The North American Union, SPP, and NASCO: Erasing America’s Borders

Our government has undertaken some monumental legislation that fully impacts the American way of life, our freedom, and our sovereignty. The purpose of such legislation is to homogenize Canada, Mexico, and the United States into a North American Union - and we’re all going to sleep through it.

Have you heard of a little-known program called the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America? This tri-lateral partnership was signed by President Bush last year without Congressional oversight or public approval. Opponents of the SPP have called it NAFTA on steroids - and we all know how disastrous NAFTA has been for everyone except Mexico. It also appears to be modeled on the ineffective and highly unpopular European Union (unpopular with the people, that is).

I went to the website, www.spp.gov, to begin my research. There are, indeed, no boundaries between Mexico, Canada, and the U.S. when it comes to the cooperation of financial, trade, and foreign affair departments. Though some of the PR language on the website sounds fairly benign, the commissions are picking up momentum. And you know what happens when bureaucrats start grasping at influence and power! Except that now we don’t have to just worry about our own greedy bureaucrats - but Canada’s and Mexico’s too.

This is not some weird and obscure conspiracy website, it is our government’s plan to literally give away or sell our national sovereignty. What is most galling is that we will share responsibility for security across North America. It is very conceivable that we could see our troops deployed to secure the southern border of Mexico. Yes, you read that right - not OUR unsecured warzone of a southern border - but Mexico’s border with Belize and Guatemala. That is the conclusion of an investigative report done by Lou Dobbs on CNN:

President George W. Bush, President Vicente Fox of Mexico, and former Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin agreed in March 2005 to create this union by executive regulations and agreements rather than by treaty to bypass Congress. Twenty working groups were formed and are well on their way to establishing a super-government for North America that will not be bound by our Constitution. The web site for this new bureaucracy—located at www.spp.gov—provides a look at their plans and accomplishments thus far. The plan is to have this arrangement implemented by 2010.

Behind its innocuous title, the “Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America,” the United States will surrender its Constitution. According to Jerome R. Corsi, an author and political commentator, our nation-state prerogatives would be superseded by the authority of a North American court and parliamentary body and our dollar would become the “Amero.”

Possibly the strongest leg of the SPP is NASCO - North America’s SuperCorridor Coalition - otherwise known as the NAFTA Superhighway. Airily dismissed by some public officials as internet rumors and hype and completely unaffordable, NASCO has quietly been amassing funding and already begun preliminary construction in Texas.

…already underway is the plan for a NAFTA Superhighway: 1,200 feet wide, stretching from Lazaro Cardenas on the west coast of Mexico, entering the United States at Laredo, Texas, and continuing straight north to Winnipeg, Canada, with another route to Kansas City thence north easterly to Detroit and Montreal.

Containerized goods from Asia will be offloaded onto Mexican trucks, with Mexican drivers, and distributed throughout the economic system. Go to www.nascocorridor.com to view the plan and progress. There will be no internal boundaries to restrict the flow of people, goods or services.

In fact, the first customs stop on the Superhighway will be in the heart of America - Kansas City! Along the way, primary U.S. labor unions will be by-passed in favor of Mexican labor, including the Longshoremen’s Union, the railroad United Transportation Union, and the Teamsters.

How will such a massive flow of goods and foreign traffic be monitored? According to author Jerome Corsi,

“Across the NAFTA Super-Highways will flow millions more Mexicans, now armed with North American border passes and biometric identification, as defined by the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America working groups organized within the Department of Commerce.”

Similar toll systems snaking their way from the southern and northern borders cutting through major American cities will force American citizens to submit to having RFID enabled identification cards which contain an ever-increasing array of information about their personal lives.

Illegal aliens with cloned RFID transponders will enjoy streamlined access to the US while Americans labor under the financial burden of tolls that go directly to foreign corporations and restrictions that take the right of free travel out of their hands. This and more is occurring without Congressional oversight, but is naturally funded with our state and federal tax dollars.

But our public officials are saying this could never happen, if only because it’s completely unaffordable! Not so, since foreign investment will cover any gaps that taxing the American people leaves. Additionally, the Bush administration has embarked on a policy of selling off key US infrastructure to the highest bidder - in most cases foreign owned corporations.

[K]ey players, including the investment bankers and the worldwide capital investment funds, have a plan to address these fiscal shortcomings with their own resources. On April 30, 1992, President George H.W. Bush signed Executive Order No. 12803 on infrastructure privatization, a move that cleared the way for private capital to invest in U.S. infrastructure projects, including highways.

For instance, the Indiana Toll Road, Virginia’s Pocahontas Parkway, a Texas toll road from Austin to Sequin and The Chicago Skyway have all been sold or leased for 99 years to foreign companies who will all enjoy billions in profits from American citizens forced to pay the tolls. And now the New Jersey Turnpike and the Ohio Turnpike are also under the hammer with foreign interests at the forefront of the negotiations.

An earlier Corsi article cites government websites which carry full planning details of the Super Highway. Its construction has already begun in Texas with no congressional oversight whatsoever. The Trans-Texas Corridor is being overseen by The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and the contract is owned by the Cintra corporation which in turn is owned by the King of Spain Juan Carlos. The project is being financed by the implementation of a toll that will be collected by means of GPS tracking devices installed in all vehicles and also envelops many connecting roads to the highway. Watson further adds this dire prediction, “To even be allowed to use major roads and highways, US citizens will be subject to a criminal background check and the government will have the ability to pinpoint their particular RFID signal and remotely block it from central computer mainframes - effectively abolishing freedom of mobility in America.”

