Some of the things I’m finding kind of interesting are…Tillman’s family were atheists. huh. And so they were having a hard time letting go. As opposed to those who believe in God and can? Interesting….there’s a reason to become an atheist; so you never let go.

We had, we called them “storm troopers”. Hitler had storm troopers who would shut up the opposition. And, that is what these people were trying to do, the same thing.

That’s what they think of our ‘free speech’, that’s why they also have the ‘fairness doctrine’.

This isn’t a recent development. Germany’s universities were among the first institutions to support Adolf Hitler’s policies in the 1930’s. In the face of the spreading Nazi aggression, England’s renowned debating society the Oxford Union resolved “not to defend King and country.” The inevitable result of academia’s short-sighted and misguided perspective was world war and the deaths of tens of millions.²

It makes you wonder when we have clear examples of the fallout of their ideology to look back to, why these people don’t connect the dots.

In this country, the campus unrest of the 60’s spurred the opposition to the Vietnam war and led to American withdrawal from Vietnam - the result of which was the deaths of 2.5 million people. Today, blind to the repeated lessons of history, educational institutions propound the message that America is imperialist, its leaders warmongers, and the U.S. military is evil.³

Not that they’d ever want to even learn from history; they’re too busy rewriting it.

Can you get a more Leftist slogan than that? “Peace and equal rights”? Modern-day Leftists sometimes try to dismiss Hitler’s socialism as something from his early days that he later outgrew. But when this poster was promulgated he was already Reichskanzler (Prime Minister) so it was far from early days. Once again we see what a barefaced lie it is when Leftists misrepresent Hitler as a Rightist. We can all have our own views about what Hitler actually believed but he campaigned and gained power as a democratic Leftist. The March 5, 1933 election was the last really democratic election prewar Germany had and, in it, Hitler’s appeal was Leftist.

It reads: “Mit Adolf Hitler “Ja” fuer Gleichberechtigung und Frieden” — which translates as “With Adolf Hitler “Yes” for equal rights and peace” — the same old standby slogans that the Left trot out to this day, of course.

The slogan in this photograph says something that you won’t believe unless you are aware of how readily all Leftists preach one thing and to one another. Because many people don’t even know that for much of the 30s Hitler was actually something of a peacenik. It reads “Mit Hitler gegen den Ruestungswahnsinn der Welt”. And what does that mean? It means “With Hitler against the armaments madness of the world”. “Ruestung” could more precisely be translated as “military preparations” but “armaments” is a bit more idiomatic in English.

And who is it exactly that wants us to disarm?

The Dutch Nazis were very much in cahoots with the German occupation authorities. In translation, it reads: “With Germany AGAINST capitalism”. So Nazism was Rightist? Only in the fevered imaginations of modern Leftists. There is more on the background of the Dutch poster here

The State control of industry has fallen by the wayside in modern times but education still seems to be well on track.

TIMELINE:

Feb. 2000 - Peter Paul is induced to support Hillary’s 2000 Senate campaign with the promise of access to Bill Clinton to be able to make a proposal to come aboard Stan Lee Media as a rainmaker when he left the WH

June 9, 2000 - Paul pays for two Hillary Clinton fundraisers at Spago and the home of Cynthia Gershman … the costs are never declared by the campaign (note: a previous fundraiser through Rendell for Al Gore, paid for by Paul, was also never declared; Rendell also never declared a 150K stock pledge) … at the Spago lunch, Paul spent considerable time with Hillary and discussed his plan for her husband’s employment… see the 20/20 report from 2001…Amazingly, in her declaration of 4-7-06, Hillary acts as if she barely knew Peter Paul and claimed she couldn’t remember anything they might have said. Besides the email comments, Paul has video of her going on and on about how Stan Lee was a genius for hiring Paul. She is really excited about Paul’s idea of a cartoon character of Al Gore, and she wants to talk to Tony Coehlo and Terry McAuliffe about it. Her failure to remember is simply a lie.

June 23, 2000 - Kelly Craighead (a White House employee, not part of any joint funraising committee), Jim Levin, David Rosen (all agents of Hillary and Bill) meet with Aaron Tonken (agent of Paul and fundraiser for Ed Rendell) to originate the idea for a major fundraising event for Hillary as part of the Aug. 14-20 DNC Convention in L.A.

