their Living Leadership Program. Based on the desired goals of the series, COD students, parents and the taxpayers of DuPage County should have much to be excited about. The program, according to their website, is based on the following philosophies: “Leadership is a skill, therefore anyone can learn it, practice it, and become better at it. Leadership is not tied to position, title or authority. Leaders use 1) Conscious Decision-Making 2) Active Participation, and 3) Understanding of Multiple Perspectives to impact their communities in positive ways.” Specifically, COD hopes to aid in “connecting students with people who are showing leadership through their action in today’s world.”

And yet, when the office for Student Activities sent an email message campus wide announcing William “Weather Underground” Ayers as the featured speaker, it landed with a thud. Despite an influx of emails, calls and concern, COD seems curiously oblivious to the controversy. But not so oblivious that the initial email somehow managed to mysteriously leave off all members of the COD Board of Trustees.

Triumph and Victory- “Enough is Enough”

The world is advancing closer to a solution that requires Triumph and Victory over global radical Islam, world-wide terror operations and the likes of “Hamas”. Radical Islamic goals and their leadership call for the destruction of Israel and continuing decimation of democracy and freedom. This militant ideology has created worldwide conflict and disruption. Enough is Enough!!! The world, Israel, Palestinians and other Muslims have suffered enough.

Israel is at war simultaneously on several fronts: Hamas in Gaza; the home front in the ever-expanding radius around Gaza (currently 26 miles); Hezbollah on the northern front, Syria, Iran, and the public policy front. Here it is important to recall just what Hamas as well as Hezbollah really are. Hamas is an illegal terrorist organization and an Iranian proxy that is conducting an illegal terror war against Israel. The EU and UN are arguably committing a war crime by accepting Hamas as a legitimate side to a dispute. In turn, by accepting the EU as a legitimate interlocutor, Israel itself gives credence to the view that Hamas is legitimate.

Stand up now to these Radical Islamists who have high jacked a religion and turned it into their own ideology that has killed more Muslims in the last seven years than anyone else. Because they are fanatics similar to the Nazi’s and SS in their methods, the only choice is neutralize them, their organizations, their infrastructure, their support and their ideology just as Nazism was destroyed.

What must be done? The United States and Israel now need to re-evaluate the very meanings of power in world politics, with particular reference to principles that seek victory in warfare that is not prolonged. The first principle, “Objective,” states: When undertaking any mission, Commanders should have a clear understanding of the expected outcome and its impact. Today we call it the “endgame.” Following Clausewitz and Sun-Tzu, political and military commanders at every level need to identify tangible ends and to understand precisely how military application can best achieve these goals.

There is another section of the Art Of War that can especially help Israel and the United States. This is Sun-Tzu’s repeated emphasis on the “unorthodox” or, as the Pentagon calls it today, Irregular Warfare. We must, from a high-level strategic view, look at this current global war as combating an enemy who fights in a completely unorthodox manner, and we must fight him the very same way, but more cleverly and more effectively. We must use our full military and intellectual arsenal as a super power to bring victory sooner rather than later. This can be done only with a specific endgame in mind, and with a corollary commitment to victory.

Military Objectives:

A full scale ground invasion into Gaza is required by Israeli Defense Forces. For Israel and the United States, the “unorthodox” should now be fashioned not only on the battlefield, but also long before the battle. For now, every enemy state knows almost exactly how the Conventional Warfare leaders will initiate and conduct major military action, and how it will respond to armed attack and armed conflict. If, however, the United States and Israel did not always signal perfect rationality to its enemies, it could significantly enhance both its overall deterrence posture and its essential capacity to carry out certain preemption options. This same lesson applies to diplomacy and politics, which are also too often mired in complete predictability. So, yes, “war is hell,” potentially more hellish today than at any time in history, which is why we must never lose when fighting an enemy who will never quit. Israel and the West have no choice but to fight the terrorists, aggressively, unapologetically, with an absolute commitment to win on every front. And that fight must be on our time-schedule … never the enemy’s.

These steps need to be taken during the current (as we watch) Israeli offensive operation that as begun:

• Secure the Philadelphia line again
• Slice Gaza in half and separate north from south to control traffic between the Egyptian gateway to Gaza and Gaza City
• Destroy Hamas weapons caches and bomb factories
• Destroy the tunnels by which Hamas could be re-supplied in the near future
• Destroy Hamas’ command-and-control infrastructure
• Destroy Hamas’ media outlets (e.g. al-Aqsa TV) which incite, recruit and direct terrorists.
• Destroy Hamas’ ability to continue to govern Gaza and their infrastructure (no offices, no secure communications, no resources).

