God bless Terri Schiavo

Filed under: General , euthanasia, eugenics @ 10:10 am

I heard just now that Terri passed on. God bless/rest her soul.

Fox News:

Michael Schiavo outright rejected the Schindlers’ request to be with their daughter in her final moments.

“His heartless cruelty continued until the end,” he said.

Schiavo Case Precursor for the Battle Ahead

The Schiavo dispute will have echoes, first in the effort to end Senate Democratic filibusters of Bush’s appellate court nominees, and then the likely battle over a successor for ailing Chief Justice William Rehnquist.

What are Islam’s Schools teaching?

Filed under: General , Terrorism and Islam @ 6:20 am

Well you could expect that they’re teaching to kill the infidel, stupid!

Here’s Daniel Pipes’ article from the New York Sun and you can believe these people are still teaching their children to kill the infidel…the only thing is, they’re doing it right here in the United States. But is this really any surprise to anyone?

So long as Muslim leaders simply declare themselves, in the spirit of Capt. Renault in the movie Casablanca “shocked, shocked” whenever news of Islamist supremacism leaks out, this cancer will continue unabated. The Islamic schools, the mosques, and other Muslim organizations like CAIR and CIC will continue their cat-and-mouse game so long as it works.

It won’t work only when outside pressure is brought to bear on them by politicians, journalists, researchers, moderate Muslims, and others. They must state clearly and frequently the unacceptability of Islamist venom. Only then will today’s fraudulent “shocked” reaction finally become sincere.

It seems to me that the leftists might as well declare themselves Islamists since they spout the same rhetoric “free Palestine”..and that fake ‘fear of Christians and Jews’….that will bring them all to Jeruselum to pray after they’ve killed us all.

Captain Ed reported about Kofi bumming out over his own incompetence. AWWWW. Let’s get him a hankie and the rest of the world some sensitivity training so we don’t hurt the guy’s feelings because we think he’s done a rotten job.

It has always been about Annan’s “feelings”, since the UN has steadfastly shown that the assembly intends to do nothing about holding Annan accountable for the multitude of corruption and abuse uncovered during his leadership. The only two ways Annan would leave his post early were either by resigning or dying, a fact everyone knew after the revelations of the Oil-for-Food Program in 2003 and the multiplying sexual abuse scandals in 2004.

Feelings be damned! He should step down from that post, but we should get the heck out of the UN, anyway. There is no hope to make any progress there, since most of the nations involved are lying socialists who only want to further their causes.

When are we going to wake up that corruption like that is rampant in socialist nations? These guys don’t have a moral compass, and if Bill Clinton steps in to take his place, that’ll be another socialist stepping in with no moral compass with a track record of lying and corruption.

The Anti Idiotarian Rottweiler has a few more words to say…

Sucks to be Kofi. Sucks even more to be a child anywhere near a U.N. “peace keeper”.

One close observer at the UN said Annan’s moods were like a “sine curve” and that he appeared near the bottom of the trough.

Now if somebody would kindly fill up the trough with cement, we might have a nice foundation for whatever we choose to put where the Useless Nitwits’ HQ stands today.Sucks to be Kofi. Sucks even more to be a child anywhere near a U.N. “peace keeper”.

terri schiavo and the separation of powers argument

Lethal Error: The Terri Schiavo Ruling

The Supreme Court of Florida unveiled its unanimous decision last fall striking down Terri’s Law, the Florida statute that authorized Governor Jeb Bush to save Terri Schiavo’s life.

Observers have criticized the decision as a frustration of the will of the people, as an exercise in judicial arrogance, and most disturbingly as a green light for the adulterous Michael Schiavo to seek yet another court order terminating the tube feeding of his brain-injured wife.

All true. Yet the decision is something else as well: an embarrassingly bad legal decision.

The seven supreme court justices hinged their ruling on two constitutional doctrines that supposedly doomed Terri’s Law: separation of powers and unlawful delegation of authority.

Separation of powers, of course, is a familiar concept. The basic notion is that the executive, legislative, and judicial branches of government should not usurp each other’s functions.

In the Schiavo case, the state courts had previously ruled that Michael Schiavo, as Terri’s guardian, should withdraw the tube that provided food and fluids to Terri. Because Terri’s Law “allows the executive branch” (Governor Bush) “to interfere with the final judicial determination” in Terri’s case (i.e., to order the tube replaced), the state supreme court declared, “it is without question an invasion of the authority of the judicial branch” and thus unconstitutional.

