Anna

Filed under: General , Leftist Agenda @ 4:32 am

This is Colleen’s sweet pea, Anna. Colleen is a girl at work who is just about my oldest son’s age. Her daughter is the sweetest little thing…don’t you think?

Her mom is very pretty and blonde. Anna looks a lot like her mommy.

There are two issues that come into mind when I look at these beautiful pictures of Anna.

First is, recently on newsradio, they talked about the shocking case of little 3-year old Riley Fox, whose father was recently brought up on murder charges. Apparently, he killed her to cover up the sexual assault of his daughter. The details are very sad.

Another is the American Psychiatric Association’s push to remove pedophelia from its list of behavior disorders. This is reminiscent of how they removed homosexuality as a disorder in the ’70’s from political pressure from the gay groups, not because of any new scientific evidence.

I look at little Anna’s face and think to myself, I wonder what the world will be like when you grow up, you sweet little innocent angel.

Call me old fashioned. I found out I turned into my mother. I like my sons with short hair. My oldest is in Iraq, and sports an army dog haircut, which suits me just fine.

My youngest graduated from the Marine Military Academy 2 years ago, and is an Art Student. He went from this:

High Stakes: An Englishman’s View of the Election

This is a hot one–it’s now circulating via email and is posted on a few websites. It’s an Englishman’s view of our American election; and it’s not what you hear through the Guardian, lol….You can also see it here. Thanks, TS, I discovered it out there on the net~hat tip: Tomslick. BTW, TS, I really think you should have your own blog somewhere so I can harrass you.

The author’s name is Paul Johnson and he ends his article with this remark:

“I cannot recall any election when the enemies of America all over the world have been so unanimous in hoping for the victory of one candidate. That is the overwhelming reason that John Kerry must be defeated, heavily and comprehensively.”

Wictory Wednesday

This is Wictory Wedneday.

Newly discovered documents show that the young John Kerry didn’t just meet with the Communist Vietnamese in Paris. He took orders from them. His activities, when he returned home and denounced his country and fellow soldiers, delighted the Vietnamese Communists and gave them hope that they could defeat America and enslave millions of Vietnamese in a genocidal slave state that persists to this day.

Is this the man you want to see in the White House? Do you want to wake up on November 3 and hear that John Kerry, Communist stooge, is the president-elect?

Do something! Join the 72-Hour Project. Vote early. Get your friends to vote early. Make sure that the Communist stooge is sent home in ignominous defeat.

Today is the last Wictory Wednesday in this campaign. Every Wednesday, hundreds of bloggers have asked their readers to donate or volunteer to an important Republican campaign.

If you’re a blogger, you can join Wictory Wednesdays by e-mailing me at wictory@blogsforbush.com. I’ll add you to the Wictory Wednesday blogroll. I’ll also send you a reminder e-mail every Wednesday, explaining which candidate to support that day.

The election is not the end of Wictory Wednesdays. If Bush wins, we’ll use it to get more Republicans elected. If Kerry wins, we’ll use it to take him down.

Here’s the list of blogs currently participating in Wictory Wednesdays:

John Fonda’s Record-The Untold Story Part I

Cao’s Note: This is from my strong fearless friend Yatahey, a former Marine and Vietnam Vet. Uh in case you don’t know what he means by John FONDA, he’s talking about John Kerry. You can see it at the link below at “Pardon My English”

John FONDA’s Record — The Untold Story Part I

Reading through the John FONDA campaign website, he sounds like an admirable public servant. “John FONDA served his country as a young man, and he’ll defend it as President”, is the latest campaign slogan.

On the - “Communities” - page, the FONDA campaign mentions FONDA’s record as a prosecutor from December 29, 1976, through the spring of 1979, and how “he prosecuted a murderer, a rapist and a mob boss.” Sounds like he successfully prosecuted three really bad people, right?

To FONDA’s credit, he did succesfully prosecute a mob boss named George Edgerly. He also did succesfully prosecute a rapist named George Edgerly. Did he successfully prosecute George Edgerly for murder? No, someone else did in separate trials. So, he did prosecute a murderer, but he was by no means involved in convicting him of that crime.

That’s not the only highlight of FONDA’s prosecutorial career … while still serving as assistant district attorney, FONDA was vested with the powers to “overhaul” the parole system for Middlesex County. It was directly due to FONDA’s actions that convicted pedophile Robert Sedach was released and later kidnapped and sexually assaulted a young boy.

Two and half years of being a “star prosecutor” and all he has to show for it one big case that put one man behind bars, and the release of pedophile who re-offended. That’s quite an unimpressive record to be touting around as if he were a star prosecutor on “Law & Order.”