President Ronald Reagan once said, “A nation without borders is not a nation.” While we’ve been looking elsewhere, our own government has implemented a comprehensive plan to erase our borders with Canada and Mexico. The NAFTA Superhighway will allow vehicles, people and goods to travel from Mexico, into the American heartland, and up to Canada with little impediment, making America’s borders obsolete. Coupled with Bush’s blanket amnesty program, the new North American Union and the NAFTA Superhighway (NASCO) will fully expedite the wholesale dismantling of American sovereignty. It would seem that the while the rest of the world is already lining up to get their piece of the American pie, Americans will be the last to know. It is happening quietly and behind our backs, while our attention is fully engaged by the War on Terror, the upcoming elections, and our personal lives.

I thought this article from Forbes was quite interesting, talking about Saddam’s wife and 41-year old daughter who are being sought for being on the Iraqi government’s most wanted list, along with the new leader of al-Qaida in Iraq.

Saddam’s wife, Sajida Khairallah Tulfah, was No. 17, just behind the ousted leader’s eldest daughter, Raghad. Sajida is believed to be in Qatar, and Raghad lives in Jordan, where she was given refuge by King Abdullah II.

“We have contacted all the neighboring countries and they know what we want. Some of these countries are cooperating with us,” al-Rubaie said. “We will chase them inside and outside Iraq. We will chase them one after the other.”

Iraqi officials have long alleged that Saddam’s relatives who fled the country have been financing insurgent groups linked to the former ruling Baath party. Raghad has played a leading role in organizing her father’s legal defense against charges stemming from his 23-year rule.

The No. 1 spot on the list went to Izzat Ibrahim al-Douri, formerly Saddam’s top lieutenant and the highest-ranking regime figure to elude capture. The U.S. has offered $10 million for al-Douri, who is alleged to be among the key organizers of the insurgency.

Although U.S. and Iraqi officials often draw attention to religious extremists in the insurgency, such as the members of al-Qaida in Iraq, most of those on the list had close links to Saddam’s regime. They include Baath party leaders, intelligence officials and Republican Guard officers.

No. 30 on the list is Abu Ayyub al-Masri, also known as Abu Hamza al-Muhajer, who was endorsed by Osama bin Laden as leader of al-Qaida’s operations in Iraq in an audiotape posted Saturday on the Internet.

The government offered a $50,000 reward for al-Masri. Last week, the U.S. administration approved a reward up to $5 million for al-Masri, who is believed to be Egyptian.

I just keep noticing that Jordan seems to be a safeplace for these people and some of them have studied or taught in Jordan.

National security, jobs and wages, energy independence, affordable health care, retirement security and college for all!!!!

So let’s translate from leftspeak to reality speak.

National security = Appeasement. You can’t tell me they’re actually serious about fighting Islamists or securing our borders, or object to dangerous NY Times revelations.

Energy independence? This is democrats’ code speak for government-mandated small cars; no one wants, gas lines and higher gas taxes. It also means tens of millions of taxpayer dollars sent to colleges and universities to study alternate fuels, and quite possibly a nice little windfall tax on energy companies to top things off!

Affordable health care = socialized medicine. Not much else on this one.

Retirement security = huge increases in Social Security taxes to fund this bankrupt program with a poor return on our money. They were simply mortified at the proposition of our controlling our own investments for retirement, they believe YOU ARE TOO STUPID TO MANAGE YOUR OWN MONEY.

College for all = 100% taxpayer-funded government schools.

So really, their 6 points boil down to 3. Appease the Islamic terrorists and Mexicans running across the borders, raise taxes and grow government. Since it’s all more of the same, this is unlikely to energize anybody but their kook base.

Besides, they forget their 7th most important point: we hate George Bush.

As I’ve said before, we have seen a progression of denials of constitutional rights, due process and international law protections for our own boys–starting as far as I can see, back in 2004 with the case of Jack Idema, Brent Bennett and Ed Caraballo. Then we had the horrifying case of Pantano who was accused of murdering 4 “innocent Iraqis” and was in a fight for his life. Now we have the case of the Innocent 8 in the Hamdaniyah incident, where they’re not only being denied due process, and sitting in cells about the size of your bathroom, but have been denied the evidence that could clear them.

What I don’t understand is how our boys in the military could possibly be expected to pay for their defense, and forensice experts, etc. But it appears as though that is the case.

What I’d like to know is–who is lobbying on the behalf of these other boys? I’ve only seen 3 websites put up in support of the marines in this incident. Does that mean the rest have been left out in the cold?

WHY aren’t forensic patholigists like a Michael Baden, for example jumping all over the opportunity to do this in such an important case, pro bono?

Here is the post that Kit made, giving you contact information, cautioning everyone that if you intend to make contact, make sure you’re respectful, and offers the following questions:

* How far should America go to protect the right of due process for its citizens–especially those citizens who have volunteered to go into harm’s way? If anyone in this country deserves the rights outlined in the Constitution, wouldn’t it be first and foremost the ones who bled for them?

* The government is spending approximately $1 million of your money on a Media Center for the MSM to come watch their show. And yet they don’t have the resources to make sure these men have the defense they deserve and are entitled to?

* Why, if the prosecution had/has a case, weren’t the charges filed immediately? Why were these men held, in solitary confinement, in shackles, for three weeks without being charged with a crime?

* Why does the defense not have access to the documents and materials it needs to make its case? Why is the prosecution saying the investigation is “not complete?” If it’s not complete, why are the men being held at all? This whole situation could have been over by now, had the government followed UCMJ procedure.

* Is there reason to believe that by delaying the site visit, the expense, security and logistical support required will be diminished? When do they think it would be appropriate? How long are these men going to sit in solitary confinement?

As Kit mentions, it is uncomfortable to confront a controversial story like this, and some things are difficult to talk about. But some courageous bloggers ought to do the next right thing. Considering what the media has done to smear them, I have no doubt what a nightmare this must be for them. But I am not stranger to controversy, or standing for what I believe is right.

What I’m concerned about is the rest of these boys…how they are getting along, and if their families are fighting for them, in touch with them, and do they have any support? I have heard nothing about the other 5.

