CNN Interview With Caraballo done under threat of death

Caraballo is seen here on the right with Bennett (middle) and Idema (left), leaning to one side because he’d been the victim of falaqua during their stay at Saderat after their arrest in July of 2004. In a subsequent trial de novo, these men were declared innocent of the charges, their accusers were the Taliban…yet…they are still being held at Pulacharke. After being declared innocent, why are they still there? Under the circumstances of the recent Al Qaeda revolt, riot, and shootings and rapes, why are they still there? It simply doesn’t make any sense.

Caraballo was forced by his hostage takers to “be our voice to the western media.” They wanted him to stop further government responses to the crisis. He said MOJ troops were shooting at them, and that he was pleading for the authorities not to storm the prison block because they should negotiate. CNN allowed the terrorists to use a hostage to put out a false report under threat of death. First the US Embassy stops his rescue, then CNN gives a voice to terrorists that has only made the situation worse for everyone. Did they possibly think that Caraballo was acting of his own free will? Are you really that naive Anderson Cooper? Did you not catch the Muslim line he said? Do you think he was like alone, in his room, kicking back, calm, cool, collected? You just made him the most valuable hostage at Pulacharke because now they know he really can talk to the “western media.” Ok, lets see what happens next. We know terrorists.

AND HERE IS SOMETHING ELSE YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BELIEVE THIS- SO WE LISTED PHONE #s- Investigative Journalism 101: 4pm Tuesday, the Karzai Palace spokesman stated

“Yes, we acknowledge that the American journalist, Mr. Ed, is a hostage in Block 1.”

FIVE MINUTES LATER, the Deputy Minister of Justice, (Mr. Hashimzai- ph: 011-93-70276611) officially stated

“Caraballo is not in Block 1, he is safe. No American is at risk.”

TWO MINUTES AFTER THAT, the President’s spokesman (Khalid Zakmad- ph: 011-93-799909429) states,

“Everyone already knows, we are not going to deny it, Mr. Ed is still held hostage.”

ONE MINUTE AFTER that, the Deputy Minister says by phone,

“I am in Pulacharke, it is a lie, the President is lying. Caraballo is safe with me, he is not a hostage.”

The next call was to the Prison commander,

“Yes, it is unfortunate, Mr. Ed is a hostage, but we believe he is safe and we hope he will be released soon. We are trying to negotiate the situation. We were successful in having some old women released just now. God bless you, everything will be fine, God willing.”

A last call was made to the US Consul in Kabul, Ms. Harchick (ph: 011-93-70201908),

“Mr. Caraballo is fine, they are all fine, they are the ones that really started this riot, it is all their doing. These people [Ed] are criminals, just look at all the people who have been killed because they cannot accept their sentence.”

That may be right, because they were declared innocent in a second trial. There is absolutely no reason they should be in there in the first place. Hey lady, what in God’s name are you smoking? So, with all those conflicting stories, is there ANY WONDER why journalists can’t get it right? News Flash, MSM ! Governments lie. Caraballo is a hostage.

Why Can’t We Be Friends?

Karzai sends in Islamofacist “Chairman” Sibghatullah Mujadidi - the “Peace” Minister. Chairman Sibghatullah Mujadidi is the Chairman of ‘Truth and Reconciliation”. In essence, his job –sanctioned by the Karzai government–is to FREE THE TALIBAN. The New York Slimes put it like this:

The prisoners had demanded to speak to Mr. Mojadeddi because he is the chief of the peace and reconciliation commission, which negotiates the release of Taliban prisoners from American custody on condition they return to a peaceful life.

Yeah, we’ve already seen what ‘peaceful lives’ they’ve returned to after they’ve been released, that’s why there’s been an upsurge in violence, beheadings and bombings in Afghanistan.

By the way, the ‘reporters’ who are reporting from Pulacharke are sitting at least 3 miles away from the compound in the desert. The entire press pool is sitting way out beyond the prison–there isn’t a single reporter who is inside Pulacharke prison right now….or even close to it. The rest of them, like Carlotta Gall, are reporting from elsewhere–rumor has it Carlotta Gall is in Islamabad. Can’t imagine who SHE’s talking to, lol…

You are all forgiven for the dead, the wounded and the raped women.

1800 Monday- KABUL TIME - PULACHARKE PRISON:
Monday afternoon brought a typical response by the Karzai government. Karzai’s peace envoy showed up at Pulacharke with five cars of bodyguards. “National Reconciliation Commission Chairman Sibghatullah Mujaddedi” promptly outlined Karzai’s plan: give full amnesty to all terrorists and Taliban murderers, surrender the 80 women hostages, get new beds, new clothes, and new digs. No one will be charged with murder, rape, assault, revolt, or any other crime. As if it wasn’t enough, Mujaddedi’s speech to the terrorists included telling them, “The men that died here, they died as martyrs.” Mujaddedi also ordered officials in the MOJ to continue release false casualty counts, and say that only four or five people had been killed and only thirty wounded, instead of the real numbers which are far higher.

But the real shock came when Mujaddedi agreed with the terrorist leaders that al-Qaida would be “temporarily” moved to Jack’s BLOCK (the only BLOCK that was successfully held against the terrorist revolt) and they would be given two floors of that area to live in comfortably. Karzai then ordered the Minister of Justice to begin renovations on those two floors and right now twenty workers are “fixing up” the first and second floors of Jack’s Block so the terrorists can be more comfortable. Mujaddedi’s speeches to the prisoners are still ongoing at this time. Mujaddedi (aka Mujiddidi) is famous for brokering Taliban freedom with US Ambassador Khalilzad. Add in Karzai, and you have the US State Department DREAM TEAM championing the terrorist cause of freedom to kill again. In fact, Afghans that fought with US Special Forces against the terrorists in 2001/2002 were astonished when amnesty was announced by American citizen/former US ambassador in Kabul, Zalmay Khalilzad instead of leaving the job to Afghan President, Hamid Karzai.

The good news of the day came when it was learned that AZIZ, the surviving terrorist who had murdered Colonel Sherzaman during last year’s attack on Jack, was killed by MOJ forces. Prior to this, Karzai was just about to grant Aziz amnesty for the murder of Sherzaman and three other MOJ officers. Now, Karzai’s amnesty plan for Aziz has been foiled by a well-placed bullet by one of Colonel Sherzaman’s closest friends. Good Job!

CORRECTION- Turns out that Aziz is as resilient as Jack, he was not killed, just wounded, again. Mahmood, the other foreign terrorists that helped kill Colonel Sherzaman was the one killed.

Colonel Sherzaman’s brothers are still at the side of Jack and TF SABER providing protection and security for the ONLY BLOCK still not taken over by the terrorists and Taliban prisoners.

2200 Monday- KABUL TIME - PULACHARKE PRISON: Kumbaya My Lord, Kumbaya. In private speech at BLOCK 2 in Pulacharke, Karzai Government spokesman Mujaddedi tells terrorists that all of those brave Taliban killed resisting are Martyrs and should be remembered for their sacrifice. He vows that the President will try and release all the Taliban in Bagram and at Pulacharke. The prisoners then scream “Allah Ahkbar” and “Kill the foreign infidels.” Mullah Mujaddedi then tells them if they join the government all will be given amnesty and freedom. More cheers erupted.

Let’s not forget–these are the same guys who are going to be in charge of the Gitmo combatants soon. Any guess as to what’s going to happen to them when they get there?

