No Freedom of Speech for Michael Graham

Filed under: General , News , Terrorism and Islam @ 10:30 am

As Always on Watch points out, CAIR is a powerful organization, and is forcing people to be quiet about their opinions about terrorism and Islam. Unfortunately I think we’re going to be seeing more examples of this, which will be putting the rest of us at greater risk as these people continue to do what they do…right here on our soil.

The most recent example I can think of as an illustration of this, is the middle eastern men that were observed near the OK City AFB with a rocket launcher.

What’s even more disturbing about Michael Graham’s predicament is the realization that results when you read Daniel Pipe’s article that CAIR was founded by terrorists.

Kill Bush and leftist pro-assassins

Filed under: General , Leftist Agenda , Psycho @ 4:08 am

If this picture has your attention, this is the kind of stuff the leftists are putting up about Bush at their websites. They are directly promoting violence towards Bush. The amazing thing is…for WHAT? Bush isn’t a dictator. Bush was ELECTED by the PEOPLE. The leftists should get a clue on that one. With all the BUSHITLER crap floating around, you’d think he was another CASTRO. No, I stand corrected. Commie dictators are to be adored, it’s capitalist elected presidents who are demonized.

After the direct threats I’ve endured through email, and on this website including the threats to report me to the FBI, (for what I’m not exactly sure) threats for lawsuits for libel and slander (because I disagreed with Stephen Pearcy?), I have to say that these little productions from the left are doing what, exactly?

Promoting peace and pacifism?

I don’t know where I was, but according to Steve at Pardon My English, there on conservative talk radio, people were outraged. This bled out into the conservative press and the blogosphere, so it was yanked to be replaced with this disclaimer:

The “Kill Bush” products have been removed from CafePress.com. They were created by individuals across the globe, as are the more than 8 million products available on CafePress.com, a diverse network of more than one million shops.

Hate related materials are in violation of our terms of service and are prohibited from being sold through CafePress.com. CafePress.com is an automated service, and as such, products are reviewed on an ongoing basis to ensure that merchandise that is in violation of our terms of service is removed from our site.

This one says ‘end terrorism now’. REAL nice.

Of course, that isn’t the only representation of hatred from the left that passes for “art” these days…consider this, from Worldnet Daily:

The above piece of “art” was on display at Columbia College (in Chicago) for an art show at the Glass Curtain Gallery.

Source: Pardon My English

Granted, people objected to the cafe press Kill Bush tshirts and they were removed without apology, but the point is, the leftists are doing much more as far as promoting and inciting violence than anyone here in my world.

I guess it’s ok for them to do it, because they’re “justified” in their “elitist” cause, while we’re just a bunch of stupid red tater staters who apparently don’t understand the “nuance”.

Source: Worldnet Daily

Or how about this one: Dear Tom Delay, please commit suicide.

Michelle has more over here.

And before the “everybody does it” apologists pooh-pooh this lunatic anti-Bush merchandise: There’s tasteless political paraphernalia on both sides of the aisle, but I’ve already searched and there are currently no “Kill Kerry” products, blood-spattered or otherwise, being sold at Cafe Press.

“Oh, but it’s all in good fun,” the libs will shrug. Yeah, just like the Guardian’s call last fall for someone to kill Bush. Just like the wave of campus attacks on conservatives. Just like the vicious anti-troops, anti-Bush slogans: “We Support Our Troops, When They Shoot their Officers” and “Bush is the disease. Death is the cure.”

“Where’s your sense of humor?” the libs will ask.

Where’s their decency? Their sanity?

Welcome to the sick world of the pro-assassination Left.

I’ve peered into their sick little world, no thank you, Michelle Malkin. Other people are just as outraged as I am about this stuff. And just imagine: all this started because of being prodded by a pasty lily white wimpy elitist Berkley boy…who went and tattle-taled and cried to his progressive butt buddies.

I gather the FBI is seriously all over this stuff.

Oh and let’s not forget: “We support our troops when they kill their officers”. Now that one is unparalleled. June 29, 2005..

A Media Player is required.

Look, if you guys want violence, bring it on. We’re not only opposing the terrorists, we’re opposing people that follow Ward Churchill and Naom Chomsky, who believe that our government is the enemy. If we don’t watch out, we’re going to be living in a totally different society–one that doesn’t support free speech unless you’re praising the government. Do these people have any concept of what they’re doing?