* Send them letters. One of the things that lifts their spirits more than anything while confined in the brig is to hear from Americans who believe in them, who honor them and pray for them and support them. It costs a few cents to send a letter and it means the world to them. Please, if you do nothing else, do this.

* Contribute to their defense fund. Civilian attorneys, even at discounted rates, cost money. Experts cost money. These men are literally fighting for their lives, and can use everything you can possibly give. Their families are cleaning out retirement funds, refinancing homes, and doing everything they possibly can to scrape enough money so their sons and husbands get a fair trial, but this dog-and-pony show looks like it will go on a while.

* Send them books. What if you were in an 8×8 cell for 23 hours a day and were innocent? Sending these guys things to read can at the very least keep time moving for them. PFC John Jodka likes conservative political books, like Ann Coulter and Sean Hannity. He just finished reading Ilario Pantano’s Warlord. Keep in mind that if you do send books, they need to come directly from Barnes & Noble, Amazon, etc., so you’ll need to send them as a gift. They can share books, as well, so sending one of them a book means that the other men will probably be able to read it as well.

* Call your Congressmen and Senators. Start with the Armed Services Committee (the HASC is here). This is perhaps the most important. Email them. Fax them. Tell them that you demand an independent congressional hearing into the rights violations that the Innocent 8 are being subjected to. The men did not give up their Constitutional rights when they raised their right hands, and even the UCMJ has provisions built into it to give accused servicemembers basic rights during an investigation, Article 32, and subsequent court-martial. These rights are being ignored.

* Tell your family and friends about the case. I cannot stress this enough. Inform people. Let them know. Talk about it. Post the story on your websites, or send it out to your email list. If you can send forwards about flowers and hugs and an occasional warning about kidnappers, then you can send this. This is a life or death fight, and it affects you.

* Talk to the media. Little towns all over America have local papers. The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, and Washington Post are beyond help, but there are hundreds of thousands of publications in this country, many of them run by good, American citizens who love their country and would be amazed and appalled to see the treatment these men are receiving. Submit letters to the editor. Write a guest column. Start a blog. Something.

* Organize a rally. Even a few people can make a difference. There have been rallies held outside Camp Pendleton for the last six weeks, every Saturday.

* Call into talk radio shows. Rush, Hannity, Beck, all of them. Call in, email them. Talk to them about this. Make sure they cover it.

Those are just some of the things we can do to make a difference.

The FairTax would be the largest transfer of power from politicians to the people since the United States was formed. Politicians aren’t going to do this unless their jobs are on the line, let’s send them a strong message that their jobs are, in fact, on the line.

The Smear Jack Cabal sure seems to be busy on the internet chasing down anyone who might be reporting a different point of view from Stacy Sullivan’s and Mariah Blake’s.

All you have to do is go over to the Stuporpatriots to read just a portion of it. And that doesn’t include all the troll droppings they’ve left on discussion boards like Socnet.

This screams of desperation to me. When Jack gets out of Pulacharke, you can bet that this crap is going to come to a swift end. The only reason that it’s happening in the first place is because he’s in the situation he’s in today, and that’s disgusting.

I’m reproducing this comment here from Blackfive as a testament to who Jack Idema really is, as a refresher for the cabal that there is opposition to their propaganda which is growing, and the reassuring fact that the truth will get out, no matter what you say. You can even go so far as to discredit Jim Morris as not being who he claims to be, too, but that doesn’t alter the truth:

Uncle Jimbo was given a lot in this comment and through email to pursue the truth. If he doesn’t, then as far as I’m concerned, he’s just another idiot sitting behind a computer screen trashing the reputation of Jack Idema, just like the Smear Jack Cabal.

Funny how people won’t post their name when they claim SF backgrounds. Never been to this blog, but been following the story of Idema on Cao’s Blog. I do notice those Halo wings, and assume Jimbo, that you are former SF or Ranger (just checked- you’re a SOF MSG). It can be said, that few real SF types (I include SEALs, Rangers, etc) surf the net all day or spend their time on blogs. That’s why I stopped visiting sites like Socnet, too many fakes and crybabies spending their lives insulting others.

I do know Idema, and he is a loudmouth ass, at times. He is also one of the best weapons Sergeants to ever serve in SF. He is a patriot, and has brass balls, probably some of his problem. I know that he was never in a Rigger Shed, ever. Call CSM Bud Odonnell in Fayetteville, NC, dont know his number, but he lives off Riley Road, and he’s in the book. Bud knows every rigger in SF, and he knows Idema. He shoot that myth to hell and back. That Rigger myth started because he designed the current SF Assault Vest 20 years ago and is used to diminish Idema’s real record.

If you want to find out about Idema, you personally, and your SEAL compatriot, send me an email and will give you, on the agreement that you don’t post the info, the names and numbers of more than one dozen SF and SEALs who worked with him, all above the rank E-8 and O-5. As I see it, a small group of fakes, posing under numerous alias’, have been waging a very successful internet war against him. I imagine he pissed them off at some time in his life, and that is not a big leap if you know Idema personally. A former team leader of his posted his evaluation on a website sometime ago, and it was verified in an official letter, it said something to the effect of: “Idema can be abrasive and hard to deal with, but I prefer a mustang to a plow horse, and when the going gets tough, he is the man I want standing next to me.”

That says volumes about the man. The guy that wrote that is elderly now, and rather poor health, but I will send you his name and number if you want it. Spend the 50 cents and give the guy a call. Major Jim Morris, who wrote WAR STORY, and is a true hero, four Bronze Stars with V/Device and four purple hearts, has already come out publicly on the issue, and you might want to ask him about Idema, because it seems Morris is viciously pro-Idema. Command Sergeant Major Alex Schwarcbher, and Sergeant Major Dan Studley at SOCOM were in SF school with Idema, one as school NCO and one as a fellow student, both decorated heroes. Both have come out publicly, also supporting Idema with high praise and real facts. Both say he is a pain in the ass and often obnoxious, and both say when the bullets fly, they Idema at their side. Most blogs don’t have the ability to find, talk to, or relate to these types of people. You, apparently do.