Oh lord, Kumbaya!

alt=ed caraballo, the american journalist from bronx, ny, who voluntarily turned down a rescue attempt and chose to stay behind, has been officially declared a hostage in the pulacharke crisis. initial reports say that karim wardaq, a taliban terrorist, tried to kill caraballo in the first day of the revolt but caraballo’s afghan friends protected him. as the revolt raged, rumors began to circulate through prisoners that caraballo was locked in his room and later beaten. this cannot be verified at this time because no one has access to the area. what is known, is that this morning sometime after 9am kabul time, prisoners screamed that if one more shot was fired against them they would kill caraballo. later intelligence showed that wardaq had been killed in the revolt by national army shots, and that his successors in the leadership of the revolt had continued his wish that caraballo be taken hostage and used to stop any government assault on block 1. caraballo became that which the na generals originally sought to prevent, a pawn in the revolt. while caraballo apparently believes his “friends” will not really kill him, no one can anticipate the action of a terrorist who wants to die.

Karzai’s Islamic fundamentalist peace envoy Mujaddedi then walks outside the prison walls announces that all is fine, we will give them new quarters. Meanwhile, bodies are taken out in cars to prevent the press from finding out how many are killed, and the Red Cross and Emergency Hospital take out the wounded in a bus. But, they only take out 30 because that is the official party line of Karzai. The rest of the wounded are secretly moved to other prison areas after the press and foreigners leave.

Also spelled Sebaghatullah Mojadeddi, he is the chairman of the Peace and Reconciliation Commission, which negotiates the release of Taliban prisoners from American military custody, and the prisoners had demanded to speak to him the day before. Do you want to learn more about this psycho? The terrorists also demanded to speak with the head of the Supreme Court, Vice President Ahmad Zia Massoud, Yuni Qanooni, the leader of Parliament, and observers from the United Nations and its Human Rights Commission. How come they didn’t ask for Bush and Walt Disney to visit too?

2330 Monday- KABUL TIME - PULACHARKE PRISON:
Karzai told the Minister of Justice to move terrorists INTO JACK’S BLOCK ! The only BLOCK that was NOT successfully taken over by the terrorists. Well, as you might imagine, Jack goes off. Right now it is still being argued out. Jack’s voice can be heard clear across the compound. I don’t wonder who is going to win that argument, lol…

The terrorists are already spooked by Jack, thinking Amanulluh is Sherzaman raised from the dead.

Not to worry, most of these prisoners will soon be ‘forgiven’, released, given money, a pakol cap, and allowed to return to jihad thanks to Karzai’s personal lackey, “National Reconciliation Commission Chairman” Sibghatullah Mujaddedi.

Just gives one a warm safe feeling, doesn’t it?

***

The terrorists will not be moved into Jack’s cell block because Jack said he would be more than happy to personally introduce them to Allah. And for the funny people who don’t quite know what to do about the rapes, the killings, the murders that the terrorists are perpetrating against some of their own and the ‘forgiving spirit of Karzai’ while we should just let Jack kill ‘em all…Jack still has his phones, Karzai wasn’t able to accomplish that, either. I don’t think you people honestly realize all the Afghan support that Jack has right now. All of his Afghan friends are with him and he’s extremely well-protected.

Plus, he’d be more than happy to engage them in a battle, he has no problem with killing terrorists.

Terrorists deserve to die–that’s what they want, after all. So what’s the problem?

I thought 4 more years of Bush meant 4 more years of more dead terrorists. I’m all for that. And isn’t that what the American people were the most concerned about during the election?

Al Q riot at Pol-e-Charkhi Prison update II

MIDNIGHT- KABUL TIME - PULACHARKE PRISON: Sporadic Gunfire Continues. The night continues, with most Colonels and Generals getting a few hours sleep at midnight for the first time in two days. It is expected that first light will bring an increase in activity. 80 women remain hostage with 1300 prisoners in control of them. No one in command at Pulacharke expects anything but the worst for the women on this night.

0300- KABUL TIME - PULACHARKE PRISON: SCREAMS and PLEAS FOR HELP. The women hostages could be heard screaming through the night. “Oh Merciful God,” one women screamed repeatedly. Others could be heard screaming in Dari and Pashto, “they are fucking me, God help me.” “Allah take me, let me die….” “Stop, stop, kill me, kill me first.” These were just SOME of the horrid screams coming from 80 women being raped and beaten throughout the night. 80 women, held hostage by 1300 prisoners, and more than 500 hardcore terrorists and Taliban killers. Meanwhile, American “President” Hamid Karzai was still denying that the women were not safe, as were Karzai appointees. According to at least five Afghan Colonels and two Afghan Generals, all of this could have been prevented if it had not been for US State Department interference and ignorant US DOJ advisors. Karzai and the US Embassy ordered the MOJ police not to attack yesterday morning, and to negotiate. Now the result is what could be the largest gang rape in the world’s modern history.

0600- KABUL TIME - PULACHARKE PRISON: Daybreak, the quiet before the storm. The sun rises after a night of gunfire. Hamid Karzai and his spokesman were still denying that the women were in the hands of the terrorists. Afghan senior officers want to hang at least 20 terrorists, but have said, “Karzai will probably release the terrorists and give them a medal.” The morning news ignored any inquiry of the women hostage situation, and instead showed Karzai shaking hands with children in the street, surrounded by his bodyguards. It was the first appearance of that type in years. One heartwarming moment occurred as he bought a pack of gum from a little girl street vendor, about 7 years old. He asked her how much it was, and she said “5 Afghani Mr. President.” That is about 18 cents U.S. The president replied, “well here is 50 Afghani, why don’t you keep 10 and give me 40 back?” WOW MR. PRESIDENT, could you spare 20 cents for a little girl? Can you imagine this scene? Can you imagine this conduct?

This is an aerial picture of an Afghan soldier taken in the middle of the night with IR NightShot as a UAV Predator loomed overhead taking pictures for the Coalition’s photo album….

1400 Monday- KABUL TIME - KARZAI PALACE:
Karzai calls the Governor of Kabul and attempts to send in National Police to seize Jack’s phones. Apparently, after unknown foreign journalists complained that Jack was releasing information from inside the prison revolt, and had access to phones and intelligence and photos, Karzai demanded Jack’s communications be shut down. Were journalists upset that Jack and this website were contradicting their fabricated stories of the revolt? We don’t know, but we do know that when it all played out even Karzai did not have the power to stop Jack’s communications from Pulacharke, or pull Jack’s own security force and bodyguards out of the prison, where they all remain at this time. Meanwhile, UN personnel and American DOJ and DOS “advisors” continued to force the Prison Command to negotiate with the terrorists and meet their demands. General Salem-Bashi’s forces were ordered to stop shooting and to put up no further resistance unless the terrorists tried to escape.

The 13th Anniversary of the World Trade Center Bombing

Filed under: General , Terrorism and Islam @ 4:26 am

Help Lynne Stewart get the maximum sentence.

Yesterday was the 13th anniversary of the bombing of the World Trade Center parking garage on February 26, 1993, in which 6 Americans died (7 including an unborn baby carried by one of the adult victims) and over 1,000 were injured.

The mastermind of the bombing, Ramzi Yousef, was convicted in 1998 and will spend the rest of his life in prison.

The spiritual leader of the Islamic Jihad-associated terrorists who conducted the bombing, Sheik Omar Abdel-Rahman, was also convicted in connection with the bombings and is also serving a life sentence without parole.