Israel, for its part, has been less clear in stating its operational goals. Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, Livni and Barak have said that the goal of Operation Cast Lead is to compel Hamas to end its attacks against Israel, but they haven’t said how they intend to affect that outcome. They have rejected Hamas’s demand for control over Gaza’s land and sea borders and in turn demanded that Hamas end its weapons smuggling operations across the Egyptian border. The only way to accomplish this objective is to do what we outlined above.

Hamas’s objective is to destroy Israel, consequently Israel must destroy Hamas. No amount of diplomacy will deter Hamas and history has shown appeasement will never satisfy these radicals who now represent the Nazi’s of the 21st Century. Denial is no longer an option and Hope is not a strategy.

It’s appalling that on the one hand, a character calling himself “Abu Dujana” from London had a youtube account up for over a year under the account number 0793247001 showing jihadi videos and videos praising terrorism and the 9/11 attacks, but on the other hand, the IDF is censored IMMEDIATELY from showing the pro Israel side, and how they (meaning the jihadis and youtube together) are getting rid of footage on youtube such as visual documentation showing the IDF’s operational success in operation Cast Lead against Hamas in the Gaza Strip.

Crescent video, Part 2: “The terrorist memorializing features all point to each other”

Part 1 focused on the blatant Islamic symbolism in the Flight 93 memorial, and on Tom Burnett’s efforts to stop this desecration of his son’s grave. Part 2 is about the terrorist memorializing features.

On first examination, the Islamic symbol shapes in the Flight 93 memorial are found to be slightly imprecise:

The giant crescent does not point quite exactly at Mecca.

The Sacred Ground Plaza that sits roughly in the position of the star on a crescent and star flag does not sit exactly in the position of an Islamic star.

But additional features turn these imprecise Islamic shapes into precise Islamic symbol shapes:

Inside the Sacred Ground Plaza sits a separate section of Memorial Wall, inscribed with the 9/11 date, that IS placed in the exact position of an Islamic star.

Remove the symbolically “broken off” parts of the crescent of Embrace (now called a broken circle) and the remaining crescent structure–what symbolically remains standing in the wake of 9/11–points EXACTLY at Mecca.

To find these additional features, just follow the terrorist brick road: the 44 inscribed translucent memorial blocks on the flight path (matching the number of passengers, crew, AND TERRORISTS).

No need to have seen Part 1 before seeing Part 2. All of the parts of this video series will stand on their own, with only a small amount of overlap. There is a brief review of the Mecca orientation, because that is what leads to the discovery of the 44 blocks, but the blocks then lead to this whole further array of terrorist memorializing features.

DALLAS – A jury convicted five former officials at the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development (HLF) on all counts in the Hamas-support case after 8 days of deliberations.

The men, Shukri Abu-Baker, Ghassan Elashi, Mohamed El-Mezain, Mufid Abdulqader and Abdelrahman Odeh, could face up to 20 years in prison for their convictions on conspiracy counts, including conspiring to provide material support to terrorists. The verdicts, read Monday afternoon, ended a two-year saga in what is considered the largest terror financing case since the 9/11 attacks.

Lesson for the Obamamedia: threats you try to cover up will be inevitably be realized

The Obamamedia is acting exactly like the Memorial Project. Both are avoiding and suppressing massive evidence of hostile intent. The willful blindness of the Memorial Project will only give us a humiliating but very survivable terrorist memorial mosque. An Obama victory will give us a president who is committed to rapid retreat from victory in Iraq, to unilateral disarmament, and to making energy prices “skyrocket”; a president whose mentors are the Reverend “God DAMN America” Wright and domestic terrorist William Ayers, who is already engaged in systematic election fraud and who maintains extensive ties to Islamofascists while lying about his Muslim upbringing. All of this is easily documented, and all of it is suppressed or whitewashed by America’s mainstream media.

The lesson of the flight 93 memorial is simple. Whatever dangers people try to wish away they are going to get smashed over the head with, for the simple reason that they have closed their eyes to the threat. They are ALLOWING it to proceed and smash them over the head. It is the negative version of the lesson of Flight 93. Heeding information from the ground that their plane was being used as a missile, the heroes of Flight 93 were able to stop the hijackers from reaching the nation’s capitol. At the opposite extreme, efforts to hide the truth have turned the Memorial Project and the Obamamedia into enablers of evil.