I also know that Jack Idema has something others don’t, and that is proof. Another small group of SF troopers have done their share to stop the BS on blogs and put up photos of Idema during his career and operations. All of that defeats the paper tiger words of those that are waging this blog war against him. At the risk of pissing you off, I will include to link,s which I just reviewed:

Feel free to delete them from my post if you want. The Superpatriots website is pretty bold and in your face and out there, but you just cant argue with pictures and videos, all of which support all of the good things often said about Idema, and all of which debunk these anonymous posters filling the blogs with hyperbole and disinformation.

I think you owe to yourself, and your readers to check out those pages.

At the risk of rambling, I just want to say that it’s very easy to say an army of SOF types are standing against him, but I have yet to see any use their names, or verify their background. I would very much like to see one of them say something to his face at an SF reunion. That, knowing Jack Idema, could get very interesting.

I am asking a Master Sergeant who was in 11th Group during the short time Idema was there, I think as an advisor, to read this blog and comment. No doubt, Idema’s detractors will call it bullshit, but this MSG has an unimpeachable record.

I am also asking several others to contact you. Some will not want the exposure with the press, and may not, but I am sure others will, ones who you can verify as real and not cyber posers.

I will leave you with this, no matter what the case, or argument, he and his men are Americans, they were convicted by a Taliban judge, and it appears they were denied any defense, or witnesses, or evidence. They were originally going to be sentenced to death for saving Karzai’s political opponent, then it went to ten or twenty years, and the Afghan Minister of Justice admits the were found innocent in a second trial but not released. That alone is frightening. So I ask those “former Special Forces” heroes posting anonymously, that even if Idema is the devil himself, am I to understand that you support a Taliban court, and the suspension of all international protections of law and justice?

Maybe those wannabees are just jealous, that is not a leap, or maybe they need to re-evaluate their definition of justice and freedom.

I want to leave you with one final thought. We live and die by the credo Leave No Man Behind. So here is a short anecdote. I knew Idema in 80’s but really got to know him in the 90s. A former commander of his, Colonel George Marecek, DSC, and one of the most decorated war veterans in SF history, was in trouble, charged with killing his wife. Marachek had been a hard ass in SF, and the community was quick to turn on Marecek and destroy a man that only a short time before had been their hero. Marecek, as I understand it, called Idema and asked for his help. A Colonel, asking an NCO, to save him, or at least help him. Pretty much everyone else had deserted Marecek. Some might say it was just another criminal, helping a fellow criminal, both of who disgraced SF. I see it differently. Idema was the only one in the community, and that includes me, not to desert George. He brought many others to his cause quickly, including Son Tay Raiders, SOG, and other SOF vets. Idema spent every dime he had a year of his life trying to defend Marecek. He truly believed Marecek was innocent, and came up with undercover tapes and video proving Marecek was innocent. He found what he claimed, and the Detriot Police Department agreed with, was the real killer of Marecek’s wife. In the end, Marecek lost. He just could not lose that persona of a “Green Beret killer.” Idema lost too, just about everything he had. My point is that Idema will go into hell for his friends, and he will gladly send his enemies there. Yeah, he’s an asshole, but he is a righteous asshole.

If Uncle Jimbo doesn’t follow these leads, IMO, he’s an asshole just like Murtha or Kerry who claims he wore a uniform some time in his life. We will see if he’s willing to do the legwork (as I have) to get down to the truth in this matter. Which begs the question; why is Matt letting him post his crud over there when he’s not doing any fact checking? People should stop to consider just exactly why Blackfive is so popular when at least one poster is a shill for the Smear Jack Cabal. Who knows what other line of bullshit he’s falling for.

As for me, I’ve witnessed and interviewed enough people to be a champion for the Idema cause, much to the dismay of known frauds like Joe Cafasso aka Gerry Blackwood, TP Warrington, Ed Artis, and all the rest– and I will not stop just because they have a personal vendetta against him. Somewhere you have to a voice of reason on this, and these guys surely aren’t it.

Riggers are not Green Berets, except in a rare circumstance where a Green Beret takes command, such as First Sergeant or CO of a Rigger Platoon. These are considered Support Personnel, and are assigned to Support Companies, such as Service Company, Rigger Platoon, Headquarters Company. Support personnel, such as Riggers, do NOT go into combat, recruit, train, and lead indigenous armies and take part in unconventional, covert, or clandestine operations. This is not to say that some Green Berets do not know how to pack chutes, many do, especially the Military Free Fall (MFF) Qualified Green Berets and sport skydivers. And everyone does external checks on their chutes, but I would rather jump a chute packed by a professional that does it all day long before I do it myself, because it is a technical skill which requires a high degree of proficiency. In fact, I watched Jack (Keith) Idema let someone else pack his chute at a Raeford Skydiving site years ago. Obviously he didn’t want to fuck with it.

Contrary to Blog lies and newspaper reports,
Jack Idema is not, and never was a Rigger.

Jumpmaster Wings

I do know for a fact that he is a Jumpmaster, and graduated Jumpmaster School at Fort Bragg which means he is qualified to do your equipment check, rig a plane or chopper, and throw you out of an airplane, but NOT qualified to pack your parachute which is what Riggers do. I know this because I first met him when I was a very young Ranger buck sergeant and he did my MACO briefing before a jump at SOT (it was SFs highly classified hostage rescue and counter-terrorist course at Mott Lake). I walked away thinking, this guy is a no joke bad ass. I have never changed that opinion. I have volunteered to help on the SuperPatriots website because I owe my career to Jack Idema. When I left SOT all I thought about was leaving Ranger Battalion and going to the Special Forces Course and doing the kind of stuff he was doing. I have not left Special Forces since I graduated the course about two years later. I met a Marine Lance Corporal once that left the Marine Corps and joined the Army to become a Green Beret. He did it because he met Jack Idema, his name was Orlowski. I can probably count a dozen people like that which I know. So imagine how many there really are.