A small stone memorial in honor of the victims of the 1993 bombing was erected in the WTC and was destroyed in the 9/11/01 attacks (pictured). Link

On February 10, 2005, radical leftist attorney Lynne Stewart was convicted of helping the terrorists by smuggling messages of violence from one of her imprisoned clients — the radical Egyptian sheik behind the 1993 WTC Bombing– to his terrorist disciples on the outside.

ON MARCH 10, 2006, LYNNE STEWART WILL BE SENTENCED. YOU CAN HELP LYNNE RECEIVE THE MAXIMUM SENTENCE ALLOWED FOR HER CRIMES AGAINST AMERICA BUT YOU GOTTA DO IT NOW!!!!!!

Lynn Stewart was convicted of providing material support, through a press conference and allowing access by her translator, to a terrorist conspiracy to kill persons outside of the United States and conspiring to defraud the U.S. government when acting as counsel to Sheikh Omar Abdel Rahman, the blind Egyptian cleric who was convicted in 1996 of plotting terrorist attacks against various sites in the New York City area.

Lynn was recorded bragging about her skills as an actress which she used to fool the prison guards into believing she was a lawyer instead of a terrorist, saying, “I can get an award for it” which was translated to the Sheikh: “She is saying, Your Eminence, that she can get an award for acting (all three laugh).

“The September 11 terrorist attacks on America were an “armed struggle” like Hiroshima and Dresden. I have a lot of trouble figuring out why that is wrong, especially when people are placed in a position of having no other way.” Lynne Stewart

That’s just the tip of the iceberg. This woman is truly an enemy of America. In her own words:

“I don’t have any problem with Mao or Stalin or the Vietnamese leaders or certainly Fidel locking up people they see as dangerous. Because so often, dissidence has been used by the greater powers to undermine a people’s revolution.” Lynne Stewart

and during her trial:

“To rid ourselves of the entrenched, voracious type of capitalism that is in this country that perpetuates sexism and racism, I don’t think that can come nonviolently.” Lynne Stewart

“I don’t believe in anarchistic violence, but in directed violence. That would be violence directed at the institutions which perpetuate capitalism, racism, and sexism, and the people who are the appointed guardians of those institutions, and accompanied by popular support.” Lynne Stewart

Lynne will be sentenced on March 10, 2006. You can help lock Lynne up for life by writing the Judge and asking him to show no leniency to Lynne Stewart for her crimes and asking him to impose the maximum sentence allowed for plotting with terrorists.

The Judge’s address is:

Honorable John G. Koeltl
United States District Judge
Southern District of New York
United States Courthouse
500 Pearl Street
New York, New York 10007

Briefly say who you are - your position in work and in society. State that you are aware that Lynne is to be sentenced following a jury verdict of guilty on charges of crimes against America. Tell the Judge why you believe she should be made an example of, and not given any leniency whatsoever. Feel free to remind the Judge of who she by using the quotes above.

Send a copy of your letter to the lawyers who prosecuted Lynne, so they can present them all to the Judge at sentencing time, they will have the maximum impact as he considers the matter:

Joseph E. Bianco, Esq.
Christopher T. Morvillo, Esq.
Assistant United States Attorneys
Southern District of New York
United States Attorney’s Office
One St. Andrews Plaza
New York, NY 10007

I say let Justice be served:

Just a suggestion…

0900 AM- KABUL TIME ZONE- PULACHARKE: As morning breaks, Afghan generals discover that the 80 women held hostage are being raped and beaten by the terrorists. The two female officers have been released, and once out the carnage begins. Al-Qaida and Taliban terrorists hold the women hostage with knives and bottles at the front entrance while others rape the women still in the block. It is unknown how many have been raped or killed.

1000 AM- KABUL TIME ZONE- PULACHARKE: Apparently, Karzai and the US State Department have interfered with the military response to the revolt. What we are about to tell you is absolute fact, and regardless of how hard it is to believe, it is true. At 1am last night, we said that the MOJ refused to let Jack lead a force in against the terrorists. Although the NA Generals refused to allow Jack and his men to be put a risk, they decided to assault the terrorists with batons followed by a wave of armed troops. THREE AMERICAN advisors sent by the US State Department and Department of Justice were now present, they ORDERED the NA Generals NOT TO ATTACK. The “American Advisors,” who probably know as much about Afghanistan as a car salesman in Wisconsin, were placed in control by American lackey Hamid Karzai. The American officials, while unwilling to enter the prison, or help, were giving orders from the rear outside area. Since the US State Department now runs Afghanistan like the Russians ran it (do what we say or go to jail or get fired), they were in control and wanted to “negotiate.” NEWS FLASH- You CANNOT negotiate with rabid terrorists. So the standoff continued into the morning.

1030 AM- KABUL TIME ZONE- PULACHARKE: Northern Alliance generals send in troops to ask American journalist Ed Caraballo to leave BLOCK 1 for his own safety. Caraballo refuses to leave with the troops and remains in BLOCK 1. Jack then requests the Northern Alliance remove him by force for his own protection. Sometime between 1055 AM and 1110 AM BLOCK 1 erupts into a full scale riot and takeover. Before the troops can go back in, BLOCK 1 is taken over by Taliban terrorists and falls under siege with the entire BLOCK in the hands of the Taliban prisoners. Caraballo is taken hostage sometime around 1105 am Kabul time. Since Caraballo had a phone, the terrorists now have a cell phone by which they can contact other terrorists outside the prison. A shootout erupts a little after 11am Kabul time. At least three prisoners are killed and eight more wounded in BLOCK 1.

alt= 1115 am- kabul time zone- pulacharke: general sale-bashi, one of massoud’s best generals, along with northern alliance generals samad and zorodin are now on site. they planned to again attack block 2 and put down the revolt. again, the us state department and now the red cross decided they knew more than the northern alliance generals about how to deal with terrorists. the state department, us justice department, and red cross “advisors” called “the palace” and successfully stopped the assault. the red cross and state department said they could negotiate a surrender. news flash- terrorists don’t want to surrender, they want to die and go to paradise. The American government still fails to understand this mindset after five years of war against al-Qaida. There were now thousands of soldiers present and the situation was about to escalate into a full scale barricade hostage situation and revolt. We expect to have pictures and more info up in an hour.

END BREAKING NEWS- 03:00am Sunday US Time / 11:30am SUNDAY KABUL TIME

The revolt went back into full combat at around 12 noon Sunday, Kabul time.

END BREAKING NEWS - 03:30am Sunday US Time / 12:00pm SUNDAY KABUL TIME

1230 PM- KABUL TIME ZONE- KABUL PALACE: A Karzai spokesman gives a television statement that the women are now safe and in government control. According to our intelligence, this is a complete lie. The women are still held hostage and being raped by the terrorists. It is believed that Karzai orders this statement released to prevent a public uprising throughout Afghanistan against his government. If Afghans were to learn their women were being raped by foreign terrorists they would demand to let the Northern Alliance conduct a full scale assault and kill the foreign terrorists.

2 PM- KABUL TIME ZONE- PULACHARKE:
With more than 7 dead and more than 40 wounded, Jack talks to the Red Cross about setting up a triage area in the compound at the BLOCK 2 Annex he controls. The Red Cross declines to provide assistance and says the Emergency Hospital has the responsibility to provide additional medical supplies, and the Red Cross only has authorization to provide blankets. The prison is out of medical supplies and no triage area set up for wounded.