The election fraud example

While the blogosphere is afire with the discovery that Obama accepts false-name and false address credit card donations, allowing foreigners to donate and allowing everyone to evade campaign finance limits, the Obamamedia makes a front page “scandal” over the Republican National Committee buying a campaign wardrobe for Sarah Palin. When the Washington Post can no longer justify ignoring the donation fraud story, they run a blatant white wash, pretending that the McCain website has the same issues. Then they run a second whitewash, pretending that Obama is only accepting false-name and address donations from pre-paid credit cards, which everyone following the story online knows to be false.

Similarly for the massive and systematic ACORN vote fraud, and Obama’s years of close association with ACORN. The press desperately tries to cover up extensive evidence that Obama will aggressively try to steal elections so that this information won’t keep him from reaching the presidency, where he will have the POWER to steal elections. If this reality would only smash THEM over the heads, it wouldn’t be so bad, but it is ALL of us who are going to end up under the thumb of a Hugo Chavez style election stealer if the media keeps suppressing the evidence that Obama IS a Hugo Chavez style election stealer.

They don’t MEAN to usher in a usurper. They just want a Democrat to win, and because they refused to report Obama’s negatives during the primaries, Hillary Clinton lost and they are now stuck with a Democrat that only Bill Ayers and Jeremiah Wright would vote for if the facts were known. By the same token, the Memorial Project does not mean to build a terrorist memorial mosque, but because they have decided to avoid and suppress the evidence, that is what they are actually doing.

Pretending to have investigated warnings

Memorial Project Chairman John Reynolds dismisses the claim that the Tower of Voices is a year-round accurate Islamic prayer-time sundial by claiming that ANY tower with a wall around it can be used as an Islamic sundial. When time for Islamic prayers comes, just mark the spot where the tower’s shadow crosses the wall and there you go.

Wrong. Islamic prayer times are determined by shadow length, not shadow angle. Prayer time markers must be placed a particular distance from the sundial’s gnomon, and must follow a particular arc. Chairman Reynolds’ misconception that Islamic prayer times can be marked by shadow angle proves that he never even looked at the sundial analysis (the subject of our last blogburst), yet here he is assuring the public that he has investigated this evidence of an al Qaeda sympathizing plot and found it to be a false alarm.

Same for the Obamamedia. They are pretending that they have vetted Obama when they have actually been protecting him from scrutiny.

How can it not be front page news that one of Obama’s closest political allies, his fellow Luo tribesman Raila Odinga, who rioted his way to the Prime Ministership of Kenya, is known to be lying about being a Christian? It turns out that this man who Obama traveled to Kenya to campaign for in 2006 is actually a secret Islamofascist, signing a secret document with Muslim leaders in which he first declares Islam to be the only true religion, then promises to impose Sharia law.

None of this is in question. The secret agreement became public when the Muslim leaders decided to brag about it. You can read Odinga’s admission of the secret agreement on his own website, yet it has never been mentioned in our mainstream media, just as Obama’s own lies about his Muslim background do not get reported. Testimony from childhood friends and from his own sister belie his claim to have been raised Christian rather than Muslim.

Deception is a virtue in Islam

It’s Obama’s deceit about his Muslim background that is damning. The Koran allows Muslims to lie about their religion in order to advance Islamic conquest, and Obama knows the Koran. He studied it in Arabic as a child (which is how he was able to sing the Shahada–the Muslim declaration of faith–for Nicholas Kristof in Arabic “with a first rate accent”: he was drilled on it). It is the fact that he lies about his past and his associations that gives the clearest indication that Obama actually is a secret Islamofascist.

Just the other day he claimed not to know about his illegal alien aunt, when it turns out his campaign has actually been tracking her.

Obama actually seems to exult in deception. Note the surreptitious fingers he gave to both Hillary and McCain. The obvious explanation is that deception is a virtue in Islam, so long as it is in the service of Islamic conquest. There is nothing wrong with tricking people in Obama’s mind because there is nothing wrong with tricking people in his religion.

Obama also has Nation of Islam people on his staff. NOI is our domestic Islamofascist group, specializing in anti-semitism and anti-white racism (al la Obama mentor Jeremiah Wright, who champions NOI leader Louis Farrakhan). One of Obama’s best dinner buddies is Palestinian terror supporter Rashid Khalidi. Obama’s cousin/buddy Odinga gets most of his funding from Moammar Ghaddafi. The terror ties go on and on, with all of it covered up by the Obamamedia. When Obama slips up and admits “my Muslim faith,” they even jump in to correct him.