Nonsense.

Every time a governor pardons someone convicted of a crime, he “overturns” a judicial determination of guilt and imposition of sentence. So what? The courts gave their opinion, but the governor decided, for whatever reason (perhaps new DNA evidence of innocence), respectfully to differ.

Or suppose a court has awarded custody of a child to someone (for example, in divorce proceedings or through an adoption). Does “separation of powers” mean the state child protection agency — an executive branch entity — may not intervene if it has strong evidence that the custodian is abusing the child?

If I win a court fight with a rival claimant over title to some property, does that mean I can raise a “separation of powers” objection when the local government condemns that same property for a new highway?

Must police ignore threatening behavior by individuals recently released from mental institutions because courts have concluded they are “not dangerous to others”?

The fact is, the legislature and the governor “interfere” all the time with matters the courts have previously sorted out. If that were unconstitutional, law enforcement and legislation would be practically impossible. The two non-judicial branches would have to spend all their time tiptoeing around every case a court had decided on anything.

The state supreme court’s second rationale for overturning Terri’s Law is similarly flawed.

In Florida, the courts have adopted (made up?) a rule that says it is unconstitutional for the legislature to give the governor “too much” discretion in carrying out a program, as that would be an “unlawful delegation” of legislative power to decide law and policy. How much discretion is “too much”? The courts will let you know, thanks. (Curiously, there is apparently no corresponding ban on courts assuming too much power over decisions of law and policy.)

Obviously, there are some fundamental problems with this judge-made doctrine of unlawful delegation. But even accepting the doctrine as legitimate, the state supreme court’s invocation of it against Terri’s Law is screwy at best.

The Florida Supreme Court has already ruled that a fluid standard like “the public interest” is sufficient to defeat a claim of “too much” discretion. The governor’s power to pardon criminals, of course, is quintessentially discretionary. And a host of other laws authorizing the governor to act — in emergencies, in the transfer of state land for federal projects like lighthouses and parks, in staying the execution of insane persons — employ such subjective standards as the governor’s “opinion” or what the governor “deems proper,” if they specify any standard at all.

Terri’s Law carefully cabins the scope of the governor’s authority to spare from death certain vulnerable disabled people, while leaving the ultimate fact-based judgment calls to the governor. That limited grant of executive discretion easily passes muster under the state supreme court’s “unlawful delegation” test. (And if it doesn’t, someone had better let Governor Bush know his far broader discretion to respond to the emergencies caused by the recent wave of hurricanes is probably unconstitutional!)

The Supreme Court of Florida made no effort to reconcile its decision in Bush v. Schiavo with the pardon power, the governor’s emergency powers, and so forth. Instead, the court’s opinion reads like a conclusion in search of a justification.

Maybe that’s what it was.

Walter M. Weber, Senior Litigation Counsel with the American Center for Law and Justice, is one of the attorneys who represented Terri Schiavo’s parents, Mary and Robert Schindler, in Bush v. Schiavo.

That’s just so that people know that the “separation of power” argument is strictly used to benefit the culture of death and doesn’t really exist in legal reality.

Isn’t hate speech in Europe?

Filed under: Blogosphere , General @ 6:43 am

Then why was Rusty was dropped from Google News because of Hate Speech? Something’s suspicious on this score, quite a few people in the blogosphere like Captain Ed are having difficulty with their blogs in the search engines, and I suspect it’s because of their stand on issues. This is censorship and the worst kind–the mind control kind–the fascist kind that only ones one message from certain sources to get out there.

Remember: If you’re a Christian, or if you oppose Islamofascists, you’re engaging in “hate speech”. It’s just bigoted rhetoric as far as I’m concerned…but it’s gaining traction in the world…And what about the Northeast Intelligence Network who’ve become a trusted source of intel as to what these people are really up to?

Google is successfully stopping our side…our opinions from getting out there, and that has me ticked as well.

I’m sorry, Rusty, Captain, the rest of you.

You know what this means? This means WAR. Make sure you post links to Rusty’s posts at the Jawa Report, people. That’s not difficult, he’s funny as hell.

Then what do you suppose Google thinks of the Anti Idiotarian Rottweiler, then? They must be REALLY on their s*** list.