3 PM- KABUL TIME ZONE- WOMEN’S BLOCK: At least 2 women are now believed to be dead and the remaining raped by the terrorists. The terrorists are now in control of both BLOCK 2, the WOMEN’S BLOCK, and also in full control of BLOCK 1 where Caraballo is held hostage. New intelligence indicates that Caraballo may actually be with the terrorists and participating in the riot against government troops. Jack and his team continue to work with government forces, and maintain their own security at the BLOCK 2 ANNEX. With more than 7 dead, possibly more than one dozen dead, and more than 40 wounded the situation once again reaches critical mass. Karzai officials again give press statements that the women are safe and not in terrorist hands. The reality is far different, the women are disbursed as hostages and are being repeatedly raped by the terrorists.

alt=5 PM- KABUL TIME ZONE- BLOCK 1: According to prison security officers, Caraballo is seen walking with the terrorists and yelling Allah Ahkbar. What caused this is unknown at this time, and the extent of his participation in the revolt is also unknown. What is known is that BLOCK 1 is in full revolt and soldiers are firing into the windows to contain the terrorists and prisoners in BLOCK 1. Estimates of wounded throughout the prison are now up to more than 50. It is unknown how many more are dead in the blocks or barricade areas. BLOCK 1 is also now on fire after the prisoners there light mattresses and bedding on fire to close off the entrance of the block. The Ministry of Defense has now taken over control of the main outer gates of Pulacharke Prison.

One dozen dead, more than 50 wounded as AQ Prison Uprising Continues

6 PM- KABUL TIME ZONE- PULACHARKE PRISON: As night comes, the prison remains under siege. ALL BLOCKS, except TF Saber’s block are now under the full control of the terrorists and other prisoners. The ONLY occupied block NOT barricaded and in control of terrorists is the block that TF Saber controls. Meanwhile, Karzai officials are saying that things are fine and they are “considering the demands” of the terrorists. US Department of Justice and State Department “advisors” quickly left the prison earlier today when their plan to negotiate backfired and MOJ lost another two prison blocks to the enemy.

Guess the ‘kumbaya’ singers got scared off by the dead woman hanging in one of the windows to warn people to stay away. *spit*

6:15 PM- KABUL TIME ZONE- PULACHARKE PRISON: A FAMILY AFFAIR? The family of Colonel Sherzaman, who was killed defending Jack and the guys last year, arrive at Pulacharke to join the defense early Sunday, around daybreak. As darkness descended they moved to the TF SABER BLOCK 2 ANNEX where they joined the security detail with Jack. This is extraordinary if you know the background details. Here they are:

alt=On December 17, 2004, eight al-Qaida terrorists implemented an assassination plot and attack on TF SABER at Pulacharke. The press continues to report, even today (AP) that it was a simple breakout attempt– nothing could be further from the truth. Although one of their motives was to collect a $250,000 reward Osama bin Laden had placed on Idema, their prime directive was to kill Jack and his men at any cost, even their own lives. Bokan, the Iraqi leader of the Pulacharke al-Qaida group had previously tried to kill Marshall Mohammed Fahim, then Minister of Defence—and one of the Ministers whose life Jack Idema had saved. Bokan, the Iraqi terrorist, had told the others that his only goal was to kill Idema and the other Americans and AFTER that they could attempt an escape.

alt=four ministry of justice officers were killed that day, two executed in front of tf saber. four other terrorists were wounded that day, three severely. tf saber held off more than 100 terrorists, who had been freed by bokan, with a barricade in level two of the prison block. former northern alliance commanders and bodyguards arrived after being covertly alerted by jack and killed all but one of the remaining terrorists. the standoff lasted more than eight hours. the terrorists came very close to killing all of tf saber. colonel sherzaman was posthumously promoted to general, and his brother saleem was sent by sherzaman’s mother to join the prison staff with the mission of continuing to protect the men her oldest son had died for. such is the way with the afghanistan mujahadeen. aziz, the remaining terrorist, recovered from his wounds and returned to pulacharke prison block 2, where he helped lead yesterdays takeover. two of the officers wounded protecting jack and his men during last years takeover, ahmed hamed, is with idema and his men today in block 2 annex handling outer security. a second, saboor, who was also on one of jack’s raids in 2004, is controlling security on the wall near Jack.

alt=what we find most extraordinary in this event, is that the mother of general sherzaman, after losing her oldest son, a highly regarding mujahadeen in the war against the soviets and later the taliban, still chose to offer up all of her remaining sons. first she sent saleem to work in the general’s office with a mission of protecting jack. now, faced with the revolt, the mother has sent the rest of her sons to jack’s aid.

While the three youngest have taken up positions outside the TF SABER compound, Amanullah, now the oldest brother, is inside the TF SABER BLOCK 2 ANNEX with his armed force and is now staying with Jack. So, Jack the torturer jerk has Afghan mothers sending their sons to his aid and willing to sacrifice them to save him. Either this entire case was sadly reported with lies and fantasy by the press, or Jack must be the most incredible conman alive. The point is, from everything that is just so damn obvious, while the American press hates him the Afghans sure seem to love him– at least the ones that are fighting the terrorists and the Taliban. Suffice it to say, it would be hard to believe any terrorists could get through the security TF SABER now has in place.

CNN is planning full coverage. The guys are telling me that they bet CNN, just like the other media idiots will get the story completely wrong. One of the biggest parts of this story so far is that 80 women are being held hostage, yet the Karzai line is that the women are safe. That’s hogwash. This is the story from the real guys–who are on the inside–not reporting from hotel rooms regurgitating news bytes like cow’s cud. This is the real deal, folks, as it’s happening.

9:00 PM- KABUL TIME ZONE- PULACHARKE PRISON: Tracers starting flying through the air. Just as it seemed that the revolting terrorists were settling in for the night, another firefight broke out with MOI and MOJ soldiers firing into one of windows of BLOCK 1. At the same time streams of tracers could be seen ricocheting off the walls and roof of BLOCK 1 and BLOCK 2. To stop the AQ in BLOCK 2 from breaching the Annex area water and 440 volt wires were dropped on the floors. Water + 440 Volt = Fried Terrorist. Apparently the terrorists don’t really understand physics and electrical engineering so it was only a short time before one of them turned into a crispy critter. The terrorists still want to “negotiate,” which is a word they never heard before until the US government taught it to them early Sunday morning. Before that they knew they would inevitably die, but now they have a new plan.

So, thanks to the brilliant US government “advisors” from the DOS and DOJ, the terrorists now have a very very good reason to keep their hostages instead of releasing them. Last time we checked, the Bush administration said no negotiating with terrorists. Looks like that changed when Bush realized he was losing this war on the battlefield and in the media. Pitiful ending to the pain of 911 and his promise to bring terrorists to justice wherever they are. Check out this picture, US GOV “advisors” - your tax dollars at work.

Hey, aren’t these the same idiots that want to pay the ARABS to guard our ports? You know, the same ARABS that financed (UAE Banks) the Taliban, al-Qaida, and the rest of the Islamic Fundamentalist Fascist psychos that seem to blowing up the world on a daily basis? These two buffoons seem to be the only ones sitting down at Pulacharke. They quickly escaped when their plan to negotiate failed and BLOCK 1 went up in flames. At least the Red Cross is driving around in circles trying to look good.

10:00 PM- KABUL TIME ZONE- PULACHARKE PRISON: ACCURACY IN NEWS?
We are finding the news reporting across the world almost comical. Here are some issues we have:

1. “The women are safe.” Hardly. They are ALL still hostages, raped, beaten, and some dead. Anything else is completely false.