This isn’t FREE SPEECH, people. FREE SPEECH is the right to talk on a street corner, carrying your bible. FREE SPEECH is the right to picket outside of a hospice when a young lady is being starved and dehydrated to death. THIS is TREASON. THIS is SEDITION.

Handmaidens of terror

Handmaidens of Terror?

Michelle Malkin notes, I believe with some error,
The politically correct are handmaidens of terror.
But handmaiden may be a too-mild appellation
For the worms at the core of the threat to our nation,
Who are far more concerned with our socialist purity,
Than commonsense measures for our nation’s security.
They’ll insist we don’t need anti-terrorist powers,
Till terror bombs blow down their own ivory towers.

More than mere handmaids in true servile sense,
They’re concubines of correctness in Jihadist tents,
Plying socialist sweetmeats to death-dealing masters,
Naively abetting more future disasters.
Respect our dark brothers say these hour is beguiling,
No need for your paranoid, racist profiling.
Forget swarthy males from the East caused our losses,
We must share their pain, understand their root causes.

These handmaids ignore their own reasoning powers,
Like no grannies flew planes into those twin towers;
Or why we’re not shown after a terror event,
Any mug shots of men of Caucasian descent.
They insist we ignore facts as plain as their faces,
Like Islamo-fascists tend to be certain races.
No, Michelle, dear, I fear that handmaiden’s in error,
Simply too mild a term for these true whores for terror.

What goes around comes around, I always say. The Pro American Artwork is up and it’s amazing. More pictures here.

From the SacUnion:

Thursday night the debate was elevated to new heights as more than 600 hundred people gathered to both support and oppose the display titled “A Creative Merger: Artists & Lawyers”.

But you can see by the pictures how many people were on which side.

To contrast what they called ‘anti-military’ and ‘anti-American’ art, Move America Forward also displayed several hundred pieces of patriotic artwork sent from around the nation and as far away as Alberta, Canada.

One piece included a five-foot iron replica of the 9/11 memorial displayed in the fields of Shanksville, Pennsylvania following the crash of Flight 93 on September 11, 2003.

Dozens of images of the American flag and representations of U.S. troops were drawn or painted by schoolchildren who participated in the program.

Other pieces included exquisite oil paintings featuring a slice of Americana.

Red, white and blue were on display in just about every piece of art in the “I LOVE AMERICA” display.

Looks to me as though they had a much bigger turnout for the Pro-American Pro-WOT Pro-Military display of artwork than Pearcy’s little whining anti-American swill.

Thank you Stephen Pearcy, for raising awareness and making conservatives angry enough to come out and counter your sick message.

Here are the sore losers who came out to demonstrate:

bwhahahaha

As the afternoon turned to evening things settled down as many of those who came out to protest the Move America Forward sponsored event departed.

With the decibel level having dropped, Move America Forward’s Executive Director, Mark Washburn, invited participants in the crowd to speak.

One of those people was Beverly Hahn whose two sons serve in the military; her son Chris serves in the U.S. Navy, and her son Nathan is a Marine.

“I came out today because I love America,” she explained.

“I know my sons are doing their service for America, and I want to be here to support them as my own service,” said Hahn.

Supporters of Move America Forward’s event came not just from Sacramento, but throughout the state, and even a handful came in from other states.

On hand with a banner reading “Liberalism is a mental disorder” was Tim Buehler of the High School Conservative Clubs of America.

He explained that he made the drive up from the Bay Area to, “support the military and the war against terrorism.”

Buehler said he was compelled to, “take a stand for our country and to support our troops in the Middle East.”

He also said he wanted to “stand against anti-Americanism being expressed by the Hollywood Left.”

Another Bay Area attendee was George Schaefer who heard about the rally on talk radio. He drove a 1941 Dodge ambulance that he restored as a memorial to his brother-in-law who died in the D-Day invasion of World War II as a member of the 20th division, 175th Battalion, K-company.

He said he was bothered by the fact that the artwork critical of the nation and the military was in the Department of Justice facility.

“People who made that garbage have the right to do it, but not in a public building,” said Schaefer.

That was a sentiment echoed by Pamela Barnett who served in the U.S. Army for 11 years.

She carried a sign that read: “Don’t use my money for Un-American Art.”