If McCain possessed a single liability one tenth the magnitude of any of Obama’s, he would be gone in a week, yet a recent study shows that the media coverage of McCain has been twice as negative as the Obama coverage, even in the absence of any obvious negatives (beyond being much too far left for any real conservative, which is actually a positive vis a vis the radically leftist Obama).

Truth suppression can give us a hijacked presidency as easily as a hijacked memorial

Suppress evidence of Obama’s long and close relationship with domestic terrorist William Ayers and you get hit over the head with a president who has the same idea of “change” that Ayers does. Hide the Obama-ACORN-Fannie-Mae policies that caused the financial meltdown and you’ll get whacked with MORE meltdown. Bury Obama’s declared intent to use the phony religion of global warming alarmism to cut off our energy supply and destroy the U.S. economy, and we will get a destroyed economy.

Just look at the Memorial Project. In September 2005, when national controversy over the Crescent of Embrace first erupted, the Pittsburgh Post Gazette held a special meeting to discuss the discovery that the giant crescent (now called a broken circle) points almost exactly at Mecca. (That makes it a mihrab, the Mecca-direction indicator around which every mosque is built.) Faced with this explosive information, the Post-Gazette made a top editorial decision not to tell the public about the Mecca orientation of the crescent. (Crescent of Betrayal, Part II, Chapter 6, p 108.) As a result, we are still on track, three years later, to have a terrorist memorial mosque planted on the graves of our murdered heroes.

We are supposed to be vigilant now. We learned on 9-11 the nature of our Islamofascist enemies, that they hide amongst us, pretending to be trustworthy friends while perpetrating acts of war. Armed with this knowledge, as the passengers and crew of Flight 93 were, we think we will never sit still for a hijacking again. Yet our media still hopes to gain advantage from truth suppression, and so we find ourselves today on the brink of having a hijacker take over the Oval Office.

Bishop McRae is the courageous Bishop of the Anabaptists, who took it upon himself to interview Sarah Hussein Obama, in order to get the truth out before the election on whether or not Obama is a “natural-born citizen”. But the government, under orders from Barack’s cousin Raila Odinga have sealed and confiscated the files to keep them top secret. The government employees know the truth, but fear for their lives in a most serious way. Our preacher, Kweli Shububia (Swahili for “True Witness”, his name has been changed to protect his identity and safety) has already received a mulititude of death threats and has fled the country for his safety. The muslims are already massing throughout Kenya, especially around Kisumu, just as they did last December during the Kenya elections, and brandishing machettes and clubs, threatening to kill every white American and Christian if Obama is not elected President.

This man Obama, whoever he is, increasingly appears to be a part of a great conspiracy to defraud the American people of a lawful and constitutional election. God deliver this nation from so great harm, to us and our children.

I, Bishop Ron McRae am over the age of eighteen (18) and not a party to the within action. If called to do so, I could and would competently testify under oath as follows:

I am the Continental Bishop who oversees the Anabaptists Churches in North America. I am also the Presiding Elder on the African Presbytery, where we have numerous churches throughout Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, the Democratic Republic of the Congo and mission works to several other African nations. The African Presbytery is comprised of the national bishops of the various countries we minister in and support, along with our statewide bishops from New York and Pennsylvania.

We actively visit and minister throughout these African countries, and do so extensively throughout all of Kenya these last three (3) years. in overseeing the establishment of our churches and presbytery to Kenya over the last two (2) years we have had personal dealings, continually, with many citizens of Kenya from every tribe and economic standing throughout the wonderful nation of Kenya, with whom the national interests in United States Senator Barack Hussein Obama is a very popular topic of discussion. The tribal cultures of the Kenyanese people have involved much turmoil during the national elections at the end of December 2007 and the beginning of 2008.

The much published violence that erupted over the presidential elections caught the world’s attention. Myself and several American minister with our church were present during this time in Kenya, and the facts concerning this strife and the ensuing violence were well known, and of common knowledge throughout all of Kenya.

The opposition party that was responsible for all of the violence was from the minority Luo tribe, which is a Muslim tribe that supported Mr. Raila Odinga for president. Raila Odinga is a Marxist socialist who graduated from the East Germany Magdeburg University in 1970 on a scholarship from the East German government. He named his first born son after Fidel Castro. Raila Odinga spent six years in prison for his admitted involvement in the bloody coup attempt in 1982 to over take and assissinate Daniel Arap Moi, Kenya’s President. Mr. Odinga has publicly admitted to being the leader of that coup in his 2006.