July 11, 2000 - conference call between Peter Paul, Tonken, Craighead, Wolfson, Levin, and Rosen in which Paul is solicited to pay for the Hollywood Gala….he is asked to pay $525K, and it is expected that Cynthia Gershman will pay a like amount….it was acknowledged by all that the fundraiser would cost over a million dollars

July 17, 2000 - Paul films the SMOKING GUN VIDEO. This video was withheld by an assistant US ATTY while investigations were proceeding. Hillary is shown soliciting and coordination the $1.6 mil in-kind, hard money donation. Kelly Craighead kept her completely briefed and she offered any help she could. David Kendall’s claim that this was a joint fundraiser, and thus hard money, won’t fly. Craighead was a White House employee who solicited the money on July 11. Hillary was part of closing the deal on July 17.

Aug. 12, 2000 - Hollywood Gala… it raises a million dollars for Hillary, but it cost over a million dollars…Paul spent several hours with Bill Clinton… here they are putting the final touches on the deal at the after concert dinner… Look at all the photos of the gala… Hillary actually said in her declaration of 4-7-06, “I remember Mr. Paul attending the event…” How insulting was that? Actually, she spent hours near him and publicly thanked him from the stage for all he did.

Aug 13 - Paul and his wife Andrea are at the home of Barbra Streisand for Clinton Library donors…when Hillary sees Andrea, she runs over to her, brings her over to Streisand, and introduces her as “the wife of the man who funded last night’s event…my new best friend”… Streisand’s testimony should be interesting… Chelsea came up to the table with Paul, Andrea, Tendo Oto, Oto’s interpreter Jonathon Rogers, Jim Levin, and Haim Saban. Chelsea discussed for at least a half an hour how excited she and her parents were about her dad coming to work for the creator of Spider Man… Hillary sets up her daughter for perjury

Aug. 13 - Tendo Oto and SLM make their deal for Asian partnership - Oto gives $5 mil and promises another $5-7 mil in November for the American joint venture…On Aug. 12 he had paid $27K to attend the federal fundraiser gala. Giving money was illegal. Attending was illegal. Since Oto had no social security number to check out when he showed up at the event with his camera crew, the Secret Service said no way. Clinton had the Secret Service stand down, and Oto sat directly behind the president and first lady.

Aug 14 - Ed Rendell calls Peter Paul in a panic. Lloyd Grove is preparing a story for the WASHPOST about Paul’s felony record for “The Cuban Coffee Caper” two decades previous when he was an international attorney in Miami. Rendell tells Paul to deny he gave any money and just play along. Shortly after the warning call, Grove called. Here is the callsheet from SLM, certified by the government as evidence.

Aug 15 - Lloyd Grove writes the story in the WASHPOST about Paul’s felony past from two decades previous involving the Cuban Coffee Caper and defrauding Fidel Castro of $8.7 million … Howard Wolfson vows that they would never take any money from Peter Paul

Aug 17 - Grove writes a second story about $2,000 given by Paul at Spago … Wolfson says they will return the money, and a check is immediately cut and sent to Paul … Wolfson actually admits that the gala cost a million dollars but says it was in-kind and not a check. (Ummm, in-kind is hard money, Howard)

Aug 18 - behind the scenes, while disavowing him in public, the Clintons write personal notes to Paul, dated Aug 18, espressing their gratitude … Hillary: “We will remember it always”… Bill’s note… Even Chelsea got into the act.

Aug 24 - Campaign Finance Chairman David Rosen is directed to send a fax to Paul asking for another $100,000 (actually, one of several faxes) … Hillary had promised the money for the Working Families Party in New York … Paul will send no more money until he hears it face to face from Bill Clinton that they still have a deal (second document shows Gordon’s acknowledgement that it was “done”)

Sept. 22, 2000 - Clinton steps off AF-1 in Los Angeles (we have photo) and assures Paul that the deal is still a go … Paul has Steven Gordon send a stock transfer of $55K to the Working Families Party for Hillary… we can find no evidence that they ever declared that donation. If the Clintons were disavowing Paul in public, claimed he gave no money, and had no business arrangement with the President as claimed by Hillary, why would the President of the United States be meeting Paul in public as he stepped off AF-1? For what possible purpose? That’s not hard to figure out, is it?