Move America Forward said the artwork submitted to the “I LOVE AMERICA” exhibit would be shipped to troops serving in Iraq and Afghanistan along with coffee and cookies.

God of our fathers, art thou not God in Heaven? : 2 Chronicles 20:6

This is an interesting little tidbit of information regarding the 100th anniversary of our nation. This hymn was written for the 1876 celebration sung for a celebration of the Centennial Fourth of July, and sung at Brandon, Vermont. “National Hymn” written by George W. Warren, for the centennial celebration of the United States Constitution. 2 Chronicles 22:6 “God of our fathers, art not thou God in heaven?”

God of our fathers

God of our fathers, Whose almighty hand
Leads forth in beauty all the starry band
Of shining worlds in splendor through the skies
Our grateful songs before Thy throne arise.

Thy love divine hath led us in the past,
In this free land by Thee our lot is cast,
Be Thou our Ruler, Guardian, Guide and Stay,
Thy Word our law, Thy paths our chosen way.

From war’s alarms, from deadly pestilence,
Be Thy strong arm our ever sure defense;
Thy true religion in our hearts increase,
Thy bounteous goodness nourish us in peace.

Refresh Thy people on their toilsome way,
Lead us from night to never ending day;
Fill all our lives with love and grace divine,
And glory, laud, and praise be ever Thine.

The more I stumble upon our country’s long history of rich religious heritage, based upon Christian moral principles, the more I am appalled by what the leftists are trying to accomplish by erasing it.

Can’t say that I’m sorry for the losers.

I was looking at the numbers for the conservative talk show market:

Source: Premiere Radio Networks

And congratulating Kender for making the sound decision to get into conservative talk, and I’m in relatively consistent awe in that he has extended the possibility to each of the Wide Awakes to contribute in that effort.

Michelle has more about Air America’s problems
. It’s much more than mere disinterest from listeners, apparently there’s a scandal brewing.

Mark in Mexico title his post “Al Franken steals money from kids and old folks” and assembles a near-exhaustive round-up of the blogs discussing this case.

You gotta love all this, when you put it all together..not only is Al Franken an idiot just like he plays on tv, but notice how liberal talk radio tanks in the free market? bwahahahah!

The Iraqis have taken 12,000 casualties for their freedom

While the libs are clamoring to get out of this “quagmire”, Iraqis are offering themselves for their own freedom. They see the payoff down the line, but apparently 1700 American casualties over 3 years (less than the number of people who die from breast cancer or in SUV’s in a year), is too much for liberals to bear and they’re calling for a “timetable” to pull out of Iraq.

Don’t they realize the lethal ideology we’re facing? We have nowhere to hide. They’ve already shown us they have no reservations but to attack us on our own soil. I suppose the next thing they’re willing to do is give up every shred of who we are and just let them bring sharia law to this land?

Some republicans are sensing there is a shift in the polls, and they’re jumping on the liberal bandwagon rather than supporting the president.

The president addressed the nation to illustrate what successes we’re experiencing there, since people can’t seem to separate the images of Iraqis getting blown up by the failing insurgency who are so desperate they’re killing whoever “helps the infidel” rather than realizing these people are helping themselves to a new Iraq.

DUH!

Stay the course in Iraq

Filed under: Afghanistan, Iraq & Military , General @ 4:48 am

Got a call from my son this morning, he arrived 3 days ago and is in Iraq. This is his second tour. He already knows his mission: he’ll be helping them rebuild a slum outside of baghdad. This area is very depressed, and last year they had an average of 5 incoming mortars A DAY. He will be staying in an underground bunker.

So for those of you who think we should pull out, I ask you to consider those of us who have loved ones over there, or some who have loved ones over there who’ve made the ultimate sacrifice, and want to see the President and our nation stay the course.

President Bush, who met with relatives of fallen soldiers before Tuesday’s Fort Bragg speech, was urged to stay the course in Iraq by a woman who gave him a bracelet honoring her late husband.
“I said: ‘I know people are pushing you, but please don’t pull the guys out of Iraq too soon,’?” said Crystal Owen, whose husband, Staff Sgt. Mike Owen, was killed in Iraq last year.
“Don’t let my husband — and 1,700-plus other deaths — be in vain,” she added during a private meeting with Mr. Bush at the North Carolina base. “They were over there, fighting for a democratic nation, and I hope you’ll keep our service members over there until the mission can be accomplished.”