The Bible is distracting the prejudiced bigots

Filed under: General @ 6:37 am

From Three Bad Fingers:

Robert Harlan raped and murdered Rhonda Maloney, a cocktail waitress, near Denver. He additionally shot Jaquie Creazzo, paralyzing her, as she attempted to rescue Rhonda. Robert’s own father provided damning evidence that eventually contributed to his son’s conviction. After this conviction, they recommended the death penalty. The Supreme Court of Colorado just determined that this recommendation was prejudiced, and thus imposed a sentence of life imprisonment without parole. Why? Because at least one juror wanted to make sure their vote was consistent with their faith.

So the Bible is not something you should rely on in public, just as John Kerry believes…it’s ok to be a Christian, just so long as you don’t ACT like one.

What Bible references could be so prejudicial that Christians would be forbid from bringing their Bible to jury duty? (Watch out John Grisham, you’re next.)

letter to Jeb Bush

Filed under: General , euthanasia, eugenics @ 6:16 am

Officer Jack McLamb (ret), the highest decorated police officer in the history of Phoenix, AZ, has joined with active and retired law enforcement officers asking Florida’s Gov. Jeb Bush to open a criminal investigation in the case of Terri Schindler-Schiavo, the disabled Florida woman who probate judge George W. Greer has sentenced to death by starvation and dehydration because she uses a feeding tube. (I received this message through email)

Law Enforcement Officers Tell Bush to Open Criminal Investigation In Schiavo Case

McLamb is founder of the American Citizens and Lawmen’s Association (ACLA), publisher of Aid and Abet Police and Military Newsletter. He is a former hostage negotiator for the FBI.

His letter to Gov. Bush follows:

Dear Governor Bush,

We active and retired law enforcement police investigators, after reviewing the facts, evidence, witness statements, and investigative leads, in the Terri Schiavo case have come to the determination that there must be a criminal investigation into the Schiavo case.

Our examination has caused us professional police investigators to determine that there is evidence, witness statements (from medical professionals and others) that point to the strong probability that the victim/witness Terri Schiavo was violently attacked on the day of her injuries and this is likely what caused her disability. There are medical professionals who substantiate that Mrs. Schiavo was strangled and the blood was cut off to her brain for at least 4 to 5 minutes causing her brain damage. X-rays show that she received broken bones and other injuries on or around the same time as her alleged health problem on the day in question.

Testimony of witnesses state her husband Mr. Schiavo, even though being a trained nurse and did not start CPR at the scene of his wife’s collapse. The emergency personal started CPR after they arrived which was some time after the “injuries” occurred.

We have assessed the person of Mr. Schiavo thought the witness statements of professional medical personal who have come in contact with him. Most of these witnesses have had contact with him in the medical or Hospice environment where his wife has been warehoused over the last decade. We say “warehoused” after much research into the total lack of rehab and medical treatment for
health problems such as infections, which he had demanded of the medical staff in each of these facilities.

Additionally, a true detriment to any criminal investigation conducted after Mrs. Schiavo dies, is that Mr. Schiavo has scheduled a cremation of her body immediately after her death.

Governor Bush, we are concerned that the best evidence, witness statements, in any criminal investigation into alleged criminal attempted murder, capital assault and continued abuse, will die with Mrs. Schiavo. We also believe this is why Mr. Schiavo has had to turn down millions of dollars from donors, if he would but place Mrs. Schiavo’s care into the hands of her family because of his concern that she may live and tell what happened to her on that fateful day. According to witnesses who spent months with Mrs. Schiavo, she could and did communicate with them during their duty hours at the Hospice centers. Mr. Schiavo told these medical professionals he was wanting her to die. He also would cuss and say “Isn’t that Bitch dead yet” and other words of disdain for his wife.

As you have heard, several professional medical nurses state that Mrs. Schiavo also ate and drank liquids during their tour of duty.

Governor Bush, this means that Mrs. Schiavo could be a witness to any possible crimes committed against her. Of course this will not be an option if she dies in the next hours. Our police investigators have read the witness statement of another professional medical staff member who said that on at least two occasions she and others believes that Mr. Schiavo tried to kill his wife while he was in her room with the doors closed. These witnesses and investigative leads must be interviewed.