Nov 7 - Hillary is elected

Nov 13 - just six days after Hillary’s election, an agreement for Venture Soft USA Inc is recorded in Illinois between Jim Levin, Clinton’s business adviser, and Tendo Oto … Levin was Clinton’s “eyes and ears” in dealing with Paul, got proprietary business information, and stole the Japanese partner for their own deal

Dec 2000 - Stan Lee Media collapses … the additional $5-7 million promised in November from partner Tendo Oto was not received due to the Clinton/Levin interference In Paul v Clinton, it will be proven that Oto’s money would have kept the company solvent until Clinton came aboard as he had promised Peter Paul.

Early 2001 - Paul discovers that the campaign has filed two fraudulent FEC reports, only reporting 366K for the cost of Event 39 … he spent over a million dollars on it

June 18, 2001 - Paul files initial lawsuit against the Clintons and several others for business fraud

July 3 - Treasurer Andrew Grossman is served with the lawsuit that includes documentation for $1.6 million spent by Paul

July 11 - David Kendall accepts service for Hillary along with the $1.6 million documented expenses

July 18 - press conference at National Press Club . Paul has messenger hand deliver a demand letter to Hillary’s senate office

July 30 - despite Paul’s demand and all of the documentation, a third false FEC report is filed … this time they declare $401K for Event 39 … still no mention of Paul as the real donor

Jan 2005 - criminal indictment of David Rosen is unsealed

May 2005 - Rosen acquitted in criminal trial in Los Angeles…the perjury in this trial was astounding…the judge and prosecutor went out of their way to condemn Paul and claim that Hillary had nothing to do with it is also astounding… FBI affidavit during the trial documenting $1.2 mil from Paul that was not declared. The prosecution does not call Paul, Aaron Tonken, or key witness Kelly Craighead (Craighead was also never called by the FEC - she will be a key witness in Paul v Clinton)…. The prosecution does not use damaging evidence against Rosen obtained while Ray Reggie (brother in law of Ted Kennedy) was wearing a wire. In Tonken’s book, KING OF CONS, he tells how he sat in a van with Hillary detailing all of the money that was being spent on her.

Dec 2005 - FEC determines that the campaign deliberately underreported $721,000, fines the campaign a mere $35,000, and orders a new filing…treasurer Andrew Grossman signs conciliation agreement with the FEC, the equivalent of a nolo contendre plea

Jan 2006 - thefourth fraudulent FEC report is filed … among the problems are Stan Lee (whom we have on tape in a deposition swearing that he gave no money) is credited with a 225K donation and Paul is still never named personally as the donor as he has demanded

April 7, 2006 - Hillary removed as defendant but judge made clear to Kendall that she would be testifying … the declaration turned into the court by Kendall for Hillary can only be described as a work of fiction … no reporters attended the hearing and not one mainstream media source wrote that a trial date had been set for defendant Bill Clinton (trial date postponed until appeal is heard to bring Hillary back in as a defendant) … Chelsea will be one of the witnesses called … although her mom claims no knowledge of the business deal, if Chelsea testifies honestly, she will tell how the family stayed up late after the gala playing scrabble and discussing the excitement of daddy going to work for the creator of Spiderman … from a private fundraiser at Zev Braun’s house in early 2000, Paul has home video of Hillary laughing and discussing with him how he had arranged in 1993 for Fabio to chase her around the room and pick her up in a romance pose…the president referenced that event the next year at the Italian-American Foundation Dinner…. her declaration claiming that she met Paul in early 2000 is simply a lie

June 2006 - Senate Ethics Committee announces it will not investigate Hillary and simply relies on the flawed FEC procedure … subsequently, they refuse Paul’s offer to appear and testity

Oct. 18, 2006 - new demand letter for return of over a million dollars is delivered to Hillary’s DC office with copy delivered to Sen. Voinovich, chair of the Senate Ethics Committee

April 2007 - after a two-year battle for the return of evidence, including home videos, an assistant US atty provides Paul with a list of items they will return to him…..included was the “smoking gun video”: July 17, 5-minute conference call, Hillary Clinton….. when the numerous pieces of evidence were finally sent, the shipment did not include that video…..Paul’s counsel argues vehemently for that to be sent….Paul believes that a low-level functionary screwed up by putting that piece of evidence on the manifest — Hillary never thought it would see the light of day…that video was finally sent because they could not deny its possession

Kendall may be able to delay it for a short time, but depositions are expected to begin this year

I don’t think this guy is a former Nazi, from what I’ve been able to tell, although he was a POW under them in in a camp in Yugoslavia.