2. “Rubber bullets are being used.”
Comical. There are no rubber bullets in the Afghanistan unless ISAF or US MPs have them, and they aren’t at Pulacharke. All the bullets flying at Pulacharke are real bullets.

3. “The situation is under control.”
Yes, it is. Under the control of the terrorists, who now control ALL but Jack’s block.

4. “There are only about ‘20′ - ‘40′ - ‘50′ - ‘70′ terrorists at Pulacharke.” Depending upon which news agency is reporting it. Hogwash. There were 500 prisoners in BLOCK 2. All terrorists or Taliban, all political or national security prisoners, which means they were all terrorists. Of course they aren’t going to admit they are terrorists, they all just claim to be poor lost souls in the wrong place at the wrong time wearing a black Turban or a suicide bomb.

5. “There appears to be a resolution in the works.”
Ok, we aren’t even going to touch this one with a ten foot pole. Can you spell B…U…L..L..E…T..S

MSM vague reports on Al Q riot at Pol-e-charhkhi

Filed under: General , Task Force Sabre 7 @ 7:14 am

If you’re looking for pieces on Jack Idema and his team, please click on this link.

In all of these articles, there is not one single mention of Jack Idema and the two Americans who are being held illegally at Pulacharke. A few small American media outlets repeated the same reporting, and it certainly seems as though they’re relying on the same sources who are outside of the prison for ‘news’ instead of the real story that includes pictures and will soon be bolstered by video.

At Houston Chronicle “Afghan prison inmates riot; 30 people may be wounded” Feb. 26, 2006, 1:01AM Reuters

KABUL, AFGHANISTAN - Up to 30 people were wounded during a riot by inmates, including Taliban members, at a high-security prison in the Afghan capital, officials said today.

The unrest erupted Saturday night after a group of prisoners managed to hold two female guards captive, they said.

About 1,500 prisoners “are involved in this incident,” a security official told Reuters on condition he not be identified.

“It went out of control and a clash broke out between the prisoners, including many Taliban, and the police … Thirty people have been wounded,” he said.

Deputy Justice Minister Mohammad Qasim Hashimzai said some people were wounded, but he had no details.

Footage by private television showed police reinforcements being sent to the Pul-e-Charkhi prison on the outskirts of the city. Repeated gunfire could be heard and officials said that prisoners took control of one wing of the jail during the riot.

I believe this is from the same roto-Reuter report by Yousuf Azimy with additional reporting by Sayed Salahuddin, below. The numbers of the wounded seem exaggerated in their report, not to mention, this one says two female guards were held hostage by the terrorists.

RTE News “Inmates seize control of Afghan prison” 26 February 2006 10:13

The prisoners, 300 of whom are members of the ousted Taliban government, are understood to be refusing to hand over the injured for treatment.

An official said that certain inmates have taken some female prison guards hostage and are apparently threatening to kill them if their demands are not met.

The riot at the prison, some 10km from the centre of Kabul, erupted when guards distributed new prison uniforms which some inmates refused to wear.

Because a month or so ago, 7 terrorists escaped, blending in with ‘visitors’, because inmates don’t look any different than visitors–they haven’t been wearing uniforms.

Xinhua “Riot in Afghanistan’s central jail wounds 6″2006-02-26 16:15:30

….the inmates were demanding meeting the vice president, president of the National Assembly and president of the Upper House of parliament.

The reason for the riot apparently is the distribution of the new uniform to the prisoners, but the director of the prison, Abdul Salam Bakhshi, said al-Qaida and Taliban were behind the riot.

A large number of police and Afghan army troops have been stationed around the notorious jail to tackle with any possible untoward situation.

It is the third riot in the jail since 2003.

In the last one that took place months ago, seven suspected Taliban and al-Qaida members disguising as visitors escaped the jail.

They even ‘faked’ an ink stamp on their hands.

Santa Maria Times “Inmates Riot at High-Security Kabul Prison” By AMIR SHAH, AP

Mohammed Qasim Hashimzai, deputy justice minister, said at least four inmates were injured in the riot Saturday night but prisoners refused an offer for them to be treated. No guards were hurt in the clash.

Bakshi said the inmates had attacked guards and tried to force their way out of their prison block but were stopped. He said the inmates had small knives and clubs fashioned from wrecked furniture. They also set fire to bedding.

Yeah, they refused an offer to have them treated, and they set fire to their own quarters. Not very smart!

Reuters “Militants take over Afghan prison wing, 30 hurt” Sun Feb 26, 2006 10:20 AM GMT12 By Yousuf Azimy Additional reporting by Sayed Salahuddin ~Reuters

PUL-I-CHARKHI, Afghanistan (Reuters) - Taliban and al Qaeda militants took control of a wing of the Afghan capital’s main high security prison and at least 30 prisoners were wounded in attempts to quell the riot, officials said on Sunday.

Most say 6 injured, Reuters says 30.

ABC Radio Australia “Inmates seize control of Afghan prison block”
Last Updated 26/02/2006, 20:54:28

The justice ministry says the prisoners have refused to hand over the injured for treatment, while the male prisoners have also reportedly taken some women inmates hostage.

It is unclear what the prisoners want.

These reporters seem to be confused. I’ve seen reports that indicate that women GUARDS were taken hostage, this one says women INMATES, and in one report, it said they were in the women’s section of the prison. Seems as though they’re having a difficult time keeping their facts straight.

Here’s one more from CNEWSWORLD “Inmates riot at high-security prison in Afghanistan”:

Mohammed Qasim Hashimzai, deputy justice minister, said about 100 of the prisoners had taken control of a women’s wing of the prison. Hashimzai was part of a ministry delegation that was set to visit the prison Sunday morning.

A women’s wing?

Russian trained head of intelligence sentenced to death

Filed under: Communist, Socialist & Nazi , General @ 7:02 am

KABUL (AFP) - A former intelligence chief was sentenced to death after a court found him guilty of systematic killings and other human rights violations during Afghanistan’s communist era.

This is becoming a very common theme, now that the 18 Commissions are starting to do their work on cleaning things up.

Russian-educated Asadullah Sarwari was installed for one year as head of the feared intelligence department of the first Afghan communist government in 1978.

“Sarwari was sentenced to death for killing thousands of mujahedin (holy warriors) and Muslims while he was the head of intelligence,” judge Abdul Basit Bakhtiari who headed the trial told AFP Saturday.

It would seem as though that other website ought to take notice as to what’s happening to their soviet-trained friends in Afghanistan. After all….the Afghans have a low bullshit tolerance as you can see with the execution, hanging and castration of their former president (see picture below).

As I recall, the story about former president Najibullah is similar to that of Sarwari in that they were both Afghans who served dutifully under the soviets. Najibullah was the president of Afghanistan from 1986 till 1992, installed by the Soviet Union in 1986. Before that, he was made head of the secret police and became known for his brutality and ruthlessness. His methods proved invaluable to the regime in view of escalating Islamic guerrilla warfare, but as the war grew in intensity, the Soviet Union withdrew. As president, Najibullah attempted to gain support by relaxing his strict control, but he was widely despised and was finally forced from office by the Islamic rebels. Factional fighting continued, and when the Taliban militia took over the capital, Kabul, they executed Najibullah, castrated him and hung him for the people to see, alongside his brother. There is another gruesome picture that shows that they also stuffed some Afghanis (Afghan currency) rolled up, into his bloody nose.