There is more than meets the eye on this case, and it’s too bad that Jimbo is willing to accept the blogger and MSM lies on this. Further, they insult me in comments for being a ‘civilian’ who doesn’t know anything military.

But if you look at the crap they’re flinging back and forth in comments over there, it would seem that a civilian might be the only type of person who can parse through what’s really going on here.

It seems to me that civilians who believe in our military are responsible for fighting for them because there is so much in fighting even between the guys in the field as opposed to those who are relegated to working behind a computer - that’s it’s ridiculous.

There has long been a disparity and a professional jealousy between guys like TP Warrington and Guys like Jack Idema. Warrington is sitting behind a computer; Idema is fighting the terrorists face-to-face like a real Green Beret which is what he is; who has recruited a domestic indigenous force and stands with the United States’ former Allies, the Northern Alliance, in spite of the fact that the American Government itself has turned its back on our former allies.

I have never seen so much nasty venom as that which has been aimed me for taking up this story! But what’s showing up in Blackfive’s comments section is the same group of people quoted in Mariah Blake’s piece, Tin Soldier. Blackfive might as well print up that piece in its entirety and then post at the bottom that they won’t look at anything but the lies that were put forward in that piece.

What I’m noticing is the hatred and infighting between the military branches, and the myopic mocking hatred that these individuals are slinging at each other. Surely when we’re at war people shouldn’t be behaving in that way! If they’re going to say that Jack Idema is an asshole so he deserves to be in jail, that’s the same line of thinking as Menchaca and Tucker were assholes, so they deserved what they got. It’s idiotic.

Maybe it takes a civilian like me without a preconceived notion as to what the story is- to cut through the bullshit.

Hell, I’ll just reproduce that below. Suffice it to say I’m disheartened and disappointed in Blackfive for buying into the negative spin on Idema, and particularly Jimbo who is probably discovering behind the scenes the legitimacy of the people who stand for Jack. If he’s not, I have to wonder why he thinks he’s qualified to blog-if he’s not interested in the truth and would rather stand by the slogan ‘Jack Idema is an ass and deserves to be where he is’.

Maybe Uncle Jimbo should check out the Stuporpatriots website and take a look at the other things the Smear Jack Cabal is saying about Idema and anyone who stands in support of him, like me.

What I don’t understand is why didn’t Uncle Jimbo look at the IP address of my comment which clearly shows that it was me? Or is the person who complained about my comment someone who thinks that everything I have to say is BS and has convinced Uncle Jimbo of that? And who is that individual, lol? Might it be the same individual or individuals who have been threatening me for continuing with this story in the past?

Aren’t we allowed another point of view at Blackfive when we disagree with a poster?

At any rate, I’ve been able to pick out just about every single “source” that Mariah Blake used in her Tin Soldier piece over there. In that light, this ‘discussion’ is one-sided and highly amusing.

And a little about TP Warrington.

Warrington has left on Amazon.com, his ‘review’ or ‘recommendation’ of the “Hunt for Bin Laden”, saying don’t buy it because Jack is a fraud. You might, if you’re interested enough in the story, and after you’ve read up on it a bit like I have, be able to pick out in the negative reviews of the book, the other smear jack cabal members trying to persuade people not to buy that book.

None of their efforts have change history; it was still on the NYT Best Seller list.

Warrington wrote an email accusing Jack of bombing civilians from mosques (maybe he got confused after watching Geraldo Rivera on FOX News talking about friendly fire in Kandahar). Warrington now claims he is a “terror consultant” but gives no employer. Well, “terror consultants” today are a dime a dozen, the question is have they ever really fought terrorists? Warrington was long out of the Army before Special Forces “Anti-Terrorist teams” were formed, but Sullivan (in her article) forgot to check this out, also referring to Warrington as a “Deputy Commander” of a Special Forces counterterrorism unit. In reality, Warrington was an assistant team leader (that means he had ten men in his “command” and eight that actually had to listen to him). His boss was a Captain, and anyone that knows anything about Special Forces knows Captains don’t have much to say in the scheme of things. His team was a ski team in Massachusetts, not a counter-terrorist team, although it makes for good bullshit at a bar.

AT LEAST ONE KILLED DURING SHOOTING AT SEATTLE JEWISH FEDERATION

At least five people were shot - one fatally - this afternoon at the Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle by a man a witness said was upset about “what was going on in Israel.”

Well if that’s all he’s upset about, maybe he should do something more about it–like go over there and join up with Hezbollah and get the hell out of this country. It’s really no surprise that someone here in the United States would pull a stunt like that. After all, the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.

Haq’s father, Mian A. Haq, was a founding member of the Islamic Centre of Tri-Cities in Richland, said center member Youseff Shehadeh. He described the younger Haq as a loner who attended holidays at the center but was barely involved in recent years.

Naveed Haq’s parents moved into a new suburb in Pasco less than three years ago after living in nearby Richland for more than a decade, said Maureen Hales, a neighbor. Mian Haq was involved in an Islamic center in Richland, but he did not discuss his religion with his neighbors, said Hales.

She said she had not seen Naveed Haq, but found his parents and his younger brother, Hasan, to be “quite enjoyable.” The two families exchanged food, and Maureen Hales said she watches the Haqs’ house when they’re away.

Naveed Haq lived in an apartment building at 2924 Nassau St. in Everett until about two weeks ago, when he abruptly left, said tenant Chris Richey. The landlady told Richey that Haq was heading to Pakistan. Richie often talked with Haq about guns and politics, though little stuck out. Richey said Haq didn’t like President Bush.

Looks as though the Religion of Peace has taught him well how to wage a jihad against the infidel.

LOS ANGELES, California (CNN) — A gunman opened fire Thursday at Los Angeles International Airport while standing in line at the ticket counter of Israel’s El Al Airlines, officials said, killing two and wounding four others before an airline security officer shot him dead.