In 1979, FONDA left the District Attorney’s office and went into practice with a former prosecutor and opened Kerry & Sragow. A legal news, commentary and resources website, lists in their profile of John FONDA - three major cases - involving John FONDA. One of them is the Edgerly case from his time as assistant district attorney. The two other cases were from his private practice. One of the cases was a medical malpractice suit, the other, a successful motion for a retrial in a murder case.

Even worse than his record as “star prosecutor” is his record as Massachusetts Lieutenant Governor under the first Massachusetts liberal to lose to a member of the Bush family … Michael Dukakis. This is another part of John FONDA’s record he opts not to highlight in his run for the presidency.

John FONDA knows that his record as Lieutenant Governor will damage his political aspirations.

John Kerry’s Hometown Newspaper Endorses President Bush

“It’s about national security, and whether President George W. Bush or Sen. John F. Kerry can provide the leadership to safeguard America from terrorism. … When it comes to the war on terror, President Bush means to keep our military strong and our country secure. John Kerry, on the other hand, has all the attributes of the shape of water when it comes to telling us what he believes and what he’d do for America. Like incoming and outgoing tides, Kerry is content to go with the flow. … We in Massachusetts know John Kerry. In his 20 years in the U.S. Senate, Kerry [has had an] uninspiring legislative record. He’s been inconsistent on major issues. First he’s for the 1991 Persian Gulf War, then he opposes it. First he’s for the war in Iraq, then he’s against it. First he’s for a strong U.S. defense, then he votes against military weapons programs. First he’s for the U.S. Patriot Act, then he opposes it. Kerry’s solution to stop terrorism? He’d go to the UN and build a consensus. How naive. France’s Jacques Chirac, Germany’s Gerhard Schroeder, UN Secretary General Kofi Annan and other Iraq oil-for-food scam artists don’t want America to succeed. They want us brought down to their level. And more and more, Kerry sounds just like them. In a recent campaign speech, Kerry said America was in the wrong war, in the wrong place, at the wrong time. No doubt John Kerry sincerely wants to serve his country, but we believe he’s the wrong man, in the wrong place, at the wrong time.” –The Lowell Sun, John Kerry’s hometown newspaper, adds its endorsement of President Bush

Here are people who KNOW John Kerry and can see through his opportunism. I wonder if the American people will…?

Vietnam Vets Get Homecoming 20+ Years Later

Filed under: Afghanistan, Iraq & Military , General @ 5:41 am

Because of the likes of John Kerry and Jane Fonda, when our Vietnam Vets came home from the war, they were spit on and called ‘baby killers’. But the tide has since changed. Now, when our vets come home, there are yellow ribbons and grateful people thanking them for their service. And alongside them, sometimes, you will find Vietnam Vets standing there with their hats on or medals. And they are receiving now, thanks for time served, from a grateful country-that they missed out on over 20 years ago. Read this from the Koolaid Man.

Socialist Guardian Calls For Assassination of W

The United Kingdom should immediately arrest Charles Brooker, the author of the article that includes the tasteless verbiage below, for calling for the assassination of George Bush, President of the United States of America.

This is so far beyond the pale of civilized behavior that I am hardly contain my rage. The fact that they put it out there makes me absolutely furious! Wouldn’t an editor or someone at the paper have to approve what’s being published for the world to see? Makes me wonder who our allies really are!

Dumb show

On November 2, the entire civilised world will be praying, praying Bush loses. And Sod’s law dictates he’ll probably win, thereby disproving the existence of God once and for all. The world will endure four more years of idiocy, arrogance and unwarranted bloodshed, with no benevolent deity to watch over and save us. John Wilkes Booth, Lee Harvey Oswald, John Hinckley Jr - where are you now that we need you?

The story was pulled after they received many, many complaints, and in its place we see this thin and weak apology.

“Charlie Brooker apologises for any offence caused by his comments relating to President Bush in his TV column, Screen Burn. The views expressed in this column are not those of the Guardian. Although flippant and tasteless, his closing comments were intended as an ironic joke, not as a call to action - an intention he believed regular readers of his humorous column would understand. He deplores violence of any kind.”

Keep that limey sense of humor to yourself! Nobody here thinks that’s funny. Daffy Wanker. Too late. Damage is done.

The Strange World Of David Yeagley

Filed under: General @ 10:29 am

Well, now I know that I’ve arrived. BadEagle banned me from posting in his discussion forums. Here I thought he was a conservative patriot. Bah. This guy is from another planet, as his most recent guests trashing his website are from Stormfront, a white supremicist group who are joining up with the likes of Al Qaeda online at Pravda Ru English Forums.

Here I am, a middle-aged woman with a son in Iraq, another son who’s an art student, happily married in a suburb of Chicago. What on earth could he have against this old lady when he doesn’t put his foot down to stop these cyberterrorists?

The recent advertisement by the Bush camp shows the wolves we’re up against. But I prefer the comparison to Blackfive’s “I only hang with sheepdogs”. It was for posting that link that I was banned from Badeagle’s forums (I think. I asked the webmaster why I was banned but didn’t get a response.).