At this post at Gateway Pundit there was a youtube video of this guy talking about how leftists of today are like yesterday’s nazi storm troopers. Unfortunately, the video is no longer available.

Remember recently I posted about Congress’s extremely low approval rating numbers among Americans?

Well here are the gallup poll results.

Confidence numbers in Congress hit an all-time low of 14% in June. I doubt if they’ve climbed one scintilla since.

PRINCETON, NJ — The percentage of Americans with a “great deal” or “quite a lot” of confidence in Congress is at 14%, the lowest in Gallup’s history of this measure — and the lowest of any of the 16 institutions tested in this year’s Confidence in Institutions survey. It is also one of the lowest confidence ratings for any institution tested over the last three decades.

Even though less than 1% of members of Congress have a child in the military, they should be able to see by looking around that the rest of the country does not display the same demographics.

If Congressional members had any smarts, they would leverage this rather than work against it. This is the reason why the nutroots are so desperate and why they’re trying so hard to malign the reputations of our soldiers: the American people STILL have more faith in the military than any other institution in this list, including the churches.

It also speaks volumes about what kind of job the people across the country think about the elitist democrats and the job they’re doing since they ‘took over’. They ‘took over’, all right. They started running things as though the president doesn’t even exist. With all their caterwauling over the Constitution, most of them are behaving as though they haven’t even read it. Pelosi violated the Logan Act and went to Syria wearing a headscarf and lied. Harry Reid stood in front of the nation and declared “this war is lost” while all the democrats refused to meet with a contingent of real veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan-VETS FOR FREEDOM-who went to Washington in plain clothes to talk with the elected representatives about how the surge is working.

The democrats TURNED THEM AWAY, and refused to even MEET with them.

Congressional democrats are only willing to look toward their experts and aren’t even willing to listen to what the military has to say about what’s going on in Iraq or Afghanistan. I saw one example of a guy that got back from Afghanistan, and his representative told him thanks for his service in Iraq. It’s obvious to our guys who are serving that Congress simply doesn’t CARE.

They don’t listen, and that’s a big problem.

Harry Reid is posed a question: What about the Iraqis when we leave? And he doesn’t answer it. He says in response, the same thing that Cindy Sheehan says in response: The Iraqis don’t want us there.

Well when you read over at Iraq the Model and listen to what the Iraqis are saying, that isn’t the truth.

But why should we expect them to tell the truth? ALL THEY DO IS LIE.

They lie about 9/11 being an inside job, they lie like Scott Thomas Beauchamp did about the character of our young soldiers, and it’s all for the ultimate effect of tearing down what it is we’re attempting to accomplish in Afghanistan and Iraq. And there are so many people who are working INSIDE THE SYSTEM to accomplish this, it’s disgusting.

Unfortunately there is no other United States of America to go to. We are IT. So if people want for their children what they had or better, we’d better stop this leftward trend.

Once America goes down the socialist tubes with open borders and free health care for mexican illegals, and our standard of living has plummeted so we have people standing in bread lines and areas with no electricity - like it was under Saddam Hussein…I wonder if Cindy Sheehan will be around to notice the hand she played was wrong.

Congress and the Supreme Court still come in below the President. Even today. That’s why the leftists are so hysterical now, their campaigns on all these fronts don’t seem to be getting enough traction! I don’t see how you can blame the republicans for this…it looks to me as though the majority of Americans don’t want to go along with socialism. It looks to me as though the partisan mudslinging they’ve been engaged in has backfired. They should wake up and smell the coffee: while we’re a nation at war, delaying important decisions like funding for our troops, is not a smart move to make. ESPECIALLY since the military is the institution Americans hold in the highest regard!