Although Americans seem to very easily kid themselves to think that we can all ‘give peace a chance’, some people in Afghanistan take things much more seriously, and apparently they’re not very fond of their Soviet-trained friends, or their friends who served under the Soviets.

This low tolerance applies also to a certain interpreter-named Wadir Safi, the Afghan minister of Soviet Affairs for the Soviets, who recently on Afghan television, was complaining about the justice system in Afghanistan. What makes his recent pronouncements amusing is–This man was the soviet-trained interpreter who took extreme liberties with the facts and other information during Jack’s trial, purposely mis-translating and interjecting his own opinions. Safi was the government appointed interpreter who was a former member of the anti-American Soviet backed government. (It is no wonder that the ‘other website’ attacking Idema’s military record and celebrating his imprisonment has a Russian connection. Much more experienced at lies and propaganda, it is fitting that their website would be transferred to some Jack Idema-hating Russian propagandists.) The interpreter during Jack’s trial, Safi, consciously misinterpreted on a regular basis, provided advice to the Judge against the defense, and often refused to interpret Idema’s and the defense attorney’s statements.

Al Qaeda is trying to take Pulacharke prison

Filed under: General , Task Force Sabre 7 @ 12:02 pm

If you’re looking for pieces on Jack Idema and his team, please click on this link.

Right now, it is about 9:30 pm in Kabul. Al Qaeda is now trying to take over Pol-e-Charkhi prison.

Jack and his men are in a battle. More Pansjiri soldiers are arriving. They already have several hundred Northern Alliance mujahedeen protecting them, but more are entering the compound.

Update to follow later today.

Just watch: The media may not report this AT ALL!!!!!

9PM- KABUL TIME ZONE- PULACHARKE:
Hundreds of Taliban and al-Qaida Prisoners have revolted at Pulacharke Prison Compound in the wake of tighter security measures by Northern Alliance Commanders after last month’s escape of 7 top Taliban prisoners during Sunday visiting. The Taliban prisoners had exchanged clothes with visitors, falsified arm IDs for visitors, and slipped out as 750 visitors left. Who was the man responsible for the escape? None other than a US State Department “agent.” An Afghan Pashtun General who was on the US Embassy’s payroll, had been sent on all expense paid trip to America by Jack Idema’s enemies in the US Embassy, and had been paid bribes to inform on Afghan political and military meetings with Jack. The general was fired just one week ago. To impose tighter security all terrorist prisoners were to be issued prison gray clothes today. The revolt had allegedly been planned more than two weeks ago. It started sometime around 8pm tonight according to Afghan CIA sources.

10PM- KABUL TIME ZONE- PULACHARKE: As of 11am EST, reports from Pulacharke officials, confirmed that hundreds of soldiers had been dispatched to Pulacharke Prison to stop an ongoing takeover attempt by the terrorists. General Salem-Bashi had placed a perimeter between the terrorists and Jack’s compound. 75 Northern Alliance commandos, all former Massoud bodyguards, were being sent to surround Jack and his men, sources inside the Ministry of Defence say that Jack’s team had been issued Kalikov machineguns and grenades for personal defense. The uprising is ONGOING and news will be posted hourly as we receive it by phone from the World’s Most Infamous Prison. If al-Qaida and Taliban insurgents make a move for Jack, it would be the 12th assassination attempt in four years, and the 9th attempt at Pulacharke.

10:30PM- KABUL TIME ZONE- PULACHARKE: Sources inside Bagram say the US Embassy has refused to provide air support and assistance to Northern Alliance Commanders attempting to contain the uprising. More than 500 rounds were fired in the first hour of the revolt. The National Army has been ordered by Karzai not to fire on his “Taliban brothers.” Northern Alliance Mujahadeen are arriving by dozens to make the stand against al-Qaida and Taliban terrorists. Northern Alliance troops have been activated to block two mountain passes near Pulacharke on an intelligence tip that says a Taliban military force is moving towards Pulacharke to assist the revolt from outside.

11:00PM- KABUL TIME ZONE- PULACHARKE: More than 1000 rounds have been fired at Pulacharke Prison.

PULACHARKE PRISON still in firefight and ongoing al-Qaida and Taliban terrorist revolt. Ministry of Justice and Panjshir Commandos trying to contain 700 revolting terrorists. National Army told to not fire on “Taliban brothers” by President Hamid Karzai. US Embassy refuses air support and troops to stop terrorist takeover. 1000 rounds fired in last three hours. Massoud bodyguards sent to prison to support Jack. Jack’s Saber 7 Team in fortified position; MOJ declines letting Jack and his men attack terrorists in “open air assault” offense tactic to put down terrorist revolt. Northern Alliance commanders arrive to take control of situation. General Fahim activates Mujahadeen militia which fought with US Special Forces to block a possible al-Qaida/Taliban rescue attempt from outer areas Terrorist force believed to be led by Mullah Mujahadi, a famous Taliban Division commander.

END BREAKING NEWS- SATURDAY 11:25pm KABUL TIME

Thanks to Dan in my comments section, the BBC is the only news outlet that I’ve seen so far that has picked up the story here (we have the story from inside the prison, the BBC has the story 8 hours later from outside):

‘Riot’ at notorious Afghan jail

Hundreds of prisoners are barricaded inside one wing of the jail, parts of which are on fire, the authorities say.

Gunfire has been heard coming from the jail. Trouble apparently started after a change in prison uniform rules.

Police have sealed off the affected wing and no-one has escaped, jail officials say. Interior Ministry reinforcements have been sent in.

Pul-e-Charkhi is a huge prison complex built in the 1970s on the outskirts of the capital. It is used to house common criminals as well as al-Qaeda or Taleban-linked militants.

Last month, seven Taleban suspects escaped from the jail, with prison guards accused by officials of helping the break-out.

Correspondents say the vast and rundown jail is notorious for the disappearance and torture of thousands of Afghans during the communist era.

No more faking a stamped hand and blending in with exiting visitors now, I guess…awww. And Al Q and the Taliban apparently object to this “unfair” treatment–so much that they start a riot, and call in reinforcements from the mountains to help them from the outside. Considering the fact that so many of them have escaped from Bagram, and Karzai is giving amnesty to the Taliban, I bet there are a lot of soldiers on the ground (including the Coalition forces and the M16) wondering what the hell we’re doing!

The president’s press secretary is denying any problem at Pulacharke according to radio. Bagram’s Reaction Force was told to stand down by the State Department.

We need bloggers to pick up this story, these men deserve to be released!!!

MIDNIGHT- KABUL TIME ZONE- PULACHARKE:
Northern Alliance led forces storm through gates at Pulacharke Prison. General Salem-Bashi leads swarms of troops into Pulacharke Prison at midnight tonight in an effort to contain al-Qaida terrorists. The Prime Minister confirms his support of Mujahadeen forces and Task Force Saber.

New intelligence from MOJ Command indicates that TF SABER FORCE is not a primary target of al-Qaida during revolt. Afghan intelligence believes that the prison revolt was planned and organized after President Hamid Karzai ordered amnesty given to 500 Taliban insurgents last week. Taliban terrorists, who had bombed, murdered, assassinated, and beheaded both innocent Afghans and foreign soldiers and aid workers, were given complete amnesty, $100, a certificate of welcome into the government, and a PAKOL to replace their black turbans before having their royal terrorist asses kissed by Karzai.