Mr. Odinga is the cousin of United States Senator Barack Obama. Mr. Obama is from the same Muslim tribe, the Luo Tribe, as Mr. Odinga. Senator Obama visited Kenya in August of 2006 and campaigned extensively for his cousin, Mr. Odinga, which gave Odinga a tremendous boost. During Senator Obama’s campaign stops on behalf of his cousin Odinga, the Senator made numerous claims against the democratic government of Kenya and Kenya’s Presidcent Mwai Kibaki, claiming they were corrupt, stating often, that Kenya was “ready for change”, just as he has campaigned here in the United States during the Presidential election. It has been common knowledge throughout Kenya that Senator Obama sent his foreign policy advisor, Mr. Mark Lippert, to Kenya at least three times to advise Mr.Odinga on his campaign strategies. See Mark Hyman’s Washington Times article published October, 12, 2008, attached as Exhibit “I”. Moreover, everyone in Kenya is well aware that Senator Obama donated over one million American dollars ($1,000,000) to his cousin’s, Mr. Odinga’s campaign, which is documented in the Kenyan Political Party, for Mr. Odinga. Orange Democratic Movement (hereinafter “ODM”) along with extensive funds from other Muslim supporters including but not limited to the Muslim son of Muammar Gadhafi, the dictator of Libyan’s Muslim government. These issues are common knowledge throughout Kenya, and the information is publicly document across the internet.

It is detailed in Odinga’s financial reports and strategies ODM Internal Memo documents, attached as Exhibit “2″, which are public records, that a significant portion of Senator Obama’s financial contributions (made through an organization identified as Friends of Senator Barack Obama) were used to help finance both the signed Muslim Memorandum of Understanding as well as the planned violence, murders and bloodshed that occurred in December of 2007. Within the ODM Internal Memo attached as Exhibit “2″, the funds donated by Mr. Obama through “Friends of Senator Barack Obama” were to be used for “Violence as a last result…to discourage voter participation in hostile areas..use ODM agents on the ground to engineer ethnic tensions in target areas…support Kapondi’s forces in Mt. Eglori”, and to do as during “Mid-December”. Unfortunately, the exact violence described in these reports was carried out and occurred at the beginning of the second week of December 2007.

Additionally, it is common knowledge throughout both the Christian and Muslim communities in Kenya, that contrary to news media propaganda here in the United States, US Senator Barack Obama is a Muslim and not a Christian, and that he was born in Mombasa, Kenya and not in the State of Hawaii as falsely purported by the Obama campaign for presidency of the United States. Mr. Obama’s cousin ran his failed campaign for the Kenyan presidency in the identical fashion of Senator Obama’s American campaign strategy, and that being to join a nominal Christian Church in order to publicly profess to be a Christian, while maintaining their actual Muslim beliefs, in order to sway public opinion away from the actual fact of his strong Muslim beliefs, family and goals. It is a known fact that membership in the United Church of Christ in Chicago, where Barack Obama was a member, does not require muslims to renounce their Islamic faith in order to join the UCC church. Throughout Kenya it is and was well publicized in the media that a Memorandum of Understanding agrement, attached as Exhibit “3″, between Raila Odinga and Shiek Abdullahi Abdi, chairman of the National Muslim Leaders Forum, was signed by Odinga in August 29, 2007 in which Raila Odinga promised if elected to implement drastic changes including but not limited to the following:

• Recognize “Islam as the only true religion”
• “Islamic leaders would have an oversight rule to monitor activities of ALL other religions (emphasis in the original)
• Installation of Shariah courts in every jurisdiction to implement Islamic law
• Implement a ban on Christian preaching

Because of the seriousness of all of the above, as a Christian and a citizen of the United States, this preacher could no longer sit idly by knowing these things and continue to minister in both Kenya and the United States. As the presiding bishop over the Continental Presbytery of Africa, I authorized representatives within our church to locate and interview Ms. Sarah Hussein Obama, the actual grandmother of US Senator Barack Obama. Ms. Sarah Obama lives in the Alego-Kogello, approximately 37 miles from Kisumu, where the Anabaptists have a congregation, and where this preacher has preached several times prior to the December elections in 2007, and prior to the planned violence from the Odinga supporters, which erupted.