Yesterday, my son was somewhere near Baghdad, and met a man who does wood carvings out of Sage wood. He said they’re really quite beautiful. In talking with him, he discovered that this man had been commissioned to do some work for Saddam Hussein. Being crazy, of course, and sadistic, Saddam decided he didn’t like one of these pieces and threw the man in jail. This guy is so unbelievably glad that Saddam is not in power, my son told me that there was a carving which shows how he felt when he was incarcerated by the Baathists for the carving that Saddam didn’t like. If I get more on this I’ll let you know. He said it was a very small cell that he was held in–and the carving shows tallys of how much time he spent there.

I’m getting first hand knowledge from someone who’s physically in Iraq right now, who’s talking to the Iraqi people, and I know for a fact that they’re happy the Americans are there, and they don’t want them to leave right now.

What sacrifices are the rest of the American people making who don’t have anyone over there? Do people who say “I support our troops” actually do anything for them to show their support? In light of the recent attacks in Britain, hasn’t it become clear to people yet that continuing this fight is important for our very survival?

Find the Islamic organizations in your area

Filed under: General , Terrorism and Islam @ 5:52 am

OEJAY Rants has a very interesting link that you should check out. You can put your zip code in and find out all the Islamist organizations that are nearby. I was horrified to find out how many are operating right in my own backyard. To think that terrorism isn’t going on here with these crazies right next door is to be deluded, IMO. He says:

When you get to the site, utilize it. Check it out. Type in your Zip Code and do a 20 or 30 mile search. Find out all you can. Pass the link on to friends. May we all discover what’s going on. We may be fighting these Muslims in Iraq at the moment, but you can bet the farm we’ll be fighting them on our home turf sooner than you would think. And we need to strike first, but the whole country is not up to the task. The media would crucify us…again..

PC and WOT

Filed under: General , Terrorism and Islam @ 4:21 am

Last year, the FBI arrested two imams in Albany, N.Y., in connection with a sting operation involving laundered funds that the defendants were led to believe were proceeds from the sale of a missile launcher to be used in a New York City terrorist plot.

When the NE Intelligence Network broke their story of three Middle Eastern men seen with what appeared to be a rocker launcher near Tinker AFB in Oklahoma City, OK, nobody had any idea that this article would cause such strong but carefully worded denials by government officials, and cause the major media – even the Internet news media – to accept the official denials at their face and declare the whole story as a “hoax.”

But much to my absolute appreciation, relief and amazement; journalistic integrity DOES exist. Michelle Malkin, a syndicated columnist and the author of Invasion: How America Still Welcomes Terrorists, Criminals, and Other Foreign Menaces to Our Shores performed her own investigation and wrote the following (excerpted):

”Be on the lookout for Middle Easterners carrying rocket launchers.”

”Yup, that’s right. Many readers have e-mailed me about a recent report floating on the Internet that reveals military concerns about a suspicious trio of Middle Eastern men who apparently pointed a rocket launcher at low-flying aircraft near Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma earlier this month. It’s authentic.”

”Tinker AFB staff and FBI officials remain tight-lipped about the incident. But Capt. Sean Carter, a public affairs officer at Hill AFB, verified the directive for me.”

The threat to commercial aviation in this country continues. Except for Michelle Malkin and other journalists with the same inclination for ferreting out the truth, the threat to journalistic integrity continues as well, as does the problem with dissemination of the truth to the American people. The United States continues to have a serious problem with Islamic terrorists STILL, four years after 9/11 and 3,000+ American dead later. Political correctness is a contributing factor to our war on terrorism as pointed out by Ms. Malkin herself: “This week, New Jersey Transit officials joined the New York Police Department in performing hapless random searches of Granny’s knitting bag and Junior’s Thomas the Tank backpack to prevent the next al Qaeda attack.”

Unfortunately, the Islamic terrorists are using and exploiting our own laws against us, laughing as they continue to board our airplanes, while they infiltrate our infrastructure, and tell us how improper it is to engage in “racial profiling.” At some point, someone’s gotta say “enough is enough,” don’t deny the undeniable, and tell the American people the truth.

Some say Britain waited far too long to do something about the clerics preaching jihad from their mosques there. And just look at the result (the London bombings and the subsequent failed attack). Now they’re playing “catch up” while their citizens contemplate the next one. It’s not a stretch to think that if this continues, we’ll be in the same boat.