Authorities identified the gunman as 41-year-old Hesham Mohamed Hadayet, who came to the United States from Egypt in 1992 and had been living in Irvine, California, for the last two years.

Hadayet was not a U.S. citizen but had a “green card” that allowed him to work in the U.S., authorities said. The gunman’s identity was obtained through fingerprints and records on file with the state Department of Motor Vehicles, which had issued Hadayet a license to drive a limousine, the FBI said.

It took the feds nearly a year to attribute that one to terrorism. But I’m also reminded of the halal murders of the Christian Copts in New Jersey, and the media and official denials that went with them.

The last shooting at a U.S. airport was in May when a Pensacola, Florida, man opened fire at a ticket counter at the main airport in New Orleans, killing one person and wounding another.

Authorities said Patrick Gott, a Muslim man who was charged in the shooting, told them he opened fire because people had made fun of his turban at a restaurant shortly before he went to the airport.

Michelle Malkin points out some of the ridiculous media spin on it; discounting or downplaying the islamist ideology that played a part and declaring that this young fellow ‘has mental problems’.

A law-enforcement source identified the arrested suspect as Naveed Afzal Haq, 30, who until recently had lived in Everett, and said Haq apparently has a history of mental illness…

And how many times have we heard that before about similar cases involving domestic incidents of terrorism?

Oh, I don’t know, how about here.

And there are many others, because they’re living in a dream world where Islamofascists don’t exist.

I think some in the media who are reporting these things in a politically correct manner should take a closer look and call a spade a spade. By skirting the Islamfascist angle, they are not helping the public understand what it is we’re facing.

David Gomez, the assistant special agent-in-charge of the Seattle FBI office, said there is “nothing to indicate he is part of a larger organization.”

Gomez has been drinking koolaid, obviously. Everyone’s afraid of pointing out what’s actually happening with terrorism right here within our borders and mosques-and defining precisely what the goals of the Islamofascists truly are; world domination and to fly the flag of their moon god over the whitehouse.

There are quite a few Jew Haters all across the world who are joining the Islamofascists ideoligcally in saying that Israel has no right to exist and it’s perfectly ok for Hezbollah to attack them, Israel should be practicing ‘restraint’ in response. That is really goofy, but this entire thing is goofy and the news reports make me puke.

Well it comes at no surprise to us at Stop The ACLU and Wide Awakes Radio that the American Civil Liberties Union is opposed to passage of H.R. 2679, the Public Expression of Religion Act of 2005.

A review of the bill is as follows:

PERA would eliminate the ability for judges to award attorney’s fees compensation to groups like the ACLU in Establishment Clause cases only. These fees where originally authorized by CONGRESS so that good attorneys wouldn’t be dissuaded from accepting civil rights cases pro bono.

But in the hands of the ACLU it has become a source of income for the organization. In any other type of lawsuit, ie: personal injury, the attorney’s fee if any comes out of the settlement with their client if they prevail. But not under the law authorizing these fees.

The ACLU actively shops around for reasons to challenge any public displays of religion in order to collect these “attorneys’ fees”. This has led to a systematic removal of your Constitutional protections under the 1st Amendment to freely exercise your religious beliefs. They accomplish this by judge shopping. They shop for a district to present a case in. A district in which one of their “best buddies” activist judges will hear the case and more often than not, rule in the favor of the ACLU.

The ACLU prefers to bring these types of lawsuits against cities, towns, and states which are usually cash strapped. First it is a matter of sending a letter to the governing body recommending that they cease and desist from further allowing public displays of religion. That if they fail to do so, it will cost the city, town, or state massive amounts of money to defend against them in court. And usually, a city or town is likely to not challenge. They will capitulate to the will of the ACLU. But if it does come to trial and they prevail, the amounts awarded to the prevailing party are often compounded by the amounts awarded to the ACLU attorney(s) for fees that had they NOT prevailed, would have gone uncollected.

This is extortion. Do what we tell you or something bad is going to happen. Pure unadulterated extortion.

It is these practices that the Public Display of Religion Act of 2005 (H.R. 2679) promises to eliminate so of course the ACLU would be opposed to its passage. They aren’t interested in protecting your right to freely express your religious beliefs in public.

From the ACLU’s News Release on H.R. 2679 dated 07.26.06:

The American Civil Liberties Union today urged the House Judiciary Committee to reject H.R. 2679, the “Public Expression of Religion Act of 2005″ (PERA). The panel is expected to vote on the legislation today [meaning Wednesday - in committee]. The bill would bar the recovery of attorneys’ fees to citizens who win lawsuits asserting their fundamental constitutional and civil rights in cases brought under the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment.

“If this bill were to become law, Congress would, for the first time, single out one area protected by the Bill of Rights and prevent its full enforcement,” said Caroline Fredrickson, Director of the ACLU Washington Legislative Office. “Proponents of the measure claim that the bill is needed to protect religious freedom, when in fact, the bill would undermine it. We hope that the committee will stand for the Constitution and reject this unwise proposal.” emphasis mine

Did they actually make an argument that if the bill becomes law, Congress would single out a Constitutional protection and block it from enforcement?

WRONG!

The only thing being discussed is a law written and adopted by Congress for the awarding of the fees. And the removal of the fees from a certain kind of cases in order to remove the ability for unscrupulous people like the ACLU to abuse it. In other words, shop around for cases in order to create a money making enterprise out of the award.

The so-call establishment clause only appears one place, in the first Amendment. The leftists at the ACLU are addicted to abusing the so-call protection of separation of church and state. Which is a fantasy created by people like the ACLU in order to have grounds in which to remove religion from the public sphere. Here’s what it actually says:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. Amendment I of the United States Constitution

Where is this phantom “separation of church and state”? I don’t see it mentioned.

