The AP shut down snappedshot.com temporarily with threats of court action for copyright infringement. It is now back up, with a competely new look.

The interesting part about this is snappedshot.com used those photographs to show how the MSM is deceptive and would talk about the reasons why.

Instead of changing ‘business as usual’, they attack the messenger to shut him down, so they can continue doctoring photos, and buying photographs from known terrorists, which to me is a terrorist tactic all by itself.

I smell a rat…which could turn into a bunch of other rats. The four main points about ‘fair use’ are:

(1) the purpose and character of the use, including whether such use is of a commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes;
(2) the nature of the copyrighted work;
(3) the amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole; and
(4) the effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work.

It would appear as though snappedshot.com interfered with the potential market for the copyrighted works…because Brian was pointing out that they are pure propaganda.

Has anyone noticed how all three of the main presidential candidates are members of ‘protected’ victim groups?

McCain is a POW, a victim. Hillary is a woman and married to Bill Clinton, another victim. And Barack Obama is a black man, a closet muslim, who uses words from Malcolm X’s speeches from Spike Lee movies; another victim.

Victims are not heroes. Heroism is a choice; through selfless action and deed, where one sacrifices one’s self for the sake of another, or for others.

Since when does any victim qualify to be the leader of the free world? A leader should be someone we look up to, whose qualifications and record are exemplary. All of them are very thin on a record. Both Hillary and McCain seem to be unstable, and Obama is a blank slate, which you project ‘your own aspirations’ onto…which is creepy!

This presidential race is embarrassing.