Governor Bush, we do not know what a full investigation into this case will determine, except we can be certain that more facts and evidence, will be discovered. But, one thing we are certain of, we police investigators need a hero at this time to save the life of the prime witness and possible victim in this case. We are asking you to be that hero.

You do have the jurisdiction and power to start a criminal investigation into this case and suspend the death sentence of the prime witness.

Governor Bush, this is off subject, but it is a subject we lawmen know something about and we wish to share this with you. In the life of a man there are a few times when he is called on by the people to do something heroic. As you know, because of fear, most people pass up those very few opportunities to do what is right and be a hero of the people. This is why we see so few Americans in the
history books.

We don’t have to tell you historically (even recent history) of men in high office who have answered the call to be a hero of the people. Yes, very few. But, some were governors who went on to gain higher office because of the people’s love and support for that heroic figure.

Governor Bush, do you know that the Pope and the Vatican have mentioned Mrs.Schiavo’s terrible crucifixion here in this Easter week with her mother Mary nearby, and some Priests have now begun to reference it to the crucifixion of a innocent man Jesus Christ, while His mother (Mary) stood nearby in anguish. Remember, Terri is a catholic and so is her family. You can be assured that most Catholics are going to side with the Pope.

Governor, very large Protestant organizations are on the side of saving Mrs. Schiavo’s life until further tests can be accomplished and she can have real rehab to see if she can improve.

We have a letter of a very large national Jewish organization that wants Mrs. Schiavo saved. We can make all this available to you and your staff. But, Mrs. Shiavo’s website has most of this material on it at www.terrisfight.org.

What we law enforcement officers wish to point out to you is that we professional investigators have our reasons to save this woman’s life, i.e. we because she is a very important witness and the possible victim of a capitol crime, but the world has heard of this case at this time. We even have a news article from a big Russia publication about American politicians letting a innocent women starve to death.

Governor Bush, the world and certainly most Americans want a hero today….this hour. The person who saves Mrs. Schiavo’s life and gives her due process and a chance to tell her story of what actually happened to her will go down in history books. It is also true that after the books come out, and this story gets out about the facts, evidence of the conspiracy of government against this innocent young women…. the people who allow her to die will also go down in history. It will mean the downfall of some in high places for their not wanting to step up and do their duty to protect the people and bring to justice those who were the possible suspects in her demise.

Sir, I know that we are only law enforcement officers, but doubt us not, collectively we have been around a long time and know what we are talking about. There are already those in Hollywood who we know that are interested in the evidence and witness’s into Terri Schiavo’s side of this story.

Mel Gibson has issued a public letter on his own stationary to have our government leaders save her life. Some of our police association members are in contact with him and his family.

Governor, you are a good man. You could be a great man. There is no question this is a international situation and a heart warmer for any hero who steps forward to save this innocent, who “Pontious Pilate” (government leaders) has washed his hands of … .here in this Easter week.

We police investigators look at all criminal cases as ….”does this case have jury appeal”. Dear Governor, if any case has it…. this case has jury (massive public appeal).

Not only do you have the law on your side (one example - Judge Greer violated three state of Florida statutes in not defending Mrs. Schiavo as a disabled person when he pulled the tube of Mrs. Schiavo) …we have the State Statutes, ….but you have Thomas Jefferson and Andrew Jackson and other great leaders on your side. These great men and others, on numerous occasions, have stated that
the three areas of government, Executive, Judicial and Legislative, are to be separate and equal. You have publicly taken a lower and subordinate position to the judiciary - when this is not the case.

We criminal police investigators (and your Florida State Police) offer you a sound reason to be the people’s hero and stop this young woman’s horrible death thought dehydration, i.e…. THERE MUST BE A CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION INTO THIS CASE BEFORE THE PRIME WITNESS DIES! There are too many unanswered questions! Some of them may be criminal!

Governor Bush, you have your future before you, however some of that future may be linked to a young innocent who will die on your watch in the next few hours or days.

We believe in you, and we, along with millions of Americans, pray you will do the right thing, save a life, secure your witness … and be the people’s hero. We need a hero today.

Thank you for your efforts on behalf of all the people, even the weak and disabled.

Very sincerely,
Law officer Jack McLamb, Ret.
President of the American Citizens & Lawmen Association.

Don’t let Schiavo get away with murder by allowing him to cremate Terri’s body against her family’s wishes and burying her in the Schiavo family plot in Pennsylvania.