I do see a provision whereby the Congress of the United States is preventing from making a law which establishes a religion in the United States. The founders were escaping a government that dictated that if you didn’t follow the Church of England, you were a criminal. This is what they were trying to avoid.

I fail to see how putting a nativity scene in the public square or a cross being present on a war memorial constitutes Congress making such a law. Because Erie, PA allows the erection of a nativity scene in Perry Square doesn’t constitute Congress taking any action what-so-ever to establish a national religion.

Democrats strongly opposed the bill yesterday.

A veterans’ group, the American Legion, has pushed for the legislation out of concern that war memorials and cemeteries could be cleansed of religious symbols. Mr. Nadler called the gravestone issue a “red herring” and submitted a letter in which the ACLU said it would “vigorously defend” the rights of veterans to use any religious symbol they choose on grave markers. The letter did not address the use of Christian crosses in publicly owned group memorials or tombs for unknown soldiers.

After more than an hour of debate yesterday, the committee adjourned before taking an up-or-down vote on the bill.

But the ACLU would have you believe otherwise. Their press release continues:

The ability to recover attorneys’ fees in civil rights and constitutional cases, including Establishment Clause cases, is necessary to help protect the religious freedom of all Americans and to keep religion government-free. People who successfully prove the government has violated their constitutional rights would, under the bill, be required to pay their own legal fees — often totaling tens, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars. Few citizens can afford to do so. But more importantly citizens should not be required to do so where the court finds that the government has violated their rights and engaged in unconstitutional behavior.

The ability of the ACLU to collect attorney’s fees in establishment clause Cases does not protect your religious freedoms, it attacks them. The ACLU actively shops for these types of cases because in the hands of judges like Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the former Chief Counsel for the American Civil Liberties Union and former National Board member, the ACLU will prevail every time. And it becomes a business.

It is time that these types of abuse be brought to an end. Call, write, email, fax, and visit if you can , your Congressman and urge him to vote for the Public Expression of Religion Act of 2005 (H.R. 2679), and put an end to the abuse and prostitution of our Constitution and our Judicial Branch of government.

This came through from “Rain”s” cousin. I am trying to verify these facts with backup documentation. Rain is Rick’s former wife, who passed away. Now we not only know the circumstances under which that happened; we know that his negligence and arrogance played a part in it. Interesting how so many of the players who want to see Idema “rot in prison” are frauds like this one.

Rick Cantrell came here claiming Ed Artis is a ‘nice’ guy’. From what I’ve been able to see from court documents and his own testimony, Ed is not what he represents himself to be, either. But what do you expect? Ed Artis and Joe Cafasso share the same attorney and are joined at the hip! Last night I saw IP addresses from the Philippines in my sitemeter records, so it would seem Ed Artis and Rick Cantrell are trying to help Joe Cafasso keep the fraud going.

I think it’s too late for that, frankly.

He was married to my cousin Nancy “Rain” Green with who he had two children with. They lived in Weaverville NC where he went by the name Dr. Rick “Medicine Bear” Cantrell. Rick claimed to be native american and of course used this in his practice. Due to his medical beliefs of holistic medicine my cousin Nancy died at age 36, leaving her 16 year old son, and their 1 and 3 year olds to live with Rick. Nancy had pain in her hip and went to a Chiropractor that Rick knew. He took X rays, but missed a huge tumor on her hip.

By the time a real doctor became involved it was to late and she died. Rick was left with this family to take care of, which he did not. The 16 year old took care of the children until he went to college. At that point to keep the oldest of the two younger boys out of school to take care of the youngest on he himself diagnosed him with CP, MR and a brain tumor. The children where being left to fend for themselves, eat what they could find, which was not much. Well finally he go tired of dealing with them he took him to Nancy’s brother and left them. This is not the first family he has abonded. The children have now been leagally adopted by Nancy’s brother and his wife and are doing great. Our family did extensive research on this man. He was not is special forces, but did serve in the army. He claims he was shot in an ambush and recieved a purple heart. Untrue on his discharge papers there is no metion of a purple heart and he has no scars that could even resemble shots recieved in an ambush. Rick is also not a native american. He was adopted and from what we know he is from hispanic decent from Mexico.

Once his children got out of his grasp they have thrived. The youngest has little memories of him, thank goodness. The oldest of the two does not like to even hear his name. The children also revealed that as punishment he would punch them in the stomach, so it would not be visable, leave little markings, and could be blamed on falls. Nancy’s brother went to clean out the home he and the children had lived in after he skipped the country. In it he found filth. The roach problem was so bad they crawled out of the computer. Nancy’s brother did take the computer home. Rick claimed to have no money and had donations coming in for the oldest childs medical conditions, was scamming people on e-bay and had over $250,000 in the bank. This is the money he took with him to start his scam in the Philliappeans. He now has a new family over there. As for the two girls in the picture he claims to be his daughters that is untrue. He has a child around one and possibly one a little older. It will be only a matter of time before he has to move again due to scams and will leave this family.

So we’ve got a group of poser guys; Rick Cantrell among them, and we’ve got a bunch of elitists who aren’t bright enough to recognize what they’re dealing with, as in the case of Joe Cafasso, his new alias Gerry Blackwood, and Columbia University, Vanderbilt, and whomever else he’s managed to bamboozle.

Although he has the amazing if not unbelievable capability of broadcasting on WAR Radio from the notorious Pulacharke prison in Afghanistan, these guys are still in prison and should be released.

More evidence showing clearly that Jack Idema is exactly what he has always said he is…and a whole world full of brilliant journalists and fake counter terrorism experts, phony colonels and ufo wackos can pile all they know about Afghanistan, the Taliban, etc.,- on the head of a pin. t would seem to me that the press has worked to prevent this information from coming out; and smearing Jack Idema in the process.