Since the nutroots have taken hold with their thought police campaign to get rid of Fox sponsors (that will teach ‘em!) -and hate crime laws (we don’t want no stinking Bible in public!-Judeo Christian values stand in the way of our takeover!), it appears as though no matter how you slice it, the rest of the country is not willing to go along with it. Americans today have more faith in our president than they do in Congress, even though all these numbers are low.

So what is Congress going to do NOW?

Will they pay attention to the handwriting on the wall?

Will the nutroots continue their campaign to protest the war? You bet they will. And we will be there on September 15th when General Petraeus gives his report on progress.

But Congress better put some big man pants on, grow some balls, and start listening to their constituents or they’re going to be thrown out. The democrats in Congress are just proving that the Republicans weren’t doing such a bad job after all.

I’m a soldier; haven’t been in uniform in forty years but the six years of active duty I did serve and the ensuing thirty-plus years I’ve spent working with the U.S. military, instilled in me certain qualities and beliefs that have grown and persisted within me all these decades and provide me with the basis for my stance on the war on terror. I may now be only an armchair warrior, but I’m still a soldier. As such, I understand the value of a rapid counterattack when your enemy has struck and badly hurt you. I say this as a brief, prefatory explanation of why I believe the Bush Administration has done the right thing in carrying the war on terror into the heart of terrorism itself. Yes, I know there are legions of liberals, so blinded by their certainty that the Supreme Court cheated Al Gore out of the presidency that they actually profess to believe that there were no ties between Al Qaeda and Iraq. To them I would say consider this: Syria had ties to Al Qaeda; Jordan had ties to Al Qaeda; Egypt had ties to Al Qaeda; Yemen had ties to Al Qaeda; Somalia had ties to Al Qaeda; Saudi Arabia had ties to Al Qaeda; the various Gulf monarchies had ties to Al Qaeda; Iran had ties to Al Qaeda; Pakistan had ties to Al Qaeda; Indonesia, the Philippines, North Korea and several of the former Soviet satellites under Muslim rule had ties to Al Qaeda.

But not Iraq.

That’s right, according to Democrat politicians and the liberal Left in America and Europe, only one country in the Middle East, Iraq, a country under the iron-fisted control of an absolute dictator who had reason to hate the American government far more bitterly than any of the leaders of the above nations, and yep, sitting smack dab in the middle of all these other terrorist harboring countries, only America-hating Iraq, was lily white clean according to liberal Democrats when it came to affiliation with Al Qaeda.

Excuse me folks, but Old Sarge’s bullshit detector is going off like a Geiger counter at ground zero in Chernobyl.

Now, of all the countries listed above, one of you Democrats, real quick, tell me which of them is absolutely known to have used weapons of mass destruction against a foreign enemy and dissident elements within its own borders. Hmmm, only one? Really? Only Iraq? Imagine that…chemical weapons used in conjunction with modern weapons delivery systems against Iranian forces and rebellious Kurds? Trust me folks, Old Sarge’s specialty in the Army was chemical, biological and radiological warfare and he knows quite well that the use of lethal, disabling and disfiguring gases in bombs, rockets and artillery warheads constitutes the use of weapons of mass destruction under the rules of land warfare. Never mind that Saddam Hussein blew the world a huge raspberry as he was gassing his enemies without and within. Nah…this guy didn’t have any weapons of mass destruction. Ask any Bush-hating Democrat.

So, contrary to all these liberals, whose only chance of seeing the light is when some proctologist’s probing proctoscope finally manages to locate their deeply-embedded eyes, this old grunt sees the value in hitting our enemies smack-dab in the middle of the threat; and that central target, folks, in this war on terror, just happened to be Iraq. And yes, Iraq has become a killing field, but far more so for radical Jihadists than for America and her allies. Potential bombers of Western cities flock like flies to the flypaper of a martyr’s death, not in New York or London, but on the killing field we have created for them. Remember one thing very well, Senators Reid, Durbin and Schumer: every single jihadist who dies in Iraq will never have the opportunity to die in one of our cities taking hundreds if not thousands of your potential voters with him.