Richard has a call to action here.
« Moving Forward and Communicating | Main

March 28, 2005
Call to Action Now: If Terri dies, “Demand Autopsy” to discover not only the immediate cause of death, but the proximate cause of death.
This post was originally posted at Hyscience and BlogsforTerri on March 18, with the intent of laying the groundwork for what I continue to believe would be a cover-up for the murder of Terri Schiavo by her husband by abuse, juxtaposed with judicial fiat. The suggestion came from a physician reader, and it’s time to let flood the medical examiner’s office with the message. as he suggested.

The re-post of the message:

One need not wait for a future reporter to dig up the evidence. In fact, when she dies, the crime will be covered up by cremation without autopsy unless we act immediately to assure this is not the case.

Michael’s “common-law wife” is his co-conspirator in the coverup (and may have been an accomplice in Terri’s murder. Bigamy is certainly a lesser crime, but just as immoral.

Michael Schiavo intends to cremate Terri immediately upon her death. Please see the document here. The Medical Examiner must approve all such requests.

If Terri is killed by Michael and “Judge” [and Jury] Greer, then everyone must contact the Medical Examiner and demand an autopsy to discover not only the immediate cause of death, but the proximate cause of death. It is his ethical, legal, and moral responsibilty to certify that a crime did not occur.

Even Forensic Pathologist Michael Baden publicly stated that he believes that her original injuries were consitent with strangulation.

The Medical Examiner MUST perform an investigative autopsy prior to signing off on the cause(s) of death. He MAY use consultants should he wish.

The Medical Examiner can (and should) be subject to adverse license action by the Medical Board should he fail to exercise appropriate judgement in accordance with the state medical practice act. Allowing cremation without investigation and postmortem examination is not only malpractice, but it is illegal.

If Terri dies from this recent tube removal, we must all contact him immediately and demand justice for Terri. If a crime was committed, then several people need to go to jail including those who conspired to kill her (and cover it up)… Michael Schiavo, his live-in girlfriend, “Judge” Greer, the hospice staff, the physicians and those politicians and judges who failed to act on her behalf.

Naught’s Solved by War?

A flickering dawn lights Islam’s hills
A faint emerging light.
Can the torch of Lady Liberty
Flare away Medieval night?
How fitting our bold symbol
Of all that’s good and right
Eyewitness to the Jihad’s wrath,
Stands forefront in this fight.

Her torch is not mere sculpted bronze,
To those in Mullahs’ chain’s;
But a lamp held high against the sky
Showing them that hope remains.
Their feudal sheiks view us with scorn,
So obsessed with earthly pleasure;
But one thing they fear that we hold dear,
Is that Bill of Rights we treasure.

We drove a tyrant from his throne,
Brought his people free election.
Think it concerns them overmuch,
WMD’s escaped detection?
Just behold those blue-stained fingers,
Like the Lady’s torch, held high,
So proud of their brave turnout,
Putting Liberals to the lie.

How say you now nay Sayers?
What of your dire predictions?
Like fools you swore naught’s solved by war,
Another of your Liberal fictions.
But now you face a hard clear truth:
A truth that you forswore:
This aborning Bush Democracy
Was midwifed by his war.

Within the womb of Islam,
Freedom’s heart so feebly beats.
Is it up us to make it thrive,
To birth it their streets?
What say you disbelieving Libs,
How now shall this thing go?
Shall we execute your exit plan,
Or stay and help it grow?

In challenging activist-atheists who wish to raze all religious symbols from public life (erroneously citing the First Amendment and Thomas Jefferson’s “Wall of Separation”), we have often asked, “If you truly believe in atheism, why does any religious symbol, which you take as meaningless, matter at all?” As for the courts that take these cases seriously, we ask the following: On what constitutional basis do atheists have standing to sue? Are atheists granted standing under the view that atheism is a religious faith constitutionally guaranteed free-exercise rights? If so, then what “free exercise” of atheism is hampered by permitting those holding other faiths to practice their beliefs freely in public observances? What acts are required of atheists to remain atheists in good standing, which are restrained by the presence of others engaging in acts consonant with their own religions? Are atheists so weak-minded that the mere propinquity of those of other beliefs causes them to lose their faith?

Good question but then their goal is actually to rob us of our faith in public, much like dictators have been doing in other countries for decades.