Good luck, Dr. Yeagley, it’s become apparent to me that you’re one of the sheep they talk about in that article, and the people from Stormfront are definitely the wolves.

Update: 10/29/2004 -Interestingly all of a sudden I can get back in. No response to my inquiry, no message from the webmaster, no explanation. But I stand by my former statements. A sheep should never entertain a wolf or show them any form of hospitality.

Keyes Debate With the Obamanation

In a banquet room full of “keyed up” Keyes volunteers in the Chicago Renaissance Hotel, adjacent to the broadcast studios where Debate #2 was televised, the evidence on the big screen was overwhelming — with question after question, Alan’s substantive responses dominated the hour, and thrilled those watching. Alan was concise, sharp, and courageous in his presentation of our core convictions. He was also totally disciplined in his delivery, even in the face of some of the most biased, personally derogatory, dishonest, and distorted “questioning” that Alan has endured by the mainstream media in what has been a notably vicious and hostile media environment.

Alan stayed on message, took every opportunity possible to contrast his agenda with Obama’s, he was very well modulated for cool television projection, and he drove home with devastating effectiveness the duplicity of his opponent’s campaign rhetoric as compared to Obama’s record. You can hear and see the debate online at www.keyes2004.com – but PLEASE be sure to click here and help us get the message out in television and radio advertising that ALAN CAN WIN THIS ELECTION if enough people “get to know him” without the media’s distortions.

Keyes 2004 campaign manager Bill Pascoe, reacting to Alan’s clear win in Thursday night’s first televised debate against Barack Obama, released the following statement:

“The first televised debate is history, and the result is as clear as it was after last week’s radio debate: Alan Keyes won this debate hands down. He drew clear and cogent contrasts with Barack Obama on issue after issue, making one thing perfectly clear: Alan Keyes is in the mainstream of Illinois’ heartland values, and Mr. Obama is outside the mainstream.

“For instance, Alan demonstrated that Barack Obama is an extreme liberal, who cares not for protecting Illinois citizens but instead for protecting entrenched political interests.

“Keyes exposed Barack Obama as to the left of the ACLU on issues like crime control during a vigorous discussion of Obama’s votes in the State Senate against the death penalty for gang bangers who kill police officers; against allowing police to enter fortified drug houses without knocking; and against allowing Illinois citizens to defend themselves and their families from an intruder in their own home.

“Keyes also blew a hole in Obama’s erstwhile ‘doing it for the children’ rhetoric when he questioned Obama about his vote for ‘age appropriate’ sex education in public schools starting with kindergartners and his vote against Internet filters on publicly accessible computers in our schools.

“While emphasizing his independence and willingness to speak the truth regardless of partisan political considerations, Keyes distinguished himself from Obama as he reminded the viewing audience that Obama was the number one recipient of trial lawyer campaign money in the nation. Keyes properly questioned Obama’s allegiance to this special interest group at a time when the Illinois health care system has been described as ‘in crisis’ by the American Medical Association (AMA), due to skyrocketing medical malpractice insurance rates that are driving medical professionals from Illinois in droves.

“Later in the debate, a visibly angry Obama lashed out after being challenged by Keyes on the contradictions between Obama’s professed faith and his extreme liberal positions in support of unregulated abortion-on-demand and in opposition to defense of traditional marriage.

“So shaken was Obama by the end of the debate that he incorrectly accused Keyes of challenging Obama’s heritage on a final question about the importance of race in this campaign-a charge Keyes never made.

“It was obvious that Obama had little to offer in defense of his record, his positions on the issues, and the reasoning behind them except canned talking points prepared by handlers from the very Chicago machine of which he claims to be independent.”

Reporters in Chicago seem stunned that Alan continues to “just tell the truth” and trust the voters to listen to their own conscience and convictions. He refuses to play “fool the voter” with all the other guys who run the political/media industry nexus in the Windy City, even while they will keep working to make this campaign an anointment for their “BaRack Star.”

But Alan is laying the groundwork for the Illinois GOP to lift itself out of unprincipled corruption and compromise — and become again a party worthy of legacy of Abraham Lincoln. We have planted the flag again for moral conservatives in Illinois — please rally to us with your generous donations by going here to help.

Alan and his U.S. Senate campaign can win if we can expand our last 10-day ad blitz! Click here and let us broaden our advertising strategy with a donation online TODAY! There is still time to combat the Democrat machine of Cook County, but Illinois is the third most-expensive media market in the country — and the costs of campaigning here have greatly contributed to the big money influence peddling that has tainted BOTH political parties in the state.

Illinois deserves better than Barack Obama — it needs integrity, reform, and honest competition restored in its politics. Please join with us at Keyes 2004 as we do all in our power — with Alan — to answer the call.

Keep the Faith.