And for all you armchair, liberal strategists who continue to throw up that canard that our military efforts should be entirely focused on capturing or killing the Al Qaeda leadership, Osama bin Laden and Zayman Al Zawahiri, in Afghanistan and Pakistan; may I inquire as to where you obtained your advanced degrees in military science? Madam Chair, would perhaps that have been at Berkeley’s famed War College? We know Congressman Murtha obtained his multiple military degrees from a rural Pennsylvania diploma mill, established and funded entirely by earmarks in federal legislation, but that’s a topic for another essay.

So, a simple question: did George Washington seek to capture King George? Did Abraham Lincoln focus all his military strategies on the capture or elimination of Jefferson Davis? In WWI, if we were hell-bent on capturing the Kaiser, why did we spend so many months in the hellish, intransigence of those trenches? Why on earth did MacArthur spend all that time and those American boys’ lives to move systematically up the Pacific archipelago in WWII if all we had to do was focus on capturing Emperor Hirohito? Would modern-day Democrat strategists label Eisenhower a fool and a loser for moving indirectly through Africa, Italy and the soft underbelly of Europe, Southern France, when all he had to do was attack Berlin directly and put Hitler in chains?

The truth is, all you Democrat military geniuses, is that none of those enemy leaders was captured until the fighting was over and the respective war was won; truth is, most of them never suffered any ill effects other than the ignominy of losing. Hell, if we did capture Osama, you liberal turkeys would be clamoring for the Bush administration to give him a fair and speedy trial, afforded all the rights of a U.S. citizen, and the ACLU would be appealing his conviction long beyond his natural death.

So what does this show America about its Democrat leadership? Well, it shows this old combat infantryman that you liberal wienies don’t know jack about fighting wars. It’s a far cry from forging voters’ registration certificates, stuffing ballot boxes and buying minority votes to standing solid under fire and defeating a lethal enemy on the battlefield. But since so very few of you have ever even worn the uniform, much less served in combat, you wouldn’t have any way of knowing that would you, ladies? I’ll make a wager right now: the average, enlisted, American military volunteer has more courage, integrity and patriotism than the U.S. congressman who supposedly represents him.

Hell, forget the bet; that’s not even a contest.

Americans have always been fighters. We don’t like to walk away from a good fight. Lots of times we pull for and support the underdog, and I am no exception. In this particular case, it’s Hillary Clinton versus Peter Paul. And knowing that the Clintons entered into a quid pro quo agreement with Ron Paul and then didn’t hold up their end of the deal, I think it’s time a lot of us started talking about it and raised awareness.

But now Doug from Upland is requesting help from bloggers, and I for one am not going to sit still while George Soros and Hillary Clinton, the Lenin and Trotsky of our time–continue to bully themselves into more powerful positions so they can continue to ‘take things away from us’ for our ‘own good’.

Apparently the Taliban took these guys hostage and they’re being held in order to trade some prisoners.

Seoul sent an eight member delegation to Afghanistan on Sunday to help try and negotiate the release of the prisoners. A police chief in Ghazni province told The Associated Press that Afghan officials and elders met with the militants Sunday to negotiate the release.

Which probably means that they’ll do what they can to meet the demands of these crazy people for their 23 crazy Christians who were volunteering at a hospital, but were traveling down the ROAD TO KANDAHAR FROM KABUL when they were kidnapped. Isn’t that like traveling on terrorist central and thinking nothing is going to happen?

Plus, let me point out from a person who’s seen the commies in action-that there are a few things that strike me odd about this picture. First is that they’re all color coordinated. But the next is that they’re all holding up their fists in the infamous communist salute.

But putting all that aside, what in God’s name are a bunch of Christians going to the Islamic State of Afghanistan ON PURPOSE for?

The Islamic State of Afghanistan rules with sharia law. That means you should be careful what you say and how you say it, otherwise you’re going to look in their eyes like a CRUSADER and get your head chopped off - regardless of your true and good intentions.

Now I’m not saying that will happen wherever you go, but I’m saying there are enough muslims there that people who are not muslim should watch their step. Hell, Karzai has the Vice and Virtue police patrolling the streets.

That is how they’re going to read it. That is how they read all of those countries’ flags with the crosses on them on their patches…the symbol of the Crusaders.

If you’re going to proclaim who you are like that, an enemy of the ummah, then you’d better be prepared for a fight with SOME CRAZY GUY or group somewhere along the way.