Other cases

It was brought to my attention by a commenter that there have been a few other euthanasia cases in the news, Terri’s is not the only one.

The Texas Futile Care Law

In the case of this baby, the courts stepped in and made the decision, OVER THE PARENT. Professor Tom Mayo, the co-author of Texas’ Futile Care Statute, discusses here the removal of life support from Baby Hudson, contrary to his mother’s wishes.

Both papers report that this is the first time in the United States a court has allowed life-sustaining treatment to be withdrawn from a pediatric patient over the objections of the child’s parent. (The Dallas paper quotes John Paris, a bioethicist at Boston College, as its source.) If true, the unique Texas statute under which this saga was played out contributed in no small way to the outcome.

This is just the beginning of our losing the right to make life and death decisions in the care of our loved ones.

Sue Bob’s Blog explains this in further detail.

My biggest problem with these laws is that both Texas and Florida define “artificial nutrition and hydration” as a life-prolonging procedure–putting it on the same footing as CPR, emergency surgery and other extraordinary measures. First, tube feeding is no more artificial than feeding a baby formula throught a bottle. Second, many mentally retarded people with such conditions as Cerebral Palsy live full andhappy lives, yet are tube fed. Stephen Hawking is now tube fed.

Make no mistake, I agree that there comes a time when you do not want to feed or give water to a person. That is when they are actively dying and their systems–including gastric systems are shutting down. Tube feeding during such a time can actually cause drowning because they can no longer process the liquid!

Denying food and water to a person who is not actively dying of a condition (other than starvation and thirst) is an entirely different matter. I believe that futile care laws should be changed so that hydration and nutrition is addressed separately.

I hope that we can all come together to reevaluate these laws.

Get a load of the Anchoress’ son, Buster!

You gotta check this one out.

Kender, he talks about trip a they took to Ireland. And he talks about being a border collie…and I particularly like herding dogs, I’ve always had them. Uncle Jack, you’ll probably get a kick out of it, too.

Apparently the Anchoress has a son that’s 15 years old and he’s a pretty cool kid. Sounds well-educated and very mature for his age….and he has the gift of blarney; a valuable talent to have at any age, I bet he’s quite a challenge when he’s not charming her socks off.

But he sounds like a smart one who knows Ná glac pioc comhairle gan comhairle ban. (never take advice without a woman’s guidance)

Michael’s well laid plans

Filed under: General , euthanasia, eugenics @ 8:05 am

Ticklebug and Trials and Turbulations found Sue Bob’s Diary…where Jerri talks about all that Michael has to gain from Terri’s death.

The book deal: “HER BODY, MY SELF” by Michael Schiavo can be auctioned to a large group of major publishers within ten days of Terri Schiavo’s death. This can be arranged by an canny and shameless agent — and they are legion — on the basis of 12 telephone calls, a two-page outline, a ghost writer known to the New York publishing world, and a dog-and-pony show where Michael is flown to New York and trotted around to six to eight editors’ offices in a day. The bidding for this book will have a floor of two million dollars. The top offer will be in the range of three to three and a half-million for hardcover and paperback rights. Depending on the agent’s feel for the market, translation rights may be added to the mix. Film rights will be held back. After the agent’s 15% fee, Michael’s take from this will be $2,550,000, less $50,000 paid to the ghost writer.

The film and tv rights for Michael’s “story” will probably bring in another 1-3 million dollars depending on a number of factors and will, in this instance, be set in motion before the publication of the book.

Speaking fees: Michael Schiavo’s lawyer currently commands $15,000 per speaking engagement, so it is not hard to see that Michael could easily pull down $50,000 per engagement. While you probably won’t see him show up at Catholic conventions, he’s a natural Keynoter for hundreds of other groups across the country and abroad. In the first year alone he could, given a reasonable calendar, be booked for at least 50 events. His gross fees in the first year would, in that case, come to $2,500,000.

Terri Schiavo is worth six to eight million dollars to Michael Schiavo if, and only if, she’s dead. If she continues living nothing happens on the book or movie front because there’s no ending. When she dies, it is jackpot time for Michael.

It’s no wonder Michael turned down that cool $1 million offered by that private citizen, $1 million is mere pocket change compared to what he has to gain from Terri’s death.

Michael plans to cremate her immediately upon her death, burying her in his family’s plot in Pennsylvania. He has even blocked her from receiving holy communion in her last hours.