With Senator Obama being born in Kenya and not in the United States, he is not a “natural born” citizen and it prohibits him from being eligible to run for and/or serve as President of the United States. Since Senator Obama’s birth was reportedly in 1961, birth records may or may not be available, so I felt it very important to obtain the testimony of his grandmother as a first hand witness, since it is commonly known throughout Kenya, and especiallyaround the Kisamu area, that Sarah Obama was present when Barack Obama, Jr. was born in Kenya.

Accordingly, on Thursday, October 16, 2008 Reverend Kweli Shuhudia (actual name temporarily withheld to protect his life), an evangelist with our ministries traveled to Kogello and located Ms. Sarah Obama at her home, see the attached email attached as Exhibit “4″. Mr. Shuhudu is a very intelligent and educated citizen of Africa, a former teacher and respected evangelist throughout Africa. Mr. Shuhudia acts as our official translator when we are in Africa, and is fluent in both Swahili and English. Mr. Shahudu met and interviewed Ms. Sarah Obama at length on October 16th during which interview, he called me on my mobile number, see my phone record attached as Exhibit “6″. Mr Shuhudia called me first on october 16th at 10:33 a.m. and advised that hwe was with Sarah Hussein Obama and that she wanted to speak with me, but the connection was lost. He called me right back at 10:35 a.m. and he informed me that there were several hundred people present, celebrating Obama’s success. I questioned him about the format of the phone call and conversation with Ms. Obama, and then informed him that I would call him right back, so it would not cost him international charges for the call. I called him back at 10:40 a.m. and public music and voices could be heard that were gathered around Kweli Shuhudia. I then spoke with him and requested that htey utilize the speaker phone so everyone could hear.

The speaker phone with its open microphone was utilized with Mr. Shuhdia, Mr. Vatalis Alec Ogombe the Kogelo Community chairman assisting in the translation work and Ms. Sarh Hussein, along with several hundred people including policemen present and listenin in the open conversation between the four of us for approximately 15 minutes. Mr. VO is also the step grandson of Ms. Obama and the cousin of Barack Obama. A third unknown party can be heard periodically interjecting both Swahili and English words in the public discussion and conversation between the four of us. At times, the room noise from other peoples’ voices makes some of the swahili difficult to hear, and towards the end of the conversation several men’s voices are heard that are not identified. As I talked to and question Ms. Obama publicly over the open microphone of Mr. S’s speaker phone, they would translate what I said to her in Swahili publicly, and then they would translate her Swahili responses to me publicly in English. Ms. Obama can fluently speak Swahili in her native dialect, but cannot read or write. In the ensuing public conversation, I asked Ms. Obama specifically, “Were you present when your grandson Barack Obama was born in Kenya?” this was asked to her in translation twice, and both times she specifically replied, “Yes! Yes she was! She was present when Obama was born.” Though, some few younger relatives, including Mr. Ogombe, have obviously been versed to counter such facts with the common purported information from the American news media that Obama was born in Hawaii, Ms. Sarah Hussein Obama was very adamant that her grandson, Senator Barack Hussein Obama, was born in Kenya, and that she was present and witnessed his birth in Kenya, not the United States. When Mr. Ogombe attempted to counter Sarah Obama’ clear responses to the question, verifying the birth of Senator Barack Obama in Kenya, I asked Mr. Ogombe, how she could be present at Barack Obama’s birth if the Senator was born in Hawaii, but Ogombe would not answer the question, instead he repeatedly tried to insert that, “No, No, No, He was born in the United States!” But during the conversation, Ms. Sarah Hussein Obama never changed her reply that she was in deed present when Senator Barack Obama was born in Kenya. A transcript of this taped public interview is attached as Exhibit “6″. Mr. Shuhudia took photographs during the open conversations and interview with Ms. Sarah Hussein Obama, which photos will be forthcoming.

Becase of the seriousness of the political situation and the impact of such on a United States Presidential election, and because of the factual reality of tremendous violence in kenya towards Christians, especially in the immediate area of Kisumu, where both Sarah Hussein Obama and Rev. Kweli Shuhudia live, it is requested that all reasonable and legal steps be taken to secure Rev. Kweli Shuhudia’s identity to the Federal Court alone, in order to protect his life and safety for being willing to provide this very important assistance in gathering this testimony and evidence to be used in any Federal litigation.

The above related facts are true and verifiable to the best of my personal knowledge before God Almighty, whom I am and whom I serve.