The Pakol is the flat hat worn by the Northern Alliance, and one source INSIDE the palace says that the idea was put forth by US STATE DEPARTMENT political advisors to blend terrorists and pro-freedom Northern Alliance troops together in pictures and video taken by the press covering the event. We find this deploring and sickening. All of us here on the SuperPatriots’ Support Team and website staff have brothers in arms that died during the 2001/2002 war, and have kept dying since, to give Karzai his throne, and to reward our enemies for killing us is an act of treason by Karzai who is still a US CITIZEN. Apparently upset that Karzai was granting amnesty to Taliban still fighting and allowing them to return to the battlefield with a clean slate, yet unable to release the Taliban scum now under Northern Alliance led Parliament control at Pulacharke, the terrorists decided to revolt.

Our vote is to let Jack and his guys loose in there and let them kill every last one of the terrorist bastards. And then let the Northern Alliance put Karzai on trial for war crimes. Or better yet, someone needs to take him down in an American court.

News updates will continue tonight. By tomorrow morning the Superpats guys expect to have Satellite VIDEO of the revolt on this page.

END BREAKING NEWS- SATURDAY Night US Time / 12:15am SUNDAY KABUL TIME

0230 AM- KABUL TIME ZONE- PULACHARKE: al-Qaida and Taliban terrorists, now surrounded and barricaded into BLOCK 2 (Jack and his men are in BLOCK 2 ANNEX) have set the prison on fire in an attempt to keep Northern Alliance troops from assaulting. Ok, we know terrorists are dangerous, but we had no idea they were this stupid. Is anyone really that stupid? You barricade yourself in to make a final stand, and then you light your OWN defensive position on fire? Let ‘em burn. Unfortunately, pressure from the palace has forced Northern Alliance commanders to bring in water tankers to put out the fire instead of letting the idiots burn themselves to death and save us from fighting them again when Karzai releases them.

Once again, the Northern Alliance, which was abandoned by the US State Department, is coming to the rescue and stopping the terrorists when Karzai fails. Our vote is to let Jack and his guys loose in there and let them kill every last one of the terrorist bastards. And then, as Jack said from Pulacharke an hour ago, “let the Northern Alliance put Karzai on trial for war crimes.” Or better yet, someone needs to take Karzai down in an American court.

END BREAKING NEWS- 7pm SATURDAY Night US Time / 3:30am SUNDAY KABUL TIME

0600 AM- KABUL TIME ZONE- PULACHARKE: It’s daylight at Pulacharke and the terrorists are surrounded, burned, and stupid. Gunfire has subsided and the revolt is now contained to just the inner most area of Block 2 at Pulacharke. Jack and his guys are winding down, as are the Panjshir commandos and the Ministry of Interior troops (official cover for the NA). Karzai is probably trying to figure out how to use this to release all his “terrorist brothers” and Jack is probably sitting back for a cold Corona. The revolt has winded down, and absent some huge event, we will start updating every few hours as needed. The full story, detailed and with pictures, will follow tomorrow in a new post.

END BREAKING NEWS- 10:00pm SATURDAY Night US Time / 6:30am SUNDAY KABUL TIME

Free Jack Idema Blogburst

Filed under: General , Task Force Sabre 7 @ 6:02 am

If you’re looking for pieces on Jack Idema and his team, please click on this link.

Although the main reason I campaign for the release of illegally-imprisoned U.S. Special Forces soldier Jack Idema and his fellow prisoners, Brent Bennett and Ed Caraballo, is to see a gross injustice put right, it really is worth bearing in mind how valuable men like Jack are to our side in the WoT.

A common perception about the fight to rid ourselves of Islamofascism is that the hot-spot right now is Iraq, while hostilities in Afghanistan are, to all intents and purposes, over. Sadly, as the BBC reported yesterday, nothing could be further from the truth:

It is only 200km (125 miles) from Kabul to Khost, but Afghanistan’s capital has little control over this rugged border province.
Government officials in Kabul say well-armed fighters cross regularly from next-door Pakistan, but admit they can do little to stop them.
In remote areas, more than $5,000 (£2,865) in bounty money has been offered to local men to kill senior government workers, one administrator said.
“It is big money. It is al-Qaeda money and it is from the Gulf,” he said, referring to Arab supporters of al-Qaeda.

For anyone paying attention, this is precisely how al-Qaeda infiltrated Afghanistan during the Taliban era, using cash, assassination and foreign fighters to set in place the system that eventually brought about 9/11.

Grasping why history is repeating itself in this way isn’t difficult — All it has taken is for the U.S. State Department to remain stuck in the pre-9/11 mindset of containment and appeasement. Rather than rooting out all the Taliban sympathisers of importance in Afghanistan in 2001, the philosophy that came to govern post-Taliban Afghanistan was, more often than not, one of allowing members of the old regime back into the political life of the country if they agreed to ‘renounce violence’.

Now, granted, the idea of peace and reconciliation, of healing divisions after a war draws to an end, is something any reasonable person would desire. Only, here’s the problem: we are not dealing with reasonable people. Most of us woke up to that fact on the morning of 9/11, but not, it seems, the U.S. State Department or the Karzai interim government. Both have sought to appease a hard core of Islamofascists with promises of power in exchange for agreements to refrain from violence. What we’re beginning to see is just how disastrous a policy this was.

… Though Jack Idema could have told the State Department that back in 2004. We will remember, after all, that Idema and his men were arrested after they captured an ‘ex’-Taliban judge, Sidiq, who was in possession of:

  • Photographs of himself with Gulbuddin Hekmatyar
  • Bomb plans
  • Explosive detonators
  • al-Qaeda and Hezb-i-Islami documents and recruiting cards
  • A letter from Taliban leader Mullah Omar

The State Department and Karzai interim government reacted to this arrest by handing Idema over to the very terrorist elements he’d been hunting. This was done in a desperate, and desperately misguided, bid to smooth ruffled feathers and keep the ‘peace process’ on track.

Two years later, we can see the results of this strategy as entire sections of Afghanistan fall back under the control of Islamofascists, and foreign-funded jihadists pour across the border from Pakistan. If this proves anything, it’s that Idema and the Northern Alliance’s distrust of ‘former’ terrorists was entirely appropriate. Moreover, as the recent shift in power from Karzai to the Northern Alliance shows, ordinary Afghans, too, want the Taliban’s bloody hands removed from the levers of power once and for all.

Here’s Jack, writing just after elections handed power over to the Northern Alliance:

What did you expect? Did you expect Afghan families to vote for the return of the whip and rod? During their brief time in power, the Taliban denied the people all human rights, abolished music and song, televisions and pictures; even personal pictures. All males had to wear turbans and could not cut their beards—violations were met with beatings and executions. Females had no rights except the right to be stoned in public until dead for even a minor infraction. The Taliban closed all schools and medical centers, and established the Ministry of Good and Evil to enforce their belief system on the entire country; everyone had been whipped at least once. To possess any picture, even a gum wrapper with a cartoon on it, meant you violated Islam, and that required a beating. Fly a kite, go to jail. Trim your beard, go to jail. Let your wife go shopping alone, go to jail. Sports were outlawed so they used the Kabul Soccer Stadium to execute women– hey, don’t waste resources. Oh yeah, the Afghan people were going to vote for these psychos again.

It’s high time Idema was released so he can continue working to fulfil the wishes of both the American and Afghan people — To rout the Taliban and make sure they never get close to political power again.