Jack and his men were charged with:

“Entering the Country Illegally”

“Making an illegal Arrest without a Warrant”

“Detaining prisoners in a private Facility”

Did anyone notice that? Compare the REAL charges with what the MSM was saying. Wow…I just did a google search for “News” and put in the search terms “Jack Idema” and NOTHING CAME UP. Suffice is to say if I could bring up some articles about Jack (which have mysteriously disappeared in the google news area), I would be quoting articles that portray him as an insane, sadistic, renegade ex-Green Beret who led his own private army inside Afghanistan rounding up innocent Afghans and beating them and hanging them upside down in his own private jail in Kabul. Ok, all I really need to do is go over to Kathryn Cramer’s leftist equivalent of the National Enquirer…but no thanks.

So all the articles which the science fiction freaks have spun, and the MSM has promulgated, and the blogs have re-printed about Jack being a “rogue” and a “bounty hunter” and being ‘convicted of “torturing innocent afghans”, “hanging them upside down in the basement” of their ‘private prison’ is a bunch of unmitigated propaganda and smear.

On the first count of “Entering the Country Illegally”: Jack and his men were declared “not guilty” of this charge in the trial de novo, when the video of Jack was played in court showing him being greeted by top Afghan officials including the Chief of the National Police and Karzai’s brother, and filling out forms at the VIP/Diplomat gate at the Kabul airport.

On the second count of “Making an Illegal Arrest without a Warrant”, the Director of the Afghan National Security Council approved those arrests and sent an NSC detachment with Jack and his men to help secure the arrests.

On the third count of “detaining prisoners in a private facility”, this one makes me laugh out loud. There were over 40 safehouses like the one Jack had all over Kabul, where terrorists were being questioned before they were handed over to Bagram AFB. What happened to all the rest? This charge was also dismissed by the Appeals Court, because the evidence showed it was an official office and not a private facility.

The MSM, in fact, knew the information they were putting out on this case was flagrant and blatant lies; yet they continued to perpetrate the fraud. There were many reasons for this; the Abu Ghraib incident had the American government, the DOD, the DOJ and all the rest, trying desperately to do ‘damage control’. Sadly, the horrifying result of this was leaving Jack Idema and Brent Bennett completely hung out to dry, with no American government support, left to face the completely false and fabricated charges of ‘torture and abuse’ which didn’t even remotely resemble the original charges.

This is absolutely disgraceful; because in the light of day, the truth of what happened in the case of Jack Idema, Brent Bennett and Ed Caraballo in Afghanistan is that they captured terrorists who were plotting to murder Yanus Qanooni and several other big wigs in the Northern Alliance; our former allies in the 2001-2002 war, in much the same way as they killed Massoud.

I suppose where the outrage came from, and why this became such a big issue in Afghanistan, was that Jack’s efforts after capturing Ghulumsaki off the bus and questioning him, turned up an entire terrorist cell which included a Supreme Court Judge, Judge Sidiq. In the trial de novo, pictures were shown of Judge Sidiq meeting with one of the world’s top terrorists, Gulbideen Hekmatyar, along with one of Sidiq’s brothers, Malikyar, the original terrorist Task Force Saber/7 was hunting.

Hekmatyar is best remembered for his bloody siege on Kabul and killing more than 20,000 civilians, women, and children with Russian Katucha rockets and tank shells. According to Peter Bergen, one of the world’s foremost authorities on terrorists, and author of HOLY WAR, INC based on his meeting with Osama bin Laden, Hekmatyar is an “ultra-Islamic Taliban” who once “slaughtered 36 men under the Command of Ahmad Shah Massoud… in July 1989,” and later killed “thousands of civilians in Kabul…” from 1992 onward (quoted from page 76, Holy War, Inc., by Peter Bergen).

Let’s go back to what actually occurred back in 2004 before their arrest. Jack and his men first captured first Ghulamsaki, the terrorist the FBI knew about, and subsequently captured 95% of the entire al-Qaida and Hezb-i-Islami terrorist operation cell behind the murderous terrorist plan. In four different operations and raids, they captured terrorists, explosives, detonators, and vehicles that were to be used in the terrorist plot.

This plot involved the assassination of the Afghan President, Minister of Defense, Minister of Education, two ambassadors, and the leaders of Massoud’s Jamiat Party. Had any of them been successful it would have resulted in certain civil war and the deaths of untold Afghan and American lives.

Jack and his men, a full two years later, now find themselves imprisoned with Al Qaeda and Taliban terrorists at a horrible place; the infamous Pulacharke prison, while the terrorists who were detained, have been set free.

These terrorists, who were working directly for Osama bin Laden and Gulbideen Hekmatyar, both on America’s Most Wanted list at the time, claimed they were tortured and abused; and claimed Jack and his men smashed their heads in bloody bags, cut off fingers, poured boiling water on them, hung them upside down and dipped them in boiling water, repeatedly burned them with cigarettes, beat them day and night, and refused to feed them.

Yet when the Afghan intelligence agency took custody of them, and two American FBI agents interviewed them, only a few days after all this supposed “heinous torture” occurred, only one of the terrorists had any mark or injury whatsoever; Serajan’s “torture” wounds amounted to two small cuts on the front of both his ankles. These incredibly minor abrasions were self-inflicted when Serajan attempted to break the plastic flex-cuffs securing his feet during the transport from the terrorists safe-house rented for him with money directly from Osama bin Laden, and later while he was sitting alone in an interrogation room.

Almost all of this was confirmed by the two FBI agents who interviewed Jack, his men, and the terrorists. But even stranger is the fact that this particular FBI is now “classified”.

But to bring this home to Americans, think about this: Four fuel tankers driving into Bagram Air Base (fuel tankers are constantly daily arriving at Bagram) laden with gas and explosives as they passed through the gates. The explosives would never be discovered as the terrorists were using a combination of plastic explosives and incendiary explosives which American bomb dogs could not detect.

The result would have been flaming bodies of hundreds of American soldiers in a scene that would have dwarfed the Beirut Marine barracks bombing and brought back the vision of burning vic