So what can we do? Well, anyone reading this with their own blog can sign up for the weekly Free Jack Idema Blogburst by emailing Cao or Rottweiler Puppy for details. I’d urge everyone to do this, as we’re still terribly short on takers. If you want to know more about the story, Cao’s Blog has a large section devoted to Jack Idema. The month of Muharram–waging cartoon jihad

Filed under: General , Terrorism and Islam @ 3:31 am

Muslims are required to follow the teachings of the Prophet Mohamed, and to follow the Qu’ran. In some cases “things changed” and the Prophet Mohamed changed his instructions.

While watching all the fighting and rioting in the streets over the cartoons, it has me wondering.

In his final sermon, the day before he died, Islam teaches that the Prophet Mohamed said the following:

“With Allah the months are twelve; four of them are holy; three of these are successive and one occurs singly between the months of Jumaada and Sha’ban.”

The month between Jumaada and Sha’aban is the month of Ragab.

The other three months when fighting and warfare are strictly forbidden by Islamic shari’a are Dhul-Qi’dah (”month of rest”), Dhul-Hijjah (”month of Hajj”), and Muharram (“forbidden”). So, there are four months during which no warfare is allowed, it also has been confirmed in the Quran (9:36).

Islam teaches that the Prophet Mohamed specifically said that there was to be no fighting and warfare during these months. He said this in his last sermon. It’s pretty safe to assume, since he died the next day, that he didn’t change this command.

How come it’s ok for Muslims to riot and fight during those months? That burned out KFC and the angry mobs sure looked like the results of fighting to me. And it’s certainly the month of Muharram.

Do you get to pick and choose which Islamic laws you follow?

Do you get to pick and choose when to follow them?

Woops, apparently Mohamed himself got to pick and choose. According to the verse (9:05) quoted above, when sacred months have passed it becomes an obligation for Muslims to go out and kill some pagans. This is not self-defense but sadism.

Interestingly, Mohamed himself fought many wars during those sacred months. The first war, “The battle of Badr” took place on the 12th day of Ramadan, 2 A.H.………, Muhammad attacked Bani Muhaarin and Bani Thalaba, in the month of Muharram, 4 A.H …… Egypt was conquered by Umar in the month of Dhul-Hijjah…… Muhammad was an extremely active person and he did not take rest in the month of Dhul-Qidah either. The famous battle of Khandaq (trench) happened in the month of Dhul-Qidah, 5 A.H…….. Rajab means “to respect”, but Muhammad did not respect the Quran either, the last battle of his life, “The battle of Tabook” occurred in the month of Rajab, 9 A.H.

1. Muharram
2. Safar
3. Rabi’ al-awwal (Rabi’ I)
4. Rabi’ al-thani (Rabi’ II)
5. Jumada al-awwal (Jumada I)
6. Jumada al-thani (Jumada II)
7. Rajab
8. Sha’ban
9. Ramadan
10. Shawwal
11. Dhu al-Qi’dah
12. Dhu al-Hijjah

Each month starts when the lunar crescent is first seen (by a human observer’s eye) after a new moon. FYI–The New Year started on January 31.

Fairtax Blogburst

“I believe that, in both spirit and substance, our tax system has come to be un-American. Death and taxes may be inevitable, but unjust taxes are not. The first American Revolution was sparked by an unshakable conviction — taxation without representation is tyranny. Two centuries later, a second American revolution for hope and opportunity is gathering force again — a peaceful revolution, but born of popular resentment against a tax system that is unwise, unwanted, and unfair.”

Ronald Reagan (”Address to the Nation on Tax Reform,” May 28, 1985)

President Ronald Reagan’s words can be construed as prophetic in the context of where we stand today in America. Though this rhetoric was uttered some twenty years ago, we are still faced with a bent, battered, and broken tax system. Illustrative of how bi-partisan support can forge something unique and powerful, President Reagan’s tax reforms did not just represent a triumph for his Administration. It represented what could be done when Americans decide something must be done. Democrats and Republicans, Conservatives, Liberals, and Libertarians can work together for the benefit of America. In continuing with the prescient theme President Reagan espoused, the American spirit is at its most fruitful epoch when Americans stand united; this has been the essence of who we truly are since the inception of this great nation.

The American Spirit has always been one that embraces individual choice and personal freedoms. The essence of who we are stems from our pursuit of happiness, which is why our capitalistic society has always spawned an entrepreneurial spirit ; unequivocal in efficiency and innovation. Though admittedly, we have experienced ups and downs, and times of economic dismay and downturn, nevertheless America has remained the steadfast beacon of hope and freedom the world over because we never lose sight of our ideals and dreams.

Americans usually find ways to circumvent events and enactments that no less stifle and work against it. The 16th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States wrought just such promulgation; “Income” taxes represent one of the worst experiments this great country has attempted. It is a testament unto ourselves that we have overcome the shackles that this system places on the best of all of us. As T. Coleman Andrews, a former Commissioner for Internal Revenue, stated,

“As matters now stand, if our children make the most of their capabilities and training, they have to give most of it to the tax collector and so become slaves of the government. People cannot pull themselves by the bootstraps anymore because the tax collector gets the boots and the straps as well. The income tax is bad because it is oppressive to all the discriminates particularly against those people who prove themselves most adept at keeping the wheels of business turning and creating maximum employment and a high standard of living for their fellow men. I believe that a better way to raise revenue not only can be found by must be found because I am convinced that the present system is leading us right back to the very tyranny from which those, who established this land of freedom, risked their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor to forever free themselves.”

What is curious about these words, is that they resound that much more for he was the head of this institution, and they were spoken at his resignation as IRS Commissioner in 1955. How many more generations must endure the reins being pulled, and the burden of the shackles from our present system? The time is now for something new, a system forged and worthy of our American Spirit.

alt=The Fair Tax will present each and every American with a renewed since of individuality and freedom of choice; for that choice will be invigorated without the burden being weighed on what Americans work so hard for. No longer will Americans have the disincentive to relegate how much they work, and bring home to their families. The Fair Tax will bring many benefits, not the least of which would be:

  • The American Economy as we know it will have no restraints with which to grapple, and will have the very sky as our only limitation
  • No more will we have to worry about the exportation of American companies and their most important progeny: jobs. The lone incentive will, again, be the beacon that is America
  • Americans will be given a choice. Their choice will be to save as much or as little of their money as they want, and correspondingly, this will mean they will be taxed on what they want for the choice to spend – on new items only! – will be the choice to experience tax
  • The specter of inefficiency will be virtually eliminated from the US economy; this will re-invigorate our domestic corporations and allow those corporations to perform their essential function
  • The Fair Tax will almost assuredly become the great equalizer in the realms of reining in on those who avoid, legally and illegally, and those that evade paying their respective share of taxes to the public coffers.

What this blogburst hopes to secure is the recognition of this alternative, the recognition of the best hope for America in the 21st century. We hope to invigorate and add to what Representative Linder and Neal Boortz began with their National Best Seller, “The Fair Tax Book.” In doing this, we hope to raise the level of awareness to this alternative… there is a better way. We invite questions, whether via e-mail or comments on the blogs participating in this blogburst. Further, we hope to illustrate some of the inadequacies of our current tax structure and where the Fair Tax would be more beneficial.

We look forward to the dialog that will ensue. Americans once sought liberty when they were burdened with taxes without the benefit of representation. Today, we find ourselves shackled with an unfair tax system in spite of representation. We believe that the Fair Tax will alleviate this problem. Join us!
